HT1414 I have a new phone I plugged it in to iTunes and clicked restore instead of set up new phone and old junk is on here how do I get it back to what it just was?

I need help so if someone knows how to fix this I would be excited

On your phone: Settings>General>Reset>Erase all Content & Settings, or Plug it in, iTunes running, and hit the "Restore" button on the Summary Pane...eject when finished. Either choice will return the phone to a state just like it was when first taken out of the box.
