I can't update my phone and I AM using the latest update of Itunes AND have restarted computer and followed everything. I'm to the point of booking an app't with the genius bar because I'm finding apples instructions and this latest update to be a complete waste of time.

The first thing I would suggest is for you to go to the folder containing your catalog, using your system browser. There will be a folder that has the extension .lrdata. Delete that folder, and then try to start Lightroom. If that doesn't work, replace your catalog with your most recent backup.

Launch the Console application in any of the following ways:

from the hierarchical list on the left. If you don't see that list, select
View ▹ Show Log List
from the menu bar.

I am trying to download and install the iOS 7.1 software that was sent thought general on my iPad 4 th generation it keeps saying there was an error downloading it, what do I do now?
First try resetting your iPad and then try updating again.
Reset the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider if it appears on the screen - let go of the buttons. Let the iPad start up.
If it still will not work, try updating using iTunes. But before you do that, disable your firewall and your antivirus software, then try the update again. -

Try turning the server off and then see if you can edit the settings. If you can't - back out of the setting - turn the mail account off - then come back in and try to edit again.

If this is an AOL issue try this:
On your iPhone:
-Select Settings
-Select Mail, Contacts, Calendars
-Select your AOL.com account
-Select SMTP from the Account Info Page
-Select SMTP from the SMPT Page
-From the smtp.aol.com page
-Check that the Server is ON
-Check that the Host Name is smtp.aol.com
-Check that your User Name is correct
-Check that you Password is correct
-Check that Authentication is set to Password
-The Server Port should be 587
Try this as well - go down to the next set of smtp servers in the setting - under Other smtp servers - tap the first one in there and turn that one on - or make the changes in there and turn it on.

So what can I do? I have Scrabble on my IPhone but since I downloaded the current update, I can no long play my games. It constantly says "Error" Please try again later but it continues to say the same thing time and time again. I purchased the game so I don't want to lose it. I deleted and and placed back on my phone but still the same. I'll take the old Scabble back if I could get it back. What to do??

Several days ago some of the links in my Apple Mail messages stopped working. Specifically, the links going to some variation of "response beacon" don't work. All I see is a blank screen. Does anyone have any idea how to fix this?

* "Remove the Cookies" from sites that cause problems: Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"
Start Firefox in [[Safe Mode]] to check if one of your add-ons is causing your problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Tools > Add-ons > Themes).
* Don't make any changes on the Safe mode start window.

What version of the OS X are you running? Go to the Apple in the upper left corner and select About This Mac and report the Version back here.

Hi. Whenever I go through one of the menus in firefox, the links remain highlighted after my mouse passes over them. Is there a bug fix for this or is there something wrong with my computer? I am running windows 7 if that helps. This problem started ever since I upgraded to version 5.
I have downloaded and used the iPod Reset Utility, alot that did. My current state is iTunes on my XP Home with SP3 sees the iPod. When I drag a song to the iPod, the Sync message appears for about 5 minutes, then the Apple symbol appears. But no song has been transferred to the iPod.
I tried to tap into the XP iTunes database from my iBook, but although it acted like it would add the XP library to the iBook library, it did not. I've got 19 Gs of songs on the XP. If I have to load each song from its original CD to get it on my iBook I'm going to start looking for some other app or device so that I can listen to my music.
It is a shame, in the old days, Apple techs use to look at what was going on, now it appears they don't, so they never know they have problems until Apple's profits fall.

The problem is the sorting of TO items for a pick delivery (LT03). In some cases we have the situation that the TO item sort is incorrect. Then we cancel the TO's (LT15) and recreate the pick TO's (LT03) and the item sort is correct! This process req
