HT1725 I  bought a song a few months ago on iTunes.  It no longer plays on my devices but clearly shows that it is downloaded, so I cannot re-download from the Cloud.  It just stops playing at about 1:00 mark.  Can I get another copy from iTunes?

I bought a song a few months ago from iTunes.  I have been playing it for months and all of a sudden it stops at the 1:00 mark on all of my devices and no longer plays.  I can't re-download it because it already thinks it's been downloaded.  How can I get another copy of this song that I have already paid for?!

If your country's iTunes Store allows you to redownload purchased tracks, I'd delete your current copy of the track and try redownloading a fresh one. See the following document for instructions:

Otherwise, I'd report the problem to the iTunes Store.
Log in to the Store. Click on "Account" in your Quick Links. When you're in your Account information screen, go down to Purchase History and click "See all".
Find the item that is not playing properly. If you can't see "Report a Problem" next to the item, click the "Report a problem" button. Now click the "Report a Problem" link next to the item.
