HR runtime error on agent login/logout

                   Good afternoon.
Has anyone run in a a runtime error when running agent login/logout reports? I am unable to run this report.
a runtime error occurred while executing the inquiry. i know there used to be bugs on this but.
uccx, ha, 8.5.1. i have included the log. Thank you for any assistance.

I removed my deployments from the remote OC4J server and removed deployment entries from http-web-site.xml and server.xml. I redeployed my simpleJSP bibean application to my local and remote OC4J server. It works locally but fails now with this new error:
javax.servlet.jsp.JspException: BIB-10310 An unknown exception occurred.
BIB-10101 Handler failed to handle UserObject.

  • IPCC Error 12005 agent login failed

when I login to the agent desktop, the following error pops up.Login could not be performed.possible causes are invalid instrument, media termination problem or CM issue.
I have installed 7.0ctios client along with ctios 7.1.4 release.

One cause of this problem is incorrect configuration of the device target. Do you have the "/devicetype ciscophone /dn xxxx" set? Other possibility - the phone is not associated with the ICM JTAPI user in Call Manager. Show trace on the JGWY process and watch what it says as the PG tries to set up an observer on the device.
Why don't you upgrade the CTIOS client to match your CTIOS?

  • Agent Login Logout timestamps in the database

    Dears,
In our UCCE environment we need a detailed report that generates information about the agents login and logout times.
Does anyone have any idea in which table in the database we can view these timestamps?
    Best regards,
    Lara Noueir

    Dear Lara,
you can get these detaills from Agent_Event_detail table
you will be getting login date and time from Agent_Event_Detail table along with the duration of the event.
also agent log out table will give you the logon duration and log out date and time.
you can refer the ICM DB schema further info.

    Hi Vijay,
Problem is with the standard java users,
Check the status of the ff. and if you choose, try changing the passwords
SAPJSF, SLDAPIUSER, SLDSUSER, J2EE_ADMIN and J2EE_GUEST are the common standard users of the Java Systems.

  • Installing agent - "VBScript runtime error" on Windows server

    Hi all,
I am installing the agent (10.2.0.2.0) on another one of my Windows Oracle servers - this is about the 10th one I've done, and I am doing it no differently than all the others.
I download the wget.exe utility, put it in the path somewhere (usually put it under e:\oracle\ora92\bin), then download the agentDownload.vbs script from the Grid server. Then, when I issue the command to start the installation:
    cscript agentDownload.vbs b e:\oracle m ourserver.ourdomain.com r 4889
and I am getting this error (2 different lines):
    e:\oracle
agentDownload.vbs(476, 2) Microsoft VBScript runtime error: Object doesn't support this property or method: 'currentdirectory'
Has anyone ever seen anything like this?
    Thanks,
    Brad

    Whats your defualt directory?
can you try by putting wget in the beggining of windows path variable.

  • Runtime Errors after login on ISA-shop

    Dear,
I'm trying to put up ISA on a local server to test some things. I herefore copied the configuration of the server and adjusted the JCO-user to my user.
After this I went to the starting page of my shop and tried to log in.
The login will be checked, but after I login I get runtime errors.
Now I checked the NWA and the first error that pops up is the following:
    Error occcurred in EAI layer "parameters: [client]='null' [user]='null' [language]='null' [ashost]='null' [systemnumber]='null' [mshost]='null' [gwhost]='null' [gwserv]='null' [group]='null' [systemid]='null'
    Properties: {lang=EN, passwd=?, sysnr=10, jco.client.mysapsso2=AjExMDAgABRwb3J0YWw6QWRtaW5pc3RyYXRvcogAE2Jhc2ljYXV0aGVudGljYXRpb2
After this error, there still follow some more such as:
    Unable to retrieve shop data
The shop could not be read from the backend; check your XCM settings.
Also verify that the customer's sales area matches one of the shop's sales areas.
Can this has something to do with the rights I have on the SAP-system with which I'm trying to connect as JCO-user? Or is there another reason?
Thx for the help in advance.
    Kr,
    Maarten
Edited by: Maarten Lenvain on Feb 18, 2009 10:15 AM

    Dear Mark,
If I test the connection in the XCM it says that everything works fine.
I also deployed the shopadmin locally and adjusted the XCM of this as well.
If I go to the shopmanagement, I can't find the shops, because I get runtime errors.
If I check the logs for this application, I notice that it are the same errors, saying:
Unable to retrieve shop data com.sap.isa.maintenanceobject.backend.MaintenanceObjectHelperException: Unable to retrieve shop data
    No connection to backend system
So, in the XCM he says the test work fine, but I ain't able to login properly.
How can I check if I'm using SSO or UME?

    Maarten

    Hello,
If this is an upgrade to 5.2, you might consider looking at the OSS Note  [1070753|https://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/1070753] - XCM Admin application no longer starts after upgrade.

  • MAXL ERROR - 1013145 - Invalid agent login id

    All,
We are trying to automate the process of data load and Calculations using Maxl. Unfortunately we see the below mentioned error while performing the calculation in MAXL.
    MaxL command:
    execute calculation app.dbname.test;
ERROR - 1013145 - Invalid agent login id
But while executing the same command in Maxl editor, it works fine.
    Regards,
    Nainitha.

