Thank u for ur reply. I'm sorry I didn't explain myself fully this is all very new to me and my daughter it is very annoying when, u are trying to set up something and u haven't a clue what u doing.
When I set her up on the iPod I gave her my apple and iTunes account and email address so now when she wants to buy anything on her iPod she uses my password and email address. When her friends message her they come through on my iPad because we share the same email.
What I want to do is keep my own email and apple account for my iPad but set her up with a new email address and iTunes account for her.
Will the games and music that she has bought with her iTunes card be gone on her iPod if we set her up with new account. -

Can you use "find my phone" and clear the phone?
I forgot my passlock and had to: find my phone / erase all content / restore from cloud. I was out of town and didn't have my laptop.I regularly back up to iCloud and my laptop.
Might be able t "clear" phone from iTunes also, then restore from a previous back up.

Is there an email address to send a complaint in about an Ipod touch 5th generation?
My daughter knocked her Ipod touch 5th generation from the arm of a sofa onto a soft carpeted floor and the screen shattered. I took the Ipod into a store and Apple want £99 + VAT to repair this. I understand that this was an accident and accidental damage is not covered by the warranty. However, I was extremely disappointed to be told by a member of staff that the Ipod has probably hit its weak point when it fell, surely these gadgets should be more robust and not have weak points?
