HT1725 App download error
Apps on downloading and updating are stopped with waiting message from yesterday.
iPad is working and
I can buy app still but can't complete download.
My credit card is working ok with other account with other device.
I deleted some heavy apps
Power off and on, and
updated iOS version
With no result.
What shall I do?
Settings > iTunes & App Stores > tap your Apple ID: > View Apple ID > Country/Region

I cannot access any of my CC apps due to a download error with the Creative Cloud desktop app. In the CC desktop app, under the 'Apps' tab, I should be seeing all my downloadable/updatable/etc CC apps, but I am instead presented with 'Download Error' and a link to Adobe's troubleshooting page. I have un/re-installed the desktop app several times, restarted, deleted the AAM folder as suggested on forums, same with the OOBE folder contents, nothing is working. PLEASE ASSIST.

My CC desktop app is showing me a download error. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app twice. Still no luck. I am wondering if this is because of my computers cache. If so I am also having difficulty in locating this on my mac (ie instructions weren't that clear in the help forum). I can't seem to follow where to find this OOBE file. Some assistance would be much appreciated. I have atatched a screen shot of my error.

The OOBE folder is hidden. Check at the bottom of that document about instructions on how to get into that hidden folder.
Hold down the Alt (Option) key when using the Go menu. The user library folder is listed below the current user's home directory.

Hi guys,
No matter how many times i try and re-install creative cloud, i cannot access my dreamweaver...
On the apps tab it simply shows me a grey triangle and "Download Error - contcat customer support."
I have searched the forums and have found nothing helpful!
This is the 3rd time i have had issues with this software, including permission, application manager missing or damaged, now i cannot open the software or even redownload the software.
I am running windows 7 professional on a clean install. 6-core high spec PCSince this is an open forum, not Adobe support... you need to contact Adobe staff to help

I have been receiving an error when downloading app updates. Apps begin downloading and I get this error on about 9 out of 10 downloads.
"XX MB of YY MB - stopped (err = -3253)
The app downloads can be restarted manually line by line and take 4 or 5 restarts each to complete a successful download. The problem seems exclusive to this one machine.

I get the download error when I click Apps on the CC desktop; I've tried the suggestions but it doesn't work. Also, I deleted my AAMupdater but when I try to re-install CC it doesn't give me the updater again.

Just set up a new Mac. downloaded Creative Cloud installer. Did what it said, logged in and now there is a Download Error message under Apps on the Creative Cloud Desktop. No code error when trying to download apps: "Download Error"
I'm not getting an error code, but I am getting a message in Apps that says "Download Error." This is what is in my log: 2/7/15 9:59:25.937 AM Console[1104]: Failed to connect (_consoleX) outlet from (NSApplication) to (ConsoleX): missing setter or instance variable Any suggestions?

Installation, creative cloud dektop, apps, download error
My Creative Cloud Desktop menu under Apps does not show any apps. I have already gotten Illustrator CC on my computer for a trial version. I can open it up and it works fine. When I try and download Photoshop CC I get a "Download Error Please Contact Customer Support" (See the image I have included). This is a new computer that I am doing this on.
What I want is to have Photoshop CC as well as Illustrator CC.
Can anyone help me?

AliceOkay here is what I did now. I uninstalled CC desktop. Then I reinstalled it. Now it looks better (see image below). But it shows I have Photoshop CC and I don't have it. How can I get rid of the photoshop listing?

Creative Cloud Trial Apps - download error undefined?
Hi, I am new to all this Adobe stuff, but I have just downloaded Adobe Creative Cloud for the Photoshop and Illustrator trials onto my Samsung Q320 laptop. The actual Creative Cloud desktop app downloaded but when I get to the apps tab it appears as shown below. I have clicked the 'reload applications' button many times, un-installed the app and even mad a new account. I downloaded it onto my Mac to see if it would work on that and it did, both apps are successfully downloaded. Again, I'm quite new to this so clear instructions would be appreciated

On my apps, I get the 'download error'. Apps won't reload. I am running OS X 10.8.5 and, yes, I am online. Please tell me what I should do, as I've followed all of the help links in the forum to no avail.

This has been going on for over a week. Shows start downloading and then I get a Download Error 503. I have a new Samsung Note 3 running Android 5.0 and it was also happening on my Galaxy SIII
Same here. Finally decided to update my creative cloud to CS6 and I keep getting this error when I try to run Application Manager. Tried re-downloading application manager, tried logging in with a different account on my computer to see if it something running on my computer but nothing's working. Was nervous when I first started looking for troubleshooting help and couldn't find any mention of this problem, but now I know I'm not the only one. I guess I'll watch this space!

I am new to BB...need guidance esp related to downloading the app from BB world.
Before I get to the issue following needs to be informed about my Phone & Laptop:
BB model: Curve 9380
OS- OS-7
BB world pre-installed
Desktop- Apple Macbook pro with OS-X Ver 10.6.8
Browser- Safari Ver 5.1.2
I dont have a carrier plan.
I try downloading some free apps from BB world using my laptop..I was asked to download a browser plugin- its been done.....now as step 2 in the process I am asked to connect my phone by identifying the BB pin in the drop down menu....after doing so I get the following msg everytime:
"An error has occurred communicating with the BlackBerry App World Web plugin. Please restart your device and try again. If you have content protection enabled on your device, please disable and try again".
I have few questions:
Do I need to have a carrier plan (other than simple calling plan)
Is there a seprate browser plug-in for Mac OS / Safari
Pls Help!!!

That's the root of the problem. Access to apps via AppWorld is country-controlled...the governments and carriers of each country decide what will and will not be available there. Hence, you need a full BB-level data plan so that AppWorld can identify your country/carrier and deliver to you only those things that are available to you.

Adobe Creative Cloud Apps "Download Error"
I wonder if anyone can help?
I recently migrated my iMac, which had Creative Cloud setup all fine, to a new iMac. Both run OSX Mavericks.
The new one was having initial problems opening any creative cloud apps that had been migrated over, including CC Manager itself.
I tried uninstalling and re-installing, but no change. I resorted to manually binning all Adobe files and starting again.
This appeared to initially work and I downloaded CC manager, got that running without errors and also downloaded Photoshop without a problem.
However, there was a Photoshop 'Update' available almost immediately which I downloaded and since doing this, I now get an error on the CC Manager's 'Apps' tab.
I have tried the 'Reload Applications' button but that has no effect.
My Photoshop still appears to be working fine but I yet need to download Indesign and Flash and others from CC Manager.
Any ideas?
