HT201263 I was typing in numbers app when I accidentally deleted some columns.  anyway I can restore these columns and data?

Is there any way to get my information I deleted back?  I don't know if this saved on iCloud and my app appears in the iTunes under my account, but I'm ignorant on how anyone does business with Apple.  They are the most difficult things to figure out.

On my Pages document there is an Undo option along the top bar.
