I didn't update my IPad to iOS 6.13 and now I can't update it to iOS 7 so can someone post a link to the download link for iOS 6.13
There is no ios7 yet! Connect your ipad to your computer, sync, then click update. You will now have the new ios6.x.x. If no computer, touch the settings button on your idevice and you should see a 1 on that. follow that for the update over wifi or network. give you self some time if doing it with the wifi

Settings>General>Reset>Reset All Settings

My Father gave me his 1st generation ipad. He reset all setting back to factory and now I can't load itunes. I have plugged it into two different computers and I can't get it to work. HELP!!
You can't delete iTunes. The preinstalled apps cannot be deleted or installed again. It's there somewhere.
Swipe from screen to screen to look for it.
Check Settings>General>Restrictions and make sure that you didn't disable it.
You can also reset the home screen layout and the icon will reappear - but the home screen will return to the way that it looked when you first activated your iPad.

Did you create a new Apple ID or rename the old one?

Before I restored my iPod I moved a majority of the songs I downloaded on the app to my computer. After I restored the iPod I downloaded the main apps I used, but I couldn't find the music app that I payed for months ago. I've looked through purchases All & Not On This iPod but I just can't find it. What can I do?
If the app is no longer in your country's store then you won't be able to re-download it. Do you have a copy of it on your computer's iTunes or on a backup of your downloads that you can use to re-sync it to your iPod ? Or if the app is still in the store, does it now need a higher iOS version than you have on your iPod ?

Go into the control panel, add/remove programs. Uninstall iTUnes, Apple mobile device service, apple application support. Then redownload and reinstall iTunes.
There seems to be a glitch with the update where it doesn't seem to get everything updated so you need to get rid of it all and start fresh. This is just the programs, it won't affect your data. (as in when I did it it didn't touch my iTunes library) -

Try this first - Reset the iPad by holding down on the Sleep and Home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons. (This is equivalent to rebooting your computer.)
Or this - Delete the account in Mail and then set it up again. Settings->Mail, Contacts, Calendars -> Accounts Tap on the Account, then on the red button that says Remove Account.

I've tried opening straight into other apps and just get error messages, and I the mail preview there is just a grey screen telling me the file name and size. Before the reset quit Pages like this:
Double click the Home button to show the screen with running and recently used apps. Each app icon will have a sample page above it. Flick up on the page (not the app icon) and the page will fly away and the app icon will disappear. This quits that app. -
