For about three weeks I haven't been able to download any apps, not even the free ones. My apple id billing information says that my security code on the back of my credit card is invalid. I called apple support and they told me to go to the express lane website but I still cant find a fix for my problem. If you could help me out that would be superb!!!!
Is the address on your iTunes account exactly the same (format and spacing etc) as on your credit card bill : http://support.apple.com/kb/TS1646 ? If it is then you could try what it says at the bottom of that page :
If the issue persists, contact your credit card company and verify that they and any company they use to process credit card authorisations have the correct information on file.
And/or try contacting iTunes support : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page

The company I work for has given me an iPhone, but I haven't been able to download any apps. I've created an apple ID account, it claimed that it had been verified, but everytime I go to download something, it verifies again and claims there's an error. I've tried this now with 3 different emails, and the message reads: go to the iTunes support page. I've emailed Apple, and they were extremely unhelpful. I was given the most vague responses by Bidyut from the iTunes Store Customer service team. I would just like to be able to use this phone since I'm paying for it.
It might be helpful if you told us exactly what the error was... If you don't give us specifics, the best you're going to get is vague responses.

You posted in the "Using Mac App Store" forum but your profile indicates you are using an iPad so that's what I'll try helping you with.
On the iPad tap Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings
Then restart the iPad. Hold the On/Off Sleep/Wake button down until the red slider appears. Slide your finger across the slider to turn off iPhone. To turn iPhone back on, press and hold the On/Off Sleep/Wake button until the Apple logo appears.

When I go to install app I'm asked for my password which I enter and then press go and

Correct. When you update via iTunes all synced media that is not in your iTunes library will be lost.

I have a annual plan, it supposed must be used in two terminals, but i haven´t been able to install any app in a second computer, it always says that the app is only available as a trial download. What can I do to solve this issue, and be able to use my paid plan in two computers?

Hello, I was trying to purchase Whats app, when I try to enter my credit card info, it keep telling that my security number don´t match, but my credit card got charged, 3 time in a row. I can send a screen capture of the message telling that already charged my card.

No this was absolutely of no help what so ever!!!!1I have had this issue before and it was also a nightmare. I don't understand why you have to go thru so much pain until you can talk to a real person. I don't have 48 hours. I use this app to make money. I can't update it, so I can't use it, all because I can't update my info, which is clearly on the Apple side. Not my bank (like they first want to say), not me, I know who I am, but it must be something on apple's side. And to wait 48 hours for an email response to tragic . I can't believe a company with as much assets as Apple can't get a real person to help me sort this out. I had this same problem years ago, and it was the same mess. Whay do I keep doing this? Am I just one of the bovine masses who just have to have an iPhone? Yikes

Since I bought this device I enjoyed it, everywhere I suggested it to my friends and co-workers. Until I upgraded its iOS from 7.1.2 to 8.0.2. The battery usage is as quickly as a Ferrari, no applications of previously purchased can be re-downloaded (I had to restore it and I lost all of them during upgrading). Honestly they really disappointed me. I have done any offer I read and saw on webpages, it's my same ID and nothing has changed. I reset all settings, network settings, used another Wi-Fi, used 3G, synced with my itunes on my laptop, and solutions you can think about during these couple of weeks. I expect apple to do something for the loyal customers which prefer their great company to another ones. Thanks so Much.
I couldn't find the edit button on my original post so I am posting an update here.
I have gone through more apps and have had good luck on all but one more. And it's not that the app doesn't work, I am talking about the Yahoo Weather app, It works fine, but when you swipe between cities the screen lags a bit and it sometimes doesn't move between pages the way it should. On iOS 7.1.2 it was smooth as butter but on iOS 8.0, not so much. I will post a note in the app store to let them know. I really like the Yahoo app better than the new stock app.
I have been going through my games and they all work fine. Angry Birds (Original and Stella), Canabalt, Minecraft, Bejeweled 2, Silly Walks, PopWords, Doodle Jump, Deep Green all seem to work just fine.
Starbucks app works as it should.
I will stop back again next week after I have had the weekend to play with it in detail and post my thoughts again. -
I can't listen to songs or sound while facetiming or while I'm on a app but when I go into sounds and turn the ringer up I can hear that so I know that my speakers work. My mic doesn't work either.
Try:
- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost

If still problem, make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store since it appears you have a hardware problem.

I have GarageBand for iPad 2 and noticed that there are far fewer loops for iPad than for apple laptops. Is there a library available of apple loops? I haven't been able to find any if there are. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Update: An Apple rep called me today to update the status of my return. I was told that the replacements for the BLACK iPad 2's was still another 3 weeks out (at least) so they offered me a brand new WHITE 16GB iPad 2. I could have that or continue waiting. I opted to go ahead and accept the offer of a new white one. Worst case scenario if I don't like the white one I have buddy that just bought a 16GB black one that he would be willing to swap it.

I want my new iPad mini to use my new Apple ID, not the old one that pops up without seemingly giving me the choice to update the Apple ID user name; as a result I haven't been able to update my APPS for some time. I changed my apple ID when I got a new e mail address a few months ago .
Any apps you have installed from the old AppleID will always be tied to that AppleID. You have no choice but to enter the password for the old AppleID if you want to update apps downloaded using that ID.
The only way to stop being asked for the password for the old AppleID is to remove all apps from the device that were downloaded using that old AppleID.
You'd then need to re-download (and re-purchase) any apps you want to keep using under the new AppleID.
Apps cannot be transferred between AppleIDs.
