I bought this movie for $14.99 "mud" and I put download, well it said" error, you may not download this movie because your storage is almost full". And all I want is either a refund or a resolution to this problem. And I would like Orr as soon as possible.

I'm down to 13.3 GB and no bytes available for use.
You need to do a Restore. It's easy to do but it's reasonably time-consuming. Connect via cable to the computer that you use for sync. From iTunes, select the iPad/iPod and then select the Summary tab. Follow directions for Restore and be sure to say "yes" to the backup. You will be warned that all data (apps, music, movies, etc.) will be erased but, as the Restore finishes, you will be asked if you wish the contents of the backup to be copied to the iPad/iPod. Again, say "yes."

I purchased Adobe Revel with an upgrade from a trial it still won't let me upload past 1 g
Does anyone know what I need to do to make this upgrade work? It still sees me as a trial version although it see's my payment for the upgrade? Is there yet another catch to this service? All I have gotten has been the runaround, pass the buck , and I am chasing my tail.
Please try logging out and logging back in again and see if that changes your account status. If not, can you say what device and operating system you are using?

When going to update it says there is a billing problem with the previous purchase when I go to update it still won't let me download and all the info is correct. How do I fix this?

I cannot downlaod any apps on my IPhone. It keeps telling me to go to the ITune store and change my billing information and I have done that and it still won't let me download apps.

My iPhone 4s didn't do it until the latest update so imnpretty sure it's on the apple server some sort of bug maybe? Not sure. But whatever it is I really would like to download apps. It won't let me download any apps and my phone is brand new.

I have an iPhone and recently bought an iPod 4 touch what l am using the same apple ID for. The iPod won't let me download songs from iTunes it is asking me security questions which I don't think I have put answers to in the first place, because of this it won't let me buy any songs on iTunes
It's probably asking you to verify the security code found on the back of your credit card.

I purchased a tv series and downloaded the first episode, when I went to download the next episode a message popped up saying "this computer is already associated with an apple id.....You can download past purchases on this computer with just one Apple ID every 90 days. You cannot associate this computer with a different Apple ID for 41 days" and won't let me download the rest of the shows even though I haven't changed accounts and I'm using the same account I purchased the shows with.
It's been months, so you may not care anymore, but you can't download songs from multiple Apple IDs over a 90 days period. Sorry, it's not allowed for legal reasons.

My daughter has used my computer to log into iTunes and download music but now it won't let me download recently purchased music from my iPad onto my computer. I want to transfer the recently purchased songs onto my iPod so how can I do this now? iTunes now says that I have to wait another 55 days! There must be a way to do this since I have paid for them.
In iTunes sign out of your daughters Apple ID and sign in with your own.

When trying to download apps on my new iPad I keep getting prompted to update my security questions for my safety. When I choose this option it freezes and won't load the questions, however, when I hit not now it won't let me download. What do I do?
Reboot your iPad and then see if you can set the security questions.
Reboot the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons. -
Trying to download songs on iTunes and it's asking for "my 1st car I owned" and other questions that I never answered. It won't let me download anything til I answer them. Can you help me?
You need to contact Apple to get the questions reset. Click here, phone them, and ask for the Account Security team, or fill out and submit this form.
