It is not possible to install the iTunes store on an iPhone, nor is it necessary.
The iTunes store app is already installed in iOS and cannot be removed.
What is the real problem that is occurring?

silly question... but Aperture keeps opening whenever my iPhone is plugged in. Does anyone know how to stop this? Not a big deal... but its getting annoying!

And, if you want Aperture to launch when you connect your camera, but not when you connect your iPhone, open Image Capture when your iPhone is connected, highlight your iPhone in the sidebar, and select the No Application option in the lower left-hand corner where it says "connecting this iPhone opens"
You can have different options for each device.

Ovi maps 3.03 was designed to be synced with your ovi account at maps.ovi.com. You can manage routes there, and delete them if you wish. Sync your maps to your account, opens maps.ovi.com, log in, go to favorites and delete your route, then sync again. The website acts as an in PC maps manager. If you wish this function to be added to next versions of the maps, head over to Nokia Beta Labs and post your feedback in the section for Ovi Maps.

DFU mode[1] is a state that you can put your iPhone into where it can interface with iTunes but does not load the iPhone operating system or boot loader (this is what really differs DFU mode from recovery mode). DFU stands for Device Firmware Update.
While connected to PC, running iTunes, hold down Home and Power( button on upper right edge) button for exactly 8 seconds.
Release the power button. Restore message will appear in iTunes. The device will be recognized by iTunes, but no display will appear on the device itself. The lack of a display on the device will verify that it is in dfu mode.

I think once you can get it out of the "spinning wheel" mode, you will be OK. My experience has also been great with visits to the Genius bar. If you live close to one they are really helpful.

iDevices do not sync with one another, never have.
All content should be in iTunes on the computer, connect the new iPhone to the computer and either restore it from the most recent backup of the old iPhone or set up as new and sync the desired content to the device.

Researching the internet shows that you have to jail break the IPHONE to be able to block phone numbers. Did the designers forget to design the application with the IPHONE? There has to be a way to block phone numbers without jail breaking the phone. Just about every cell phone out there has that ability, why not the IPHONE?

No cell phone has the ability to block calls/sms's...none. True blocking must be done by the carrier, as there is no other way to block calls/sms's.

How to stop iTunes from launching when iPhone is connected?

I have the "Disable automatic syncing for all iPhones and iPods" checked in my Windows version if iTunes. But when I try to charge my iPhone, it still comes up. Is there any way to disable this. Windows also detects a camera device. I do all my iPhone stuff at home on my Mac, but at work I have a PC and I want to be able to charge my phone using the USB cable. But I don't want iTunes to launch or the PC to detect the camera device. Any ideas or suggestions?

Here's what I did using Windows Vista Home Premium. First, when I connected my iPhone, an AutoPlay dialog box popped up asking me what I wanted to do. Towards the bottom, there was some blue text that stated "Set AutoPlay defaults in Control Panel" and I clicked on it. When the Control Panel AutoPlay applet opened up, I scrolled down towards the bottom and found a list of devices which included "Apple iPhone." From there, I selected "Take No Action" from the drop-down list and have lived happily ever after.
