HT1918 i'm trying to change my card details and it keeps saying it has been declined anything i can do?
im trying to change my card details as i have a replacement card but it keeps saying declined once i have put all the information in on my iphone as my laptop is broken and that is the only way i can get into my itunes account. any help would be good as i want to set up netflix for my apple tv

Note: Creating a new Apple ID wont help.. you must use the same Apple ID as you used to purchase LPX in the first place to download it...
However;
Several people have reported a similar issue over the last few days.. For most, trying again the next day worked.. Seems like Apple has been doing some work on their servers... and this has temporarily caused issues when trying to download an app...
If this doesn't resolve itself...then as i said, contact Apple directly. -

on ios device go to settings - itunes app stores - click on your apple id - select view apple id- and then enter password. - your billing info is in the account window.
on computer open itunes - go to itunes store - either sign in - or click apple id - view apple id - enter password - billing info under account window -

Are you not backing your photos up to iCloud? Dropbox? Any of the other options? If not, sorry, you will lose your photos.
You must use a computer to restore. Doesn;t matter if it's yours or not - any computer will do as long as it has the latest version of iTunes.
