I too am facing this problem, however a little differently. I am in the process of uploading my vinyl collection to digital format in Audacity and am having this problem with multiple tracks when played in iTunes. The first few albums I ripped play just fine in iTunes, but the last few skip over about the last minute of every song and go to the next song. As you said, if you drag the time marker past the skipping point though, the rest of the song will play to the end just fine. I then synced these songs onto my iPod and they play perfectly straight through. I was leaning toward a bad mp3 encoding process that was maybe creating a glitch but I'm not sure at this point if they play correctly on my iPod. In quicktime the song will just stop playing at that specfic point, but if you hit play again, it will continue to the end. I can say though, I haven't seen this problem with any iTunes download, or ripped CD that I have ever put into iTunes (which makes my situation a tad different than yours), it's been purely the songs that I have imported via Audacity from LP's.

If you have an iPad 1, the max iOS is 5.1.1. For newer iPads, the current iOS is 6.1.3. The Settings>General>Software Update only appears if you have iOS 5.0 or higher currently installed.

I get an message telling me that the older version of apple software update cannot be removed,contact my technical suuport group which I did, but the advice was of no help.

There's a Windows utility called Microsoft FixIt. Run that, tell it you need help uninstalling. Select Apple Software Update.

Not able to download lumia cyan update on my 520

Hi,
I am from India.I have installed the first update of cyan updates for lumia 520 today. While downloading the second update I am getting below error after downloading around 63%
"the update couldn't be downloaded (801881d0)".
I have tried 5-6 times and it fails after every 62%.
Below are the details:-
1. I have 3 gb free space.
2. Wifi internet speed is 1.5 Mbps
3. It restarts from 0 after every failure.
Please let me know the solution.

I'm from Hyderabad. I'm having the same issue. My download stops at 71%. I have a 6Mbps internet connectivity and a 1.7GB free space on my Lumia 520. I tried downloading from a couple of friends' WiFi, but the same result everytime. I have wasted more than 5GB of my data on this update and no luck. Any help would be much appreciated.

ITunes won't resume interrupted download of iOS update

I have the latest iTunes for Windows v12.0.1.26.
I am trying to download ios update for iPad and it takes extremely long time - about 3 hours.
EVvery so often itunes says connection to update server is lost and I have to start download again.
ANd iTunes is unable to catch up where it croaked, it starts downloading 1.4 GB again from zero every time!
THis is stupid and unacceptable.
Please fix!!!

Finally I got the download, and it started to update... only to fail with dreaded error 3014!
Now my iPad is bricked!
No previous advices for these error help me now.
I've repeated update a dozen times, reset my router, restarted the computer,
reinstalled iTunes.

Have you tried to reset your iPad? Reset the iPad by pressing and holding the sleep/wake button and the home button for 10-15 seconds until the Apple logo appears, ignore the red slider. Then turn back on. You won't lose any data doing the reset.
