thank you in advanceI suspect that your Personal Address Book file is corrupted and won't save any changes. As a check, what happens if you double-click the List in question and add the new member by typing it in? And then if you close and reopen Thunderbird?

I get this message on my Facebook news feed when someone posts a YouTube video. Don't know why. It's worked fine for years. I am using Safari on my iPad. If I use the Facebook app it works fine. Any thoughts.

Did you let your Air die from power? Or has it been stored away for a while on a very low charge?
What happens when you try to power on? nothing?
If you cannot get to recovery mode and cannot power on at all, then its time for a service call to Apple for in shop full diagnosis and possible repair. -
MY computer crashed and I had to reload the operating system. I had purchased the export PDF. However, I had not back up since my purchase and it is my understanding that this software is not stored on my computer. The export no longer works, it just keeps circling and the message acts like it is doing it but it circles and never completes. Msg says "uploading file to adobe exportPDF online"

I'm sorry that your computer crashed. That's the worst. But, it shouldn't have affected ExportPDF, since that is an online service (provided you're using a supported web browser, and there's no firewall or proxy preventing ExportPDF from uploading). First, please make sure that you're using a supported web browser: http://www.adobe.com/acom/systemreqs/
Next, I think we should consider the file that you're trying to convert. How big is it? Had you tried converting it before the crash? Does it contain both text and graphics? Do other files convert without issue?

My iPad2 is four weeks old and the home button will not always close the application it is currently running and the problem is getting worse and I have tried to restore the iPad but this did not improve the problem...Is this a hardware problem that I need to seek a replacement
Your home button and power button are completely unresponsive, even when you attempt a hard reset? If so you will have to put into recovery mode and restore through itunes or possibly DFU if that does not work

I recently got a new Iphone (1 and half week ago) because my old one was broken after 1.5 years.
So i'm glad that i got a new one, till i noticed i NEVER have any wi-fi and he doesn't find any wi-fi locations near me, not at home at school or at any other places.
I don't know what's wrong, it might be the new IOS7, i got it the same time i got the new Iphone, so it might be that because i heard alot of wi-fi problems with the new IOS7.
But it's just annoying that i got a new phone, and it already has problems after 1 week, it doesn't make me happy at all. I basicly can't do anything without my wi-fi.
So are there any suggestions or idea's whats wrong?
I've googled myself, and some say it's hardware issue, but this is a new iphone 1 and half week old and it already started on day 1 the wi-fi problems.
So this shouldn't really be the case unless apple has given me a broken iphone, which would be pretty fcked up because i don't have any warranty anymore, and i'm not going to pay loads of euro's because they gave me a broken phone.

My MacBook is almost two years old and has started running really slow. It gets bogged down when it is running different programs at the same time, like Safari and Pages. It didn't react this way until recently. Any advice would be very welcome.
Launch Disk Utility and select the icon of the internal drive (the drive itself, not the volume icons below it.) Is the SMART status "Verified?" If not, replace the drive immediately. If the status is "Verified," the drive may still be failing. Back up all data, if you haven't already done so. Reinstall Mac OS X, then run Software Update. Test with all wired peripherals disconnected. If it's still slow, you have a hardware problem.

my ipod is 4g and only a few weeks old, and i dropped it a week after and got a tiny crack and it worked fine. then two weeks later(yesterday) it fell off of this planter and when i picked it up i expected if to be all cracked and shattered, but it was in great shape, then in the car i tried to use it, adn it was off. so i tried turning it on, resetting it, connecting it to power, and everything. it wont be detected in itunes either, so i dont know what happened. will they replace it since its only a few weeks old? and i looked at my service and support coverage and it said that the warranty is still active, and on the support-repair-pricing page in small print it reads:
Warranty service for eligible repairs is available at no charge for twelve months from the date of purchase.

Although your other devices connect okay, it would be worth resetting your router by switching if off for disconnecting it from mains power for 2 minutes and then switch it on again.

I think you can get Windows 7 for around $99. Install the 64bit version as the 32bit version will not be able to use all your new computer's ram if you have more than about 3.5gb.
Back up your quick books data now before the old hard drive dies. You can copy your data over to your new installation of Windows and quick books.
