Thanks for visiting Apple Support Communities.
Using the steps from the article above (iTunes Store: Changing your payment information), you should be able to select "None" as your payment method. This will remove your credit card from your iTunes Store account (Apple ID).
Changing your payment information using an iOS device
Tap Settings on the Home screen.
Tap iTunes & App Stores.
Tap your Apple ID. (If you aren't signed in, enter your Apple ID and password and tap Sign In.)
Tap View Apple ID.
Enter your Apple ID password.
In the Edit section, tap Payment Information.
Update the information that you want to change.
Note: You can find the payment methods that the iTunes Store accepts in the Payment Type section. If you don't want a payment method on your account, select None in the Payment Type section.

HT1918 I'm wanting to remove my credit card from my itunes how can i do that?
The Credit card on my account is no longer valid (does not exist anymore) I cant purchase ANY apps, not even free ones.. how can I remove the credit card from my account so i can purchase free apps until further notice.
Edit: Sorry I didn't reply back sooner. You must go on to iTunes using a computer not an iPhone or iPod. If you had an form of gift card (other than the iTunes gift card itself) you can't change your information unless you actually put a legit credit card number in. I had this problem before where I was 15 and put a Visa gift card as a credit card on iTunes and then it wouldn't let me edit it. I bought $30 worth of music using the card and never got charged for it. Anyway, this message would pop up every time I wanted to download something saying I needed to update. Eventually I couldn't do anything on that account anymore so I made a new one. Making the new one was really hard in the beginning because I they have it set up so you have to enter a card number in the new account sign up area.
I got to make my new account without a credit card because what you have to do is
-go on to iTunes
-go to the store
-look to the right and find the "quick links" area.
-scroll down past all the top songs, albums, movies ect until you get to "free apps" (make sure its the free ones so it can actually work)
-without being logged in to any account hit download for a free app
-iTunes will ask you if you want to make a new account or sign in, choose new account
-once in new account you will be asked what email and password you want along with other security stuff.
-when you get to billing there will be the place for credit card information and then all the way at the end of the list of credit card brands will be the option labeled "none". Click it and fill out the rest of the form and get your new account without credit card information -

Go to Store > View My Account > Edit Purchase Info. Then just click "No credit card" and hit Okay, and it will remove all of the info. Good luck.

On your computer's iTunes you should be able to edit your payment info by going into the Store > View Account menu option and logging into your account, and on your account's details page there should be a payment link. If you are doing it on an iOS device (iPad, iPhone or iPod Touch) then tap on your id in Settings > iTunes & App Store and tap on 'View Apple ID' on the popup and log into your account - that should also give you a payments link on your account's page.

It is not a good idea, to manually delete registry keys. Java uninstaller removes all registry entries that are needed to perform clean future installation.
You might see some of the keys not removed by Java unistaller but they do not prevent any user from doing fresh installation of Java in future.
Java removal tool is currently being developed, but that is for removing old/unsecure and unsupported Java versions. The tool isn't really intended to remove current/above security baseline versions of Java.
Also, the tool does a standard un-install using msiexec /x. It won't specifically delete registry keys - it lets msiexec do it. -
I have just transferred all my raw, jpeg & tiff files into LR4 and using the opportunity to delete old raw files to free up disc space. How can i completely remove a raw file from my mac disc??
I'd be careful here: LR references files. It can copy them, like from an SD card to your hard drive, but it doesn't necessarily make duplicates. So when you say you "transferred" those files "into" LR it just means you referenced existing files. And if you delete those they're gone, unless you've made copies. LR does not import files by copying them into a managed library like Aperture does.

My card was recently deactivated after a fraud. I want to remove my credit card from my account but I can't figure it out. I've tried going to my settings but it's not working and I can't get any new apps right now which is frustrating.
Open iTunes and select iTune Store on the left pane.
On the navigation bar, click on “Sign in”.
After logging in click on the arrow right beside your email address, and select “Account”.
Click on the “Edit Payment Information Button”.
You can now set the Credit Card option to “None”.
Click “Done” and the Payment Information box should show “No credit card on file”. -

I'm not sure what you mean when you say "by phone". If you mean that you want to change your iTunes Store account settings from your iPhone, see:

Debit cards are not acceptable forms of payment. -

I had a $100 prepaid visa gift card and after spending most of it I had a few dollars left and decided to put the credit card on my itunes account. I bought a few songs and used up the rest of my money. Now I have apps that need to be updated and it keeps telling me to verify my billing information and what not. So basically it won't let me update my apps. Is there a way to remove the credit card from my account? I don't have another credit card to put on my itunes account, this was just a prepaid visa card that is not rechargable so I can't put more money on it. What can I do?
