my itouch won't let me enter a passwork it just says connect to itunes
You will have to put your iPod into Recovery Mode so that iTunes can restore it.
Note that all data will be erased due to the full restore the iPod will go through.
If you don't want this because you don't made a backup yet, use an external software to save photos and other data.

Content bought with an Apple ID is forever associated with that Apple ID. Apple will not transfer content from one Apple ID to another and Apple will not merge Apple IDs. Unless you are prepared to forfeit all the previously purchased content and buy it all again with the new Apple ID, you will need to maintain the old ID to update and redownload your content. -
I have ipod touch 4(8gb),iTunes said to update and restore(didn't know it had to be turned off),followed the steps and iTunes said it cant restore and error 2009.now ipod only shows connect to iTunes and wont do anything else,not even power off,please help.

Hello, I am and IIN Intitute of Integrative Nutrition in New York student. My iPAD 2 is part of my school material and was uploaded with all Videos and Audio classes for the whole program. I recently typed in my passwork incorrectly and disabled my iPad it is giving me the message " connect to i-tunes". I am afraid to loose my lectures. If you do not have a backup you are going to lose everything on your iPad and even if you do have one, you may still be out of luck.
You have to restore the device within iTunes. You want to use the same computer that you always sync with so that you can restore your app data and settings. You can restore with any other computer, but you will lose everything on the iPad.
Read this very carefully before you proceed. Sometimes iTunes will allow you to restore the iPad without having to use recovery mode, but if you need to use recovery mode and don't have a backup, that is where you may have a problem.

Recovery Mode Instructions
Disconnect the USB cable from the iPad, but leave the other end of the cable connected to your computer's USB port.
Turn off iPad: Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button for a few seconds until the red slider appears, then slide the slider. Wait for iPad to turn off.
If you cannot turn off iPad using the slider, press and hold the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons at the same time. When the iPad turns off, release the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons.
While pressing and holding the Home button, reconnect the USB cable to iPad. When you reconnect the USB cable, iPad should power on.
Continue holding the Home button until you see the "Connect to iTunes" screen. When this screen appears you can release the Home button.
If necessary, open iTunes. You should see the recovery mode alert that iTunes has detected an iPad in recovery mode.
Use iTunes to restore iPad. -
HT201401 voice wont let me enter my password to unlock keeps repeating BF
My phone was accidentially turned onto voice over mode, what ever that is. I turned it off from the menu bu that didnt work then the screen lock sctivated now when i enter the correct screen unlock code which the stupid iphone speaks out loud ! it get to the end says bf yes literally B F! nd returns to the pass code screen.

aside from buying an htc what the heck can i doTap the home button 3 times to disable voice over. If that does not work, tap it 4 times. And remember, it must be done *quickly*
Alternately, open iTunes, plug in your iPhone to the PC/Mac running iTunes... On the summary page of your iPhone, under ACCESSIBILITY (did I spell that right?), turn VOICEOVER off. -
Skype wont let me enter my password
I logged out of skype by mistake and when i went to log back in the skype window refused to register that i was clicking on the password space, i cant type in it at all, no matter which account i tried to log in from. i have the latest version any nothing else is wrong but this.

Open current iTunes on computer, connect iPhone to computer with lightning cable, hold both home and power buttons for about 20 seconds until iTunes recognizes iPhone in Recovery Mode, click Restore button of iTunes.

It sounds like you are unable to see your phone in iTunes after the computer turned off unexpectedly during an iOS update. I recommend resetting the phone first, and then attempting to restore with iTunes again.
To reset, press and hold both the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons for at least 10 seconds, until you see the Apple logo.

can some one help with my iphone 4 not switching on , well it show swipe to switch on wich says configure , when swipe it says connect to itunes.
so hae done that but then what??Try holding the sleep/wake and home button til the phone turns off then turn it back on using the sleep/wake button. This resets the phone. If you still have trouble connecting to the netwok then try Settings>General>Reset>Reset network settings. This should clear it up. If not then try to restore your phone using itunes.

- The IPod need between two and three time the file download size to download and anstall an app.
- Connect the iPod to your computer and click on the iPod under Devices in iTunes. What is the discribution of storage usage as shown i the colored bargraph? If the "othjer" category is > i GB then try restoring the iPod to reduce the "other" -

If you're being prompted that your payment information needs to be veriefied, then there is some aspect of your payment type which is being denied by your financial institution. I'd like you to please follow the steps below to verify your information.
Open iTunes. If you are signed in to iTunes, skip to step 4.
Note: Verify that you are signed in to the correct iTunes account. If you are unsure which account you're signed into, choose Store > Sign Out and proceed to step 2.
Choose Store > Sign In.
Enter your account name and password, then click the Sign In button.
Choose Store > View My Account.
Click the Edit Payment Information button.
In the Payment Method section, choose None.
Click the Done button at the bottom of the page.
Click the Edit Payment Information button again.
Enter your billing address exactly as it appears on your credit card statement.
Select your credit card type in the Payment Method section.
Enter your credit card information, your card's security code, and the expiration date.
Click the Done button at the bottom of the page.

I have the 3 year warrenty thing so can i just call them and ask them about itt?Boot from your recovery partition by holding down the key combination command-R at startup. Release the keys when you see a gray screen with a spinning dial.
When the recovery desktop appears, select Utilities > Terminal from the menu bar.
In the Terminal window, enter “resetpassword” (without the quotes) and press return. A “Reset Password” window opens.
Select your boot volume if not already selected.
Select your username from the menu labeled “Select the user account” if not already selected.
Follow the prompts to reset the password.
Select Apple menu > Restart from the menu bar. -
iTunes told me to delete my backup folder when I was having problems syncing my phone to my computer. After that it wouldn't work at all. After trying and trying I deleted iTunes when it said "iTunes could not back up iPhone because the backup could not be saved on the computer"and now it wont let me install it again and keeps saying "itunes cannot be installed because the file cannot be found in the cabinet ". What the **** itunes? Nothing is working!!
I wanted to update my iTunes so I could sync my phone to my computer and update my phones software so I can use the latest apps that need a 4.2 or higher.
This is not fun for me so if anyone knows what I can do to fix this please help. Is it possible to download the "cabinent file" with the lastest iTunes?

My phone is the iPhone4 and my computer is a Windows VistaI doubt that corrupt files are the problem. It is more likely a space or permissions issue. Is the hard-drive on which iTunes is stored close to capacity? Do you (or the particular user profile you have logged on with) have the requisite permissions to save to that drive?
Otherwise, do you get an error code? This might point us in the right direction. -

From what I know, MP3 Rocket is a program that will only work on a Windows computer. They don't make a version that will work on a Mac.
