When you connect your phone and start iTunes on the left side you will see your phone listed under devices.Click on te icon next to it that looks like a battery. Click on the music button at the top and uncheck the sync music box.

Backup all you data using Time Machine or a clone program. Boot into the Recovery Mode (command - R during a restart), erase the disk and reformat it as Mac OS Extended (Journaled). From the Options button, choose GUID. The restore may or may not restore the errors, depending on what caused the errors.

I use Windows XP on my laptop. When I try moving the songs to the iPod it says the iPod is synced to another library. I didn't know I had another library (but I guess it is possible because I used iTunes a few years ago too).
The only option I get is to delete the music already on the iPod and sync the iPod to "this" library. I really don't want to lose the music already on the iPod. PLEASE HELP. I'm tech challenged to say the least.

According to your description, you want to get Backup and Restoration complete percentage by using DMV, right?
Analysis Services DMV are query structures that expose information about local server operations and server health. The query structure is an interface to schema rowsets that return metadata and monitoring information about an Analysis Services instance.
All the DMV are list on the link below, and based on my research, there is no such a DMV that return the Backup and Restoration complete percentage.

Router's Configurations - Backup and Restore

Hi, anyone tried Router's Backup and Restore Configurations (after logging on to 192.168.1.1 - it is under Administration tab)
i have WRT350N - firmware=1.03.2 running WinXP
i tried "backup" then "restore" - as a results, i lost all configurations (SSID, WEP NW key, Router password, Storage users and share) from what i can tell, "Restore" wipes out all user settings and restore Linksys default ...
would appreciate any comments please...

Once you are in Recovery Mode, it's too late to do any backup. I am afraid you are going to lose your data.

It tells you to go to Error 13 and 14 if you receive error (-50).

Settings > iTunes & App Stores > Apple ID: > View Apple ID > Country/Region.
You must have a verified billing address & be located in the country whose store you are trying to use.

In iTunes go to the Help menu in the upper menu bar. Then click on iTunes Help. Then on Sync your iPod, iPhone or iPad and follow the instructions.

iMessages are backed up in the normal backup of your phone so it will be restored when you restore the backup.
