You may have already done this, but try de-authorizing your computer (through the iTunes:Store menu) and then re-authorizing it.

My itunes account was set up under an email account that has been deleted. I started a new i tunes account but have the same device as with the old account. How do i keep my music thats on my ipod touch from being deleted whin i sync it to itunes after purchasing new music?

If for some odd reason you have failed to backup ( not good), then you can transfer itunes purchases from an ipod:
File>transfer Purchases
In the U.S you can use the newly released icloud, beta version, to get itunes purchases. open itunes store, click Purchased under Quick Links -

Hello, I got a new computer with the old harddisk. Can't play my itunes music because not authorised. Apple ID is very old e-mail adress that doesn't exist anymore and I forgot the password (5 years old??). When chose for secret question birth date seems wrong. Tried everything. I need to make a new apple-id but cannot connect the music that I bought under my old name to my new name. Can't reach anyone!!! Automatic FAQ system is of no help. What to do?
That doesn't help me. For itunes it brings me to the express lane which doesn't help because my case is not in it. It's all standard procedure things. I understand those but my situation is different. The combination of a passport forgotten and an non-existing email adress (and birth dates that are not correct or not accepted). What I need is my password emailed to another email adress than the original one because that no longer exists.

Photostream needs the name of my new computer. The old one died.
How can I get the name of my new computer for photostream. My old computer died and I have tried to find a way to tell my phone to send my photos to my new computer. The Icloud is on and my photos have been transferred from my old computer but all the new photos are trying to go to the name of the old computer that is listed under settings.
For Windows:
Start > Control Panel > System and Maintenance > System > Computer, then look under Computer name, domain and workgroup settings. The computer name will be there.
For Mac:
The computer name is listed right below the Mac OS X apple logo on the login screen.

You may want to check, if you have changed all Apple services to use your new AppleID, just in case.
