Someone else set up my iTunes account for me and I can't remember the Apple ID, the Password, or the name he put under it all. How do I get back into my iTunes account???? Or at least a number to call to get back???

Go to Settings>Store>Apple ID, tap the ID shown, sign out, sign back in using the alternate ID.

If you are logged in with the same account that you bought them with, and they are still in your country's store and you haven't moved countries since buying them, then they might show in the Purchased tab in the iTunes store app for redownloading, and the Purchased link under Quick Links on the right-hand side of the iTunes store homepage on your computer's iTunes. If not all show there then check to see if you've hidden any of them : iTunes Store: Hiding and unhiding purchases - Apple Support
If they are no longer in the store or you've moved countries then do you have a copy of them anywhere ? If you still have the iPod with them on then you can connect it to your computer's iTunes and do File > Devices > Transfer Purchases to copy them over to your iTunes library so that you can take a backup copy and sync them to your iPad.

How can I get back into my email account?

I hope there is a fairly easy solution to this because I'm not good with computers. I cannot receive any emails on my .mac.com account as the reason states "reason for failure 550.5.1.1 unknown or illegal alias". Also it does not recognize my password. If it's disabled then it's too late to copy any content off it or to take a new backup, you will have to reset it back to factory defaults by connecting it to a computer's iTunes : Forgot passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled - Apple Support
Have you been backing up to the cloud ? If you have then after resetting it back to factory defaults you can restore to that backup : Back up and restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch using iCloud or iTunes - Apple Support
If you bought it second hand then had the previous user removed their account from Settings > iCloud (and had Find My iPad enabled) on it ? If not and the iPad is on iOS 7+ then you will have to contact the previous owner to reactivate the iPad after resetting it : Find My iPhone Activation Lock: Removing a device from a previous owner’s account - Apple Support

It will not recognize my password and when I click on "Can't Remember Password" and go to the page where I need to enter my account email address it will not recognize it. It's the same email address that appears in the window of my new 8600. I run Windows XP. Any idea of how I can get back into my account?

Restore. Note that it could take well over an hour! Connect via cable to the computer that you use for sync. From iTunes, select the iPad/iPod and then select the Summary tab. Follow the on-screen directions for Restore and be sure to say "yes" to the backup. You will be warned that all data (apps, music, movies, etc.) will be erased but, as the Restore finishes, you will be asked if you wish the contents of the backup to be copied to the iPad/iPod. Again, say "yes."
At the end of the basic Restore, you will be asked if you wish to sync the iPad/iPod. As before, say "yes." Note that that sync selection will disappear and the Restore will end if you do not respond within a reasonable time. If that happens, only the apps that are part of the IOS will appear on your device. Corrective action is simple - choose manual "Sync" from the bottom right of iTunes.
If you're unable to do the Restore, go into Recovery Mode per the instructions here. You WILL lose all of your data (game scores, etc,) but, for the most part, you can redownload apps and music without be charged again. Also, if you have IOS-7, read this.

Recovery Mode
1. Disconnect the USB cable from the device, but leave the other end of the cable connected to your computer's USB port.
2. Turn off the device: Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button for a few seconds until the red slider appears, then slide the slider. Wait for the device to turn off.
3.While pressing and holding the Home button, reconnect the USB cable to the device. The device should turn on.
4. Continue holding the Home button until you see the "Connect to iTunes" screen. When this screen appears, release the Home button. iTunes should alert you that it has detected a device in recovery mode. Click OK, and then click Restore to restore the device.
Note: Data will be lost. You may have to repeat the above many times.

I bought the Hangover on my iPad. How do I get it into my itunes library?

While travelling I bought "The Hangover" film on my iPad. On getting home the "iTunes Extras" have downloaded into my iTunes library on my PC but there is no sign of the film itself. I have tried syncing the iPad with iTunes to no avail. I have tried "dragging and dropping the film from the ipda into the itunes library ... doesn't work. I cannot leave the film on my ipad forever and it does not appear to be held anywhere else. How do I get it into my itunes library? If not why not? If I delete it from my ipad do I then really have to buy it again?
This is all on the UK itunes store btw.

Connect the device, File > Transfer Purchases should do it. You have no automatic right to redownload the film (in the UK, yet) but if something goes wrong then it is always worth approaching the iTunes Store support team.. They have been known to reissue content in certain circumstances.

iTunes is not capable of playing songs in FLAC format.
To use the music in iTunes get a 3rd party converter such as Switch and create versions in an iTunes compatible audio format such as MP3, AAC, Wav or AIFF.
Keep the original FLACs on hand for times when you are using a more capable music player.

If you restore from iCloud backup the apps will be automatically downloaded. If you restore from iTunes backup the apps and music have to be in the iTunes library since synced media like apps and music are not included in the backup of the iOS device that iTunes makes.
