Welcome to the Apple community.
A number of people have reported similar issues recently, many appear to have found a discrepancy of some kind in their account settings and making changes to these settings or simply resetting them has resolved the matter.
Check your account details are correct, check that you are using the correct details for Location, Region and Time Zone. You may want to change these settings and then change them back to see if that helps.
You might also try logging out of and then back into your iTunes account (Settings > iTunes Store > Apple ID’s > Sign Out) and restarting your router. (Some have reported that after doing this, they need to check for rentals even though it may report that there aren’t any, after which rentals once again appear in the ‘movies’ feature)
Rentals should appear under their own heading in the ‘Movies’ feature, you might also check at Settings > iTunes Store > Check For Rentals.

Go to Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs (Win XP) or Programs and Features(Later)
Remove all of these items in the following order:
iTunes
Apple Software Update
Apple Mobile Device Support
Bonjour
Apple Application Support
Reboot, download iTunes, then reinstall, either using an account with administrative rights, or right-clicking the downloaded installer and selecting Run as Administrator.

Should you get the error iTunes.exe - Entry Point Not Found after the above reinstall then copy QTMovieWin.dll from:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Apple\Apple Application Support
and paste into:
C:\Program Files (x86)\iTunes
The above paths would be for a 64-bit machine. Hopefully the same fix with the " (x86)" omitted would work on 32-bit systems with the same error.

I have purchaces Creative Cloud package 5 of the segments have downloaded ok but Lightroom 5 Gaming SDK 1.3 and Scout CC will not complete download any advice.

I have downloaded flash player many time will not complete download.

I have tried to download many, many, times to download the latest version of your flash player!!! I have called geek squad to help me fix the problem. It still has not been resolved. I have deleted all flash on my computer and tried to down load and it starts to go through the steps and completes the download but does not complete instillation. My problem is a little different.
Yesterday, I received a notice to download an update to flash player. I did so, but it was just as Microsoft Word started up. The installation took forever and eventually I received a message to the effect the installation was incomplete.
I also discovered a new user account had been created on my computer. Its name is 'bimvhcba'. Inside the account is a Windows-free zone -- basically a black screen. I deleted the account through control panel and rebooted. I do not seem to be able to rid my computer of this account.
My computer is a laptop running Windows Vista with Chrome as the default browser. Through this site, I checked to see what version of Flash Player was running on my computer. It is the most recent one.
I have run comprehensive virusscans and spyware scans. No malware turns up.
I'm baffled. Any suggestions you have would be welcome.

It may depend on your download speeds.
Check here > http://www.speedtest.net
Minimum download speed should be approximately 20 - 25mpbs.
Keep in mind, if you do install Mavericks, at some point you will need to repair the startup disk or restore OS X. Both require a high speed broandband connection as noted here.
Mavericks requires 8GB's or more of storage space.
Click your Apple menu icon top left in your screen. From the drop down menu click About This Mac > More Info > Storage
Make sure there's at least 15% free disk space.

Iphone 3gs will not turn on after attempting a factory restore

My iphone 3gs will not turn on after attempting a factory restore, all that happens is the apple logo appears the timer goes round then stops. It then switches itself on and off several times to no avail.
The only way I can turn it off now is by holding the off button and the home button, but then it goes into the cycle again.
Any advice gretly appreciated.

An app will not completely download from the App Store to my iPhone 5S. Neither can I terminate the download by trying to delete it. The app is useless to me and so I would like to remove the icon from my home screen. How can I do this?

I tried to download the app "Google Translate" from the App Store onto my iPhone 5s. However, the download will not complete. What have you tried to get the app to finish downloading e.g. have you tried logging out and back into your account on your phone, disconnecting and reconnecting to your network, soft-reset of your phone (press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds, ignore the red slider, after which the Apple logo should appear and it should reboot) ?
You could also try downloading the update on your computer's iTunes and see if you can sync it over to your phone (or delete the app its Apps tab when connected to your computer's iTunes and sync the new version - deleting the app will delete its contents).

Ok, it sounds like you are getting to the final step. (i.e., Your on your iPhone, showing a good Wi-Fi connection, you are using the App Store and have selected the App you want. The small Icon for your App is showing a bar at the bottom that has an open "fill bar" that is going to track the download and installation of the App. But at this point you get an Error Message. The Error Message Says, "?????" Try again latter? What?
Just for fun, try downloading the App while you and your iPhone are as close to the Wi-Fi Router as possible. Lets see if you are just experiencing a weak Wi-Fi signal. This can cause App Downloads to fail.

I have 4 apps that show updates but will not complete the updates. This has been going on for a couple of days. Any suggestions on how to fix problem. My Internet connections is on and working for other apps

I always enjoy looking at what applications are ready to be updated. Often times these updates bring about great new features to the device. I notice that were working an Apple device. Once you head into the App Store, it will advise to Update All or you may individually tap update for each app. I would ensure that a data connection or wi-fi connection is available while processing the update of applications. I'm sure you will find this information beneficial.

64 bit version will not complete download

I have a new 64 bit Vaio. Download of 64 bit iTunes version stops after 8.99MB or 13% downloaded. I've tried 8-10 times, always the same. Anybody else having this problem. The older version I downloaded to try update from is not working properly. Plus persistent pop-up telling me to download 64 bit is required.

Adobe Reader Update Manager will not complete download on Mac

For the past couple of months, I have been trying to update Adobe Reader for a Critical Security Alert. I go through the steps but the installation never completes. It just sits there with the bar at 95% complete for hours and hours. The file name trying to download is DLMUninst_001_OSX.dmg
I cannot open PDF files because I am not up to date on the newest versions. I get a blank page when I try to open one from some financial websites and others. My computer is an Apple MAC OSX v.10.5.8 PowerPC G5. I would really appreciate it if someone could solve this problem.

Hi. After the latest update, most websites will not completely download at all, or after several minutes.

The latest update to Firefox 6 is causing most websites to not download completely, or take several minutes to do so. Definitely did not have this problem before update, witch was only several days ago, I think. Problem does not occur with IE.

Thanks for the response. The 30-40 minutes is a maximum; in other words, it usually drops out much sooner (sometimes after 2 or 3 songs), but has gone that long before.
My main HDD (where my music is) is solid state, and a lot of times I've even been using the computer when it happens, so good thought, but it shouldn't be that.
It did give me a thought though. Sometimes on this computer I experience pauses because I have a constantly active backup drive, and it waits for the drive to catchup. I can try turning that off and seeing if it makes any difference. Definitely something I hadn't thought of yet. Probably be a bit before I try it, but I'll let ya know.
Any other suggestions in the meantime most appreciated!