Are you doing a stop and/or start app command(or disconnect users) anywhere near while executing the mentioned calc scripts/data loads? I have seen on some occasions that these errors also come up due to stale ESSSVR processes in the background (rare, although possible)
As an example, you might be logged in as admin ID but however, if anywhere there might be a MAXL command and or activity that is causing the app to disconnect users/sessions (idle of course) before running the calcs. This error might be the result of that?
All this is assuming that the security set up for the admin ID is correct, right?
Also, since you mentioned that this error is coming only on Data exports/calc scripts. I am assuming this error comes up only when Essbase is trying to output a file to the drive/path. Does the OS environment login/ID credentials have that authority?
From whatever i could deduce of this, this might be happening because of either one of two reasons :
1.) Security is not setup correctly for that operation to complete (export to that path might not be authorized?)
2.) The user ID is being logged off/disconnected before that operation kicks off.
    Thanks and regards,

  • Modified Login Page - "Portal Runtime Error".

    Dear All,
I need to Customize the Portal Login Page. To do so, I followed the below steps.
    1.      Navigated to <J2EE_Engine_Instance>\j2ee\cluster\server<X>\apps\sap.com\irj\servlet_jsp\irj\root\WEB-INF\deployment\pcd.   Found com.sap.portal.runtime.logon.par.bak.
           2.      Make a copy of com.sap.portal.runtime.logon.par.bak and rename it renamed to delta.new.logon.par.
           3.    Imported the Par File to NWDS as "delta.new.logon" in the EP Perspective and Modified the umLogonPage.jsp.
    4.    Deployed the imported portal application "delta.new.logon".
    5.      Copy delta.new.logon.par back to <J2EE_Engine_Instance>\j2ee\cluster\server<X>\apps\sap.com\irj\servlet_jsp\irj\root\WEB-INF\deployment\pcd.
    6. Downloaded Authschemes.xml file from configtool and renamed as authschemes_delta.xml.
    7. In the "authschemes_delta.xml", I replaced all occurrences of the string u201Ccom.sap.portal.runtime.logonu201D with u201Cdelta.new.logonu201D in the tags <frontendtarget> and save the file.
    8. Then uploaded "authschemes_delta.xml" to the configtool under com.sap.security.core.ume.service node.
    9. Then changed the "login.authschemes.definition.file" property custom value to authschemes_delta.xml
    and restarted the server.
(NOTE: while making all the above changes , I didn't shutdown the server. The server was running.Only after completed all modifications, I restarted the server).
But after restarting , When i tried to open the login page with the url, "http://host:port/irj/portal",
I am getting an "Portal Runtime Error".
    What would be the problem?
    Thanks,
    Eben Joyson

    Eben,
Please try deploy the renamed file into portal from NWDS.
    Steps are Here,
    1. Download the latest par file from System Admin -> support -> Portal Runtime -> Browse Deploment -> download the logon par file. The file format would be par.bak/ .par format.
    2. Store the file into your local computer.
    3. Open NWDS and import the downloaded file into NWDS in different Name and press Finish button
    4. Extract the locally stored par file and store the extracted file into a folder. Navigate to PORTAL-INF -> lib folder and copy the jars files.
    5. Navigate to PORTAL0INF -> lib folder of your renamned project stucture in NWDS and paste the jar files there.
    6. Right click on the project stucture and press excport to deply the file.
    Done!

  • How can I get all Login/Logout details

How can I get all Login/Logout details of all SAP Users from SAP Server/Database of any one year? I am asking about SAP License User. Is their any Table or Report by which I can get these details? For example USR02(Logon Data) Table store the last login/logout details of SAP Users. So in same way is any table which store Users Login/Logout details through out a year or month.

    Hi Sudheer,
    Check this .
You can find the transactions by a particular user from the transaction SM04.
SM04 gives you the details of the users logged in,terminals, transactions the user is working on, the time he has logged in,no of sessions user has opened, and the memory used by the user's programs... all of that w.r.t to the client we login. but we can't get info like date and number of times the user has logged in.
    U can see tables:
USR01 User master record (runtime data)
    USR02 Logon data
    USR03 User address data
    USR05 User Master Parameter ID
    USR12 User master authorization values
    plz rewards points if helpful
    cheers

  • Runtime Error that Seems to be Related to Dialog Boxes

Although I am currently taking a college course in Java and my code is based on a couple of questions from my Java textbook, I would like to make it perfectly clear that this is NOT homework. This is self-assigned for studying purposes and my professor will probably never see this, let alone grade it. Regardless, I suspect this to be a configuration-related issue as I had no such problems running this program in a Vista machine on campus. Assuming I am right, there shouldn't be any issue with any of this community's policies as I won't need to receive any "answer" code to solve this issue.
In NetBeans, my program compiles and works fine, but produces a couple of runtime errors. Any idea what could be going on here?
    Here's my code:
import java.util.Scanner;       // Needed for console input.
import javax.swing.JOptionPane; // Needed for dialog boxes.
This program performs the actions requested in questions 2.35 and 2.36 in the textbook.

    HI ,
SAP has recommended it like that
for accessing SAP web dynpro abap application you have to give the full FQDN i.e. host name with domain.
    simply hostname alone wont work.

  • BAPI Runtime Error DBIF_RSQL_INVALID_REQUEST with module "KONV_BEARBEITEN"

    Hi Experts
I am trying to create a sales order using BAPI FM BAPI_SALESORDER_CREATEFROMDAT1. After executing the program it shows in output screen that the sales order created and also displays the newly created sales order number. But when I want to check the order from VA03 it shows Express document "Update was terminated" received by author AAA, where AAA is login name.
I also analysis the sort dump for which the update process was terminated. I give the error details

    Hi Prashant,
Set the profile parameter abap/buffersize value to maximum.Get the virtual memory increased.
If it doesn't work, see in transaction db02 if there is sufficient tablespace.
Let me knoe the status of tablespaces.
    Regards,
    Sabita
