iTunes may still ask you for information from your card on file if that information has lapsed or needs updating. The card information on file has to be correct, no matter what purchasing option you will be exercising for this purchase.

Whether you can get iTunes gift cards in your country depends upon whether they are available there, they aren't sold in all countries. If they are sold in your country then you can get them from Apple, and here in the UK they are also sold in supermarkets, and electronic goods retailers.

If you downloaded it directly on your iPod then it should be in the Music app (or iPod app if it's an iPod on iOS 4 or below) - when there are audiobooks on the device you should get an Audiobooks option in the Music app. If you downloaded it on your computer then you will need to sync it to you iPod via the Books tab, in a similar way to how you use the Music tab to sync music (audiobooks are currently a one-time only download so you won't be able to re-download it on your iPod).

The funny thing now is that I play music on my Iphone and I cannot see it or stop it. I have done a syncronzing yesterday and then nothing happened and later there they were all the cds. but now they are not seen on the screen and I just dont understan how the system works. At least it'll eliminate some questions if it doesn't fix it.
The 6 things it does are...
Correct any Disk problems.
Repair Permissions.
Clear out Cache Files.
Repair/check several plist files.
Dump the VM files for a fresh start.
Trash old Log files.
First reboot will be slower, sometimes 2 or 3 restarts will be required for full benefit... my guess is files relying upon other files relying upon other files! :-)
Disconnect the USB cable from any Uninterruptible Power Supply so the system doesn't shut down in the middle of the process.
Then... Try putting these numbers in Network>TCP/IP>DNS Servers, for the Interface you connect with...

Then Apply. For 10.5/10.6 Network, highlight Interface>Advanced button>DNS tab>little + icon.
DNS Servers are a bit like Phone books where you look up a name and it gives you the phone number, in our case, you put in apple.com and it comes back with 17.149.160.49 behind the scenes.
These Servers have been patched to guard against DNS poisoning, and are faster/more reliable than most ISP's DNS Servers.
For 10.5/10.6 Network, highlight Interface>Advanced button>DNS tab>little + icon.

Ooops! Disregard question. I had downloaded a demo from a website that failed to open. The purchase from Ap Store has opened.

Right click on the app and choose Open. You should then see this dialog box;
Choose the Open buton. Now you should be able to open the app uninpeded whenever you wish.

I was able to fix mine. I went to software update and updated a few things. I did not update everything, but only what I thought were the essentials, which I believe was Safari, a security update, and a firmware update.
Then I deleted and reinstalled Itunes yet another time. Now the itunes store is back up again.

You cannot use a SIM card on a carrier locaked phone, other than a sim from the carrier the phone is locked to. You must first get the carrier it is locked to, to unlock your phone. Apple does not unlock phones.

You cannot get apps from the app store if you can't have a card. The alternative solutions are first you can use an account that has card information in it or you can jailbreak it but the second option is that you can use other people's card info but remeber to get the necessary permission from them and the third option is riskier and apple will not honor it.

Only Apple Account Security could help at this point. You can try calling Apple Support in Canada - you'll have to find one of the several ways, such as Skype, to call an 800 number from outside of the relevant country - and ask for Account Security and see if they can help. Or you can find a friend who speaks Chinese and ask them to help you talk to Apple Support in China. There are really no other options that I know of.
Note, by the way, that these are user-to-user support forums. You aren't speaking with Apple when you post here.
