HT1349 I need to turn off the "find my phone" feature on my iPhone 5. The company I worked for took back their iPhone and now I cannot receive texts on my new LG F6 phone. Can I do this w/o the serial number?
I replaced my iPhone 5 with an LG F6 phone and now I cannot receive text messages from my friends with iPhones. Can somebody please tell me where to go to turn off the "Find your phone" feature and what ever else I need to turn off to accomplish this objective? Thank you.

Find My iPhone has nothing to do with receiving or not receiving text messages.
What you should have done is turn off iMessage prior to handing over the device.

I purchased the Creative Cloud Photography Plan for 9.99 and I can't open up Photoshop. I had access to it the night I bought it online and now I cannot use it. Will someone help figure this out. Perhaps I'm an idiot and just missing an obvious step so I apologize for that but, I still NEED HELP!!!
I have a laptop with a Windows operating system (not lucky enough to have a Mac) and as far the Adobe version, it's the plan for 9.99 that Adobe is offering. I was under the impression that the Creative Cloud Photography Plan included Photoshop and Lightroom, the latest versions of both, because that's what it said when I purchased it. I have changed my Apple ID name and I want to change it on iCloud, however I am not able to delete the previous account because I need to turn off the Find my iPhone - and for that I need to log in with the old name and that is not working. Help anyone?

I no longer have the iPhone 4s. Now I cannot receive text messages from other iPhone users on my new cell phone. I need to turn off iMessage.
If you registed it with a support profile, try going to https://supportprofile.apple.com/MySupportProfile.do and unregistering it. Also, you can try changing the password associated with the Apple ID you were using for iMessage.

Is anyone else having this issue? I've tried Apple Maps and Google Maps. The audio directions do not come out of the car speakers or the phone itself. I have a iPhone 4S and a 2012 Camry. Do I need to turn off the car radio?
I can confirm that Google maps and Navigon give Turn by Turn instructions via Bluetooth in my iOS6 iPhone 5. Maps does not.
I assume this is an error and will be amazed if it's not fixed by release of iOS7 in the Autum. -
Hi, I am back again with my tweaked brain. LOL I am trying to go back to Firefox 4, which I had so much less trouble with and liked a whole lot more. I am told that after installing the older version I need to turn off the automatic Firefox software update (if enabled)........I don't know where the automatic software update is located. You can try to clear the cache and cookies to see if that makes a difference:

What does "the registration won't let me" mean? If the serial number is rejected, contact support by web chat. for anything else you need to provide proper technical information and actually explain your issue.

I scratched my itunes card an i scratched off the serial number in the process. How can i recover it.
If you cannot track it via iCloud, then you unforunately out of luck and will have to hope for the best. You can try and retrace your steps as well. There is no way to track it.

Just called in Apple Care for the same issue. All you need to do is go to the itunes file scroll down to the bottom where you will see the cammand Transfer purchases from " insert your name"iphone. It will automaticly download your purcases to itunes and place it under Purchases,it will also place the movies and shows in the apropriate folders in itunes. In addition there will also be an additional folder under Store in itunes that will list the purchases under the device it was puchased under for example Purchased on Pinkiesipone
