I'll assume that you are referring to purchasing a book in iTunes. If that is the case, you can transfer the purchase with the phone, or you can sync the phone and iTunes.

Under your device in iTunes, you need to make sure you have "Sync Music" enabled on iTunes under the music tab to tell iTunes to move the music it has over to your iPhone.

The fix must eliminate the false error message that a cartridge is empty and enable the printer to resume printing.
As you can see in the link, people have struggled with this problem for years and no consistent fix has been discovered. I am hoping that a smart person out there can find the cause of this problem and a solution for it.
I suspect that a file or registry entry must be set that indicates a false empty cartridge. This false entry is retained even when a new cartridge is installed, or the printer software is removed and reinstalled.
Even though many people have worked on this issue over the years, there still may be a creative solution out there. Let's hear it and if it works you get the money.

You should transfer any purchases from iphone regularly: File>Transfer Purchases , if they fail to be transferred when you sync.
You buy one and only one download. It is your responsibility to move/copy/backup your purchases.
You can try contacting itunes support and asking for an exception, but they are under no obligation to allow.

A silver dollar for anyone who can explain Mail 'Get Messages' failure

Mail 6.2 (build 1499) on a very stable 10.8.2.
No settings changed in the last 6 months; no accounts added (etc) in the last 30 days; same ISP (Time Warner - have reset my cable modem etc).
Until a couple of days or so ago, Get Mail (top left) took at most 5 seconds to retrieve all POP3 mail from the dozen or so accounts I have with three or four hosts.
Now, every time I try to collect from all my accounts that way, one or more of them fails.
Every tme. Different accounts, which means different of the hosts.
Right-clicking on the single account(s) with the triangle exclamation point and selecting 'Get new mail from…' immediately afterwards invariably works instantly.
What can it be about the act of collecting all mail that fails when from individual accounts/separate hosts one at a time it succeeds?

Not easy unless you're just content with adding some files to the other as new files but lose playlists for those files, and playcount, and ratings, etc. If you're okay with that, you can drag the media folder from one library to the other. If you use default settings and want to duplicate the media, just drag it. If you want to add the media but leave it where it is currently located, hold down the option key while dragging to the library window.

I have a 2010 MBP and a 2nd gen apple TV. How do I get them to mirror with Mavericks is possible at all?

I have a 2010 MacBook Pro and what I think is the 2nd Gen Apple TV( its the black one that does 720 not 1080p). I have recently installed Mavericks on my MBP, but I do not see the morrior option or any airplay option at all.
Is this a limitation on my MBP due to age, is it the Apple TV, or am I just missing something do stupidly obvious I will be embarassed?

You can contact iTunes support and see if they will issue a refund, but they don't have to. The terms of sale is that all sales are final.

1)when i navigate using tab to the particular column and if user enters something.The focusLost event doesnt fire if i navigate to the next column using tab.This only fires if users hit Enter.
2) when i use my mouse and click in the column and enter some value in the column then if i click on the nextRow the cursor doesnt go back to the same cell if the value is invalid.
i want the cursor to be in the same cell if my value is invalid
