HT1399 I downloaded an album, but one song cuts off just a few bars in. How do I reload that album to capture the whole thing?
I downloaded an album, but one of the songs cuts off a few bars in. Do I need to reload that song/that album and how do I do that? Also, how do I take songs out of my library and "park" them somewhere in case I want to put them back in? Right now I'm just really sick of some songs.
If your country's iTunes Store allows you to redownload purchased tracks, I'd delete your current copies of the dodgy tracks and try redownloading fresh copies. For instructions, see the following document:

Otherwise, I'd report the problem to the iTunes Store.
Log in to the Store. Click on "Account" in your Quick Links. When you're in your Account information screen, go down to Purchase History and click "See all".
Find the items that are not playing properly. If you can't see "Report a Problem" next to the items, click the "Report a problem" button. Now click the "Report a Problem" links next to the items.

I just downloaded an album but one song won't play instead a message that "This computer is not authorized" to play the song. The prompt has a log in and when I log in it tells me the computer is already authorized. What gives? Specifically the album is Flying Lotus - Until the Quiet Comes and the song is DMT Song (feat. I downloaded an album but one song will not play. The message says not authorized. I put in authorization info and it says this computer is authorized.
I tried to buy it again and the same error comes up not authorized, etc and nothing works.It may be a corrupt / damaged download...

I downloaded album but one song will not play, repeatedly prompts to authorize computer. I did all four suggestions on help site for itunes, Nothing works. I have read several posts, but many have problems with old purchases and new computers. This is a purchase I made today. I have tried deleting the SC file, and made all changes suggested by iTunes web site and other suggestions. Anybody have any suggestions I may have missed?

Pls Help Best and Kind RegardsDepending upon what country that you are in (music can't be re-downloaded in all countries) then see if it shows under the Purchased link under Quicklinks on the right-hand side of the iTunes store home page on your computer's iTunee. If it shows there but doesn't have the clpud symbol against it for redownloading then is that track listed in the Music part of your library i.e. where you would click on it to play it ? If it is then delete it from there and it should then get the cloud symbol against it in Purchased.
If you aren't in a country where you can re-download music or if it re-downloads in the same state then try the 'report a problem' page to contact iTunes Support : http://reportaproblem.apple.com . iTunes Support should reply within, I think, about 24 hours.
If the 'report a problem' link doesn't work then you can try contacting iTunes support via this page : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/- click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption -
As i said abouve,
Ive had my ipod just over a year now and its deciding to play up and wipe the whole thing so its like brand new untill i sync it with itunes again, but this time it wont seem to restor the ipod goes onto a black screen with the apple logo and a bar that is ment to fill up but this bar doesnt seem to be doing anything after a while it just flashes white and comes up with the sync to itunes picture.
Any help would be appreciated

Can only listen to the first 2 seconds of a song, checked for downloads incomplete and get all songs downloaded message, also have latest iTunes version. Tried restarting my PC but did not help. How do I get all of the song re-downloaded properly?

Thanks for using Apple Support Communities. If your song is incomplete when you try to play it, you can delete it and try redownloading it as described here:

I bought an album but one song isn't working
I bought and album on itunes and one of the songs doesn't work. It won't let me play it and after it plays the song before it, it just skips it. It doesn't work on my itouch as well. It tells me I have to authorize my computer, and after I authorize it, it says I've already authorized my computer. But the song still won't work! The rest of the album works fine.

Step 1 open up Itunes on your Ipod, Ipad or Iphone and look for the Album you bought, Click the buy button again
and its going to say you have already purchased this item, Would you like to download it. CLICK YES!
And you should have it!
If not contact Itunes/Apple support.
NOTE: if it made you pay for the album again. goto your email and send them the application when you bought it the first time, and say I already bought it, I want my money back! DON'T forget to add PLEASE!!!

Purchased a album from iTunes. Loaded all the songs using my phone everything downloaded like it was suppose to other than one song is showing purchased everywhere out to the side of it, where all the others are listed as play. And all the other songs titled on this album are in black print the one that isn't working is grey. Please help.

Try deleting the problematic tune (electing to remove original file if/when prompted) and then re-downloading the file from the iTunes store.
You can re-download content purchased from the iTunes store (availability varies depending on location) using the purchased option from the Quick Links section in the top right corner of the iTunes homepage in your iTunes application on your computer.

If the problem re-occurs, select the content which is causing a problem and use the 'Report a problem' button in Your Purchase History using your computer. -

i just bought my first album on itunes, it has 15 songs. however only 14 songs got transferred.

I've tried closing out of iTunes. I've shut down my mac. I cannot get this flippin song downloaded, but the rest of the album downloaded fine. What do I do now?
I'd report the problem to the iTunes Store.

This poor guy needs help. Somebody who knows what to do should help him. What a great Idea. I mean really totally solve the problem so he can go on along his merry way listening to his song he bought that won't download with the rest of the songs.

Hi all, i just purchased an album on itunes. There are 12 songs. Eleven songs downloaded . One has and exclamation point and can't be played.

Songs cut off after a few seconds
Hi, I have some songs on iTunes that play for a few seconds, then it skips to the next track. Most of these songs are purchased from iTunes and some are ripped. I look on the hard drive and the file is in tact and the info gives the time for the somgs as the full play time......any help please??
