Try resetting the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons until the Apple Logo appears on the screen. Ignore the red slider if it shows up. You will lose no data.

Same thing for a movie file.. If you want to play back the movie via a DVD and a DVD player you must create a Movie DVD and not just burn files to a data DVD... as Data DVDs are just storage devices for files and therefore will only work with computers...
Movie DVDs are special formats that include things like menus and special file formats.. so they can playback via a DVD Player...
You will need a 3rd party DVD Burning app like Toast which is what i actually use.... or the more popular DVD Creator app...to create and then burn a Movie DVD that will playback on a DVD Player....

The simple fact that it shows up in iTunes Search means it is in the iTune library.
It is a bug where some imports do not show up in the iTunes library (but they usually show up in Recently Imported playlist) until a restart of iTunes, which usually fixes it. -
Cannot home share the game app purchased at iTunes store. Home sharing music works. Home sharing books works. But, when I try to copy the game app, it says my computer is not authorized. What am I doing wrong?
I've been struggling with a similar issue myself and just figured it out. Some of my content had been purchased with an older Apple ID that I don't use any more. When I authorized my second computer, I only authorized it for my new Apple ID, not my old one. When I tried to copy my library to the new computer, many songs, apps, etc. reported the error "could not be copied because this computer is not authorized". It drove me crazy because I knew the computer was authorized and much of my library came over just fine.
Finally I selected some of the problem items, selected "Get Info" from the menus, and saw that they were all purchased by my old Apple ID. I then authorized my old Apple ID on my new computer, and all of my files are copying correctly now.
Would be great if the message said something like "...because this computer is not authorized for Apple ID [email protected]" -
i am unable to down load my itunes music onto a sperate hard drive as itunes closes when i try to change the settings
i dont know much about computers but I think this happened to me before.
as I said i hardly know computers. i think I unplugged the hard drive all cables and i turned the computer off too. plug it all again and see if it grabs it again. i did it and it worked. some how the extHD gets stuck on on. so thats why I unplugged it all. I dont know if you want to try that. -
On my iphone 4s, when I try to take a pic it flashes the pic for a second, but then the pic doesn't ever show up. It is assigned a number like a pic is there, but it is just a blank white space. When I try to share the pic, it shares the post with blank white in place of the pic.

The installer for iTunes free download says when installing "The installer encountered an error that caused the installation to fail." I have been to the help page and run Disk Utility (not sure if that's worked or not) and it still comes up with this. Please help me get iTunes back up and running. Thanks
Go to HD>Library>Receipts - remove the iTunesX.pkg receipt. Drag the iTunes app to the trash.
Repair permissions with Disk Utility - reboot - then try to run the installer.

Yesterday, I updated my Firefox browser from 3.6 to 5.0 (and added the following extensions: Better Privacy 1.51, Bloody Vikings! 0.5.3, Copy as HTML Link 2.0, Firebug 1.7.3, Firepicker 1.3.4, NoScript 2.1.1.2, and Ultimate Free Stock Photo Search Add-on 1.0.1, TypeGauge 0.5, and Zotero 2.1.8)
Now, I'm having trouble: At first, MySQL database server in MAMP wouldn't turn on at all. I restarted both Firefox and MAMP a few times. Finally, MySQL turned on and MAMP started to load into the browser. But it got only as far as the top bar on the MyPHP page, and would not load the rest of the page. Finally, pages do load, but I'm getting a "Waiting for localhost…" message looping at the lower left screen for a VERY LONG TIME (30-60 sec?) before my localhost web page appears (sometimes it says "Read localhost…").
But even when the localhost pages appears, it continues to run VERY SLOWLY when the browser tries to load the pages (although it runs a little less slowly when I use only the backend Wordpress administration pages). In short, it seems that something is stopping Firefox from accessing the MySQL database properly so that my site can show up as quickly as it did before.
Since this mess only happened after I upgraded to Firefox 5.0 and added the plugins, and nothing else has changed on my computer, it seems the Firefox 5.0 app and/or an extension is the culprit.
Can you advise me ASAP about what to do? If not, I'll have to downgrade to 4.0 or something. I've got deadlines to meet.

I rent a movie on iTunes stores, downloading it to my iPad2, but during the movie, the reading stop from capter 10 to End. I try to restart it, but an alert message inform me that i cannot read the movie. What is the issue for solve this problem? The movie is still located on apps movie, but i cannot read it. The time actually ran up to 27hours remaining before I force quit it (it was installing for at least an hour already) I have tried this on iMacs running various versions of OSX including Maverick and Yosemite and they both have this issue. I'm trying to download 4.0 and get a 10661 message when I try to launch the app.
I had 3.6.16 working perfectly fine. I downloaded 4.0 from your prompt when I opened 3.6. Once downloaded the graphic of the fox that I'm supposed to drag into my applications folder has a white circle w/cross on it and when I put it in my applications folder anyway I get the 10661 error message that it can't open?
Since I overwrote my 3.6.16 version now I don't have firefox at all!

I would recommend using Microsoft's MSI Fix It utility to uninstall both AIR and Long Tail Pro. Once uninstalled, go and install AIR from http://get.adobe.com/air then install Long Tail Pro again.
