Your technical issues have zero to do with the installers. Whatever is at play is rooted on your system, but you have not provided any specific system info nor crash logs. Pardon me, but "Photoshop is crashing" is a useful as my 88 year old grandma telling me her phone doesn't work...

And they were definitely purchased from the iTunes store, they show on the account's purchase history (Store > View Account on a computer's iTunes, or you can view the last 90 days purchases via http://reportaproblem.apple.com) ?
You could potentially log into the account on that computer's iTunes (Store > Sign Out to log out of your account, that will then change to a Store > Sign In option) and redownload them by clicking on the id towards the top right of the iTunes screen and Purchased on the popup :
But that will potentially tie that computer to that account for 90 days : Manage your associated devices in iTunes - Apple Support
Or do you have a different computer that you could redownload them on and then copy them over to that computer via a flash drive or memory card, and then add them to its iTunes via File > Add To Library ?

The problem I'm experiencing is that I have 100% of all the albumcoves on my computer, but when I try to sync they wont appear on my Ipod. So I have like 80% coverflow on my ipod while I have 100% on my computer.

Hi, i seem to be having the same problem. have checked to make sure i have artwork on every track on the album (which i do) and 20% or so of the artwork still will not copy to my Ipod, and some of these are actually albums bought from the itunes store!

i found the way to get my songs from my iPod to my computer, but now all of the songs i bought through iTunes will not go back to my iPod. error message is "some of the songs, including "so-and-so" (actually it's Alice Cooper's Feed my Frankenstein :)HA!) were not moved to the iPod because you are not authorized to play them on this computer." the problem is, this is the same computer, it's just been wiped by Apple and i reinstalled everything. i see in one of these forums that you can apparently double click on the song to get it to transfer back, but i have about 3000 songs, so it's hard to tell what i bought from iTunes from what i had already. can anyone help me do this in one foul swoop? I have a 160 G iPod classic and there is plenty of room on it, I double checked that it is set to sync TV shows and movies, everything I can think of. These shows will not sync and will not drag and drop into my iPod. I just bought the shows, so I don't see how it could be an issue with it being old content or DRM or anything. Any help is most appreciated!

I purchased some songs and they appeared to be downloaded but they're not on my shuffle ipod. what do I do now?

Songs that I purchased that looked like they were downloaded fine on to my ipod shuffle but turns out they didn't show up on my ipod. I am on Windows XP home edition, it's a brand new shuffle ipod, 4th edition. Help anyone?

Make sure they are configured to sync to your Shuffle via your Shuffle's Music tab. See this article for more details on syncing music to your Shuffle.

Recently, my ipod is not letting me update it. Everytime i plug my ipod into the computer, a window comes up saying:
"Songs on the iPod "Steve's iPod" cannot be synced because all of playlists selected for syncing no longer exist."
I do not know how to get the songs back on my ipod so any suggestions or help will be greatly appreciated!! Thank you so much for your time!

First, in you reply (and i've read this elsewhere), you imply that i need to check a box that says "manually manage music." OK, great, but where do i find such box? Is that on the iphone or in itunes? Also, i am afraid of losing what i already do have on my phone. I have about 150 songs, some of which were purchesed thru itunes, but most of which i "dropped and dragged" from my older computer with the older version of itunes. When i go to itunes with my iphone plugged in, all of the boxes are grayed out, except one at the top that says "Sync Music". When i check this box, i get an error warning that says "Are you sure you want to remove existing music, movies, TV shows, books, and tones from this iPhone and sync with this iTunes library? Music, movies, TV shows, books, and tones synced to [name of my iPhone] from other iTunes libraries will be removed and items will be synced from this iTunes library."
So, i have over 3000+ songs in my itunes library on my computer... obviously that isn't going to fit on my phone. So then, what is going to happen? I'll lose everything that is already on my phone PLUS it will NOT be able to sync?
Is now the time to buy a Zune?!? For the company that is supposedly "user friendly", Apple has really managed to screw this one up.

Ok this is bizzare!
Thank you for your response, I went throught each and every step without any luck, even got the recovery programme, and painstakingly tried to sift through all that mumbojumbo to find what i needed. finally found the bookmark bit, but it had been fully overwritten :(, so on reading about previous ff versions, found the sqlite thingys, and they were relatively unscathed(partly written over, but saveable apparently TG), saved them to adiff drive, amongst other possibly good folders. Then looked up how to install them, and it said to close FF, and install to profile folder.
So i tried to close FF, and the original problem from a few days ago, where it asked me if 'i was sure i wanted to close this window as it has X tabs open', popped up again. This is where 'open blank page' selection was set, over 'open previous tabs'. Wanting to save that info on how to sort out these friggin files, I reset the Option to 'open previous tabs', and closed FF. After unsucessfully searching for the profile folder on my laptop, i opened FF intending to search online for where i could find said folder.
AND BANG, surprise surprise, the FF I had just closed with only tabs open about finding out what the heck to do, had disappeared, and instead my original saved tabs were up, and my bookmarks are there..... I am gobsmacked! what the heck just happened there???
I have made 3 back up in different folders now, of those friggin bookmarks. I am weary now tho of shutting it all down.... what if its back to the other pages I had with no bookmarks, tomorrow :(

HT2045 My ipod has songs on it but they will not play.

My ipod classic contains all of my music from itunes. All the songs work perfect in itunes but they will not play on the ipod. The screen displays the selection as though it would begin playing the song. After a few seconds of the song timeline staying at 0:00 it advances to the next song. This continues through all of the songs.

Do the Hard Reset
After charging till full charge, at least 2 hours (preferably 4 hours)
Toggle the Hold switch, make sure you dont see the red mark when you do the next step
Reset the iPod -> Press Menu and Center button simultaneously for about 10 secs or till the Apple Logo comes ON
Then release the buttons
Select your preferred language.

Then with it in this mode connect it to the PC and try to run the latest iPod updater to do a restore and update software if you have the option. the latest iPod updater is 2006-03-23 and can be downloaded here http://www.apple.com/ipod/download/

i cannot connect iTunes because it's always asking to enter passcode on iphone.
So, i cannot make restore my iphone 6+. And then, I cann't erase "device" in icloud.
My iphone is new. No icloud. didn't connect to itune backage.

When the emails have downloaded and I "Get Account Info" in Messages on server it shows all the messages I have just downloaded if I switch to That have been downloaded to my Mac the display it is blank. Also if I delete the downloaded messages and then get new info. All the messages are downloaded again and the count of new messages increases (this increases every time I Get New Messaages) .
