HT201209 I have a credit card listed, but no longer wish to use credit cards. I went and bought some ITUNES cards and have redeemed them, but it's not letting me delete my credit card info and use the ITUNES cards!!! What do I do? I'm getting so frustra

I am currently using a Credit Card for payment methods on the ITUNES store. But my sons are now using it also, so my husband thought it would be best to delete the card and buy ITUNES gift cards instead so we dont have to keep loading this card. But it's not deleting my information. I redeemed the cards already and says that I have a balance on my account. But when we try to purchase something it takes me to the billing screen and it says there is an issue with a previous purchase because the card was declined! What do I do?? Someone please help. Thanks so much!

I have gone on to IOS7 and i have an apple ID which is new. The old one was ditched and i can not now make Icloud work on the new apple id.I have phone finder on and will not let me delete the old i cloud account unitl the pasword is put which i dont have anymore. I have tried to put in loads of times the old passwords that i used to use with no effect.

Just continue to use the old AppleID account. You can update it with new email address if you wish.

why is the "buy all" no longer visible on my wish list? and it is not letting me delete items.?
The 'buy all' has, for some reason, been removed from the current version of iTunes - you can try leaving feedback for Apple and maybe it'll be added back in a future update :http://www.apple.com/feedback/itunesapp.html . Until then you can only buy items individually.
In terms of the 'x' for deleting items from it, other people have posted about that and it's affecting me as well. I assume that there is a bug with the current version of iTunes and/or a problem at Apple's end which they need to fix. -
why when i want to sync my phone with the computer it wants to delete all my apps how do i not let this happen. this is a different computer to the 1 i always use. i have authorised this computer but still wants to delete my apps
Why you can't redownload? Don't you have the Apple ID that used to download these apps?
You can "transfer purchaces" by right click on your iphone in iTunes but i guess you computer is not authorized and will ask you to authorize with Apple ID. Try it. -
I have adobe Premiere Elements 13. It will not let me delete audio or have it fade in or out. I can move the yellow line all the way down till the volume reads -0.0, but the sound is still there on playback. I can click on fade in and fade out and the yellow line that graphs volume takes a sharp raise or dip at the beginning or end of the clip, but there is no change in volume when I play back. What am I doing wrong?

Now about those fades for the volume. How are you doing that?
1. Right click the Timeline video audio and select Fade and then
see the Fade options (I had a video with audio file, so I saw the choices as shown in the screenshot)
2. You can also create two volume keyframes at each end of the Timeline audio clip rubberband (orange line that goes horizontally across the middle of the audio clip). At the position of the Timeline Indicator, click the Add/Remove Keyframe icon, and then with the mouse cursor position the white dots (volume keyframes) to achieve the Fade In and Fade Out audio. In the screenshot below I have moved the Timeline Indicator so that you could better see the white dots (volume keyframes).
Please let us know if any of the above works for you with regard to the audio fades.

From what you're describing appears to be Activation Lock, a security measure provided by Apple that makes it harder for people to use a lost or stolen device. You will need to enter the password for the Apple ID the device is prompting you for.

IOS 4.3.2You should only make purchases for all your devices using a single Apple ID. There is no need, and indeed a good reason not to, set up a new Apple ID with each new device purchase. While items purchased under different IDs can be played on a single device, you cannot merge Apple IDs and it makes it cumbersome.
Apple IDs do not expire but may become dormant and require reactivation if they are not actively used.
You should make note of your Apple ID and passwords and keep a record of it. Like a bank account it contains access to items with value. Update your Apple ID email address as they change.
I see you were guided to this forum by a help page on recovering your password. If that is not sufficient try the links below. Apple will need to verify you are indeed to owner of the accounts to which you are trying to gain access.

UPDATE: it is possible to remove an iCloud affiliation from a device when the maximum number of free accounts has been used. I used the "reset and erase" option from Settings | General | Reset | Erase All Content and Settings. When this was finished, the iPod was like new - not just "restored" as we can do within iTunes and I had done with this device - it was legitimately restored. I signed in with my son's newly created Apple ID and it was accepted and now the device works like a charm. It also still uses my Apple ID and password for the iTunes and App stores, however I have restrictions in place to prohibit him from downloading or buying any content. I hope this helps anyone else that has reported this question. -

Not sure if any of you above have managed to solve your problem or not but after coming across this same problem myself today as I am currently 'sofa bound' I decided to make it my mission to find a way around it.
Initially I did think, having ready what seemed like a million questions and people with the same problem, that the only way was to buy OS X 10.5 ... HOWEVER, no. In among all these threads I found a jewel - Download I Tunes 9.2.1 which gets rid of the download itunes 10 advert and allows you to then buy from itunes again :-) I am now one very happy lady.
I apologise to all those that dont have older versions of OS X that maybe wont support even this upgrade but certainly for those like me with just 4yr old lap tops at least it means it not longer means buying a new one.

Sounds like you encrypted your iPhone backup, & if so it's asking for the encrypted backup password. Do you have a company Exchange account on your phone?
