HT1918 Credit Card and Paypal problem

Im having a problem selecting my payment method. If I choose my credicard(MasterCard) apple say this creditcard was declined (and the card is perfect). If I choose the Paypal Apple ask me to contact the support. What am I suppose to do ??

The credit card then is registered to exactly the same name and address (including format and spacing etc) that you have on your iTunes account, and it was issued by a bank in the country where you and your iTunes account are ? If it is then you could check with the card issuer to see if it's them that are declining it, and if not then try contacting iTunes Support and see if they know why it's being declined : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page
For the PayPal, have you contacted iTunes Support to ask them why you are getting the message to contact them ? If not then you can use the above link to do so (these are user-to-user forums).

    As I understand it, you can use multiple payment types on a purchase at BestBuy.com, but you are limited to only one credit card per transaction.
    I have an Amex gift card, that I believe Best Buy would consider as a credit card, that I would like to use on a purchase, but it is not enough to cover the whole cost. Can you make a payment online using a credit card and Paypal (that way the purchase is using only 1 credit card), or are you limited to just one or the other?

    This is a fantastic question! You are correct that a gift card branded with a major credit card logo, such as American Express, would be considered a credit card by our system. Sadly, you wouldn't be able to combine a credit card payment with a payment from PayPal as well. I apologize for any disappointment that this news may bring you. With that said, you may combine PayPal or a credit card payment method with Best Buy gift cards or My Best Buy rewards certificates.     I already have an Apple ID and even though I have redeemed an iTunes gift card and have a balance in my account, iTunes will not let me purchase a song.  Do I have to enter alternate payment source even though I have an account balance from a gift card?

    thanks so much for taking the time to respond. Out of desperation, I called my ISP and they removed it from my computer. Man, I wish I knew what caused this. I would share my screen with you but all info, I've either deleted or it was removed when ATT Support Tech did their stuff.

    How did you create the account ? If you followed the instructions on this page when creating it then you should have got the 'none' option : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT2534
    e.g. on a computer's iTunes, if currently signed into an account then you logged out of it, and you then found a free app in the store and clicked on its free 'price' :
    And then clicked on 'create Apple id' on the popup :
    When I tried that process to create an account a few days ago I got the 'none' option on the payment details screen.
    If you didn't use that process then you will need to create a new account using it (the instructions won't work with an existing account).

    Not a single account, no, at least not easily. It would be better to set up individual iTunes Store accounts, one in each country. Your computer and devices can quite happily deal with two accounts, and then you can just log into the appropriate account when you're in the applicable country. You'll need a second email address to able to create a new Apple ID.

    If your credit or debit card is declined or your getting the message the security code (CVV) or zip code is correct please read the below article:

    If you have called your credit or debit card provider and they aren’t able to to resolve this for you then your only option is to try a different card or switch to iTunes gift cards. Apple iTunes cannot solve credit or debit card issues as they ARE NOT YOUR CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD PROVIDER.

    I have been wanting to get a separate iTunes account from my brother because he spends all of my money. The only problem is, I can't continue without a Credit Card or PayPal when I go to sign up for a new account. My parents refuse to let me use their credit card, and I am sick of my brother using all of my money.
    When I signed up for my first account, I did not need a credit card. I have no idea what I did to sign up before, but I can't sign up for a new account now.
    I really need the help because I am ready to lose it if my brother steals one more dollar from my account.

    When I try to add PayPal as my method of payment in iTunes, the PayPal Authentication page says, "Error Detected: This recipient requires that you have a valid funding source from United States in order to complete this transaction." I do have a valid credit card in PayPal. I've e-mailed both PayPal and iTunes several times and have received no helpful answers (canned responses only). Has anyone else had this problem?

    I have e-mailed iTunes support more than 15 times in the last 2 months and they have not investigated this problem. Two of their responses asked me to reply with a phone number and time I can be reached, and I heard nothing by phone or e-mail after responding with that info.
    My credit card in PayPal has a United States bank address and PayPal verified that it is valid.
    I haven't found any workaround and am disgusted with iTunes web-based support. I don't believe a person is reading my issue; the support e-mails appear automated - with human touches - to respond to key words in my question but don't answer the unique nature of this issue.
    Has anyone else received viable assistance from iTunes web-based support?
