You should have transferred them to your computer and backed up your computer.
Sync them from your computer to your iphone.
You only get one download.

I'm sorry, had you already pointed out the rules which stated that lines from 2 separate accounts were eligible??? I don't see anywhere in the advertisement specifically stating that lines from 2 separate accounts would be eligible, so THAT is not what's advertised, either.
As far as I know Verizon's BOGO offers have ALWAYS been for lines on the same account. Possibly someone could chime in where they have received this offer on 2 separate accounts? The ONLY exception to this was someone getting the offer with 2 eligible lines on their account, reactivating the old phone on one of the lines and then giving one of the new phones to someone on another account.

iCloud storage doesn't affect the available storage on your device. It's for backing up your device and syncing your data, so you can recover the data if needed.
You probably need to import photos/videos to your computer or another destination (like a photo kiosk & burn CDs), and then delete them from your device. Or, delete some unused apps from your device. -
Hello. When I turned on my Ipone 4s today all of my contacts were gone. They are backed up in iCloud but can't figure out how to get them from there back to my phone. Aren't them supposed to sync automatically over wifi? Can someone please help me?

Check to make sure that Contacts is toggled on to sync by going to Settings > iCloud. Also go to iCloud.com to see if the contacts are showing up there to see if it syncing those contacts.

All the photos from my computer were transferred to my iphone. I don't know what I did to make that happen and I can't even delete them from my phone. I had to reset and restore my phone to original settings and lost all my iphone photos and contacts and messeges. Has this happened to anyone who might know how to fix this or next time I sync my iphone to prevent the photos from my computer from downloading onto my phone?

So, when I plugged in my new iPhone to my computer, all my music, info, pictures, etc was uploaded from the last time I had synced my old iPhone that was stolen. I'm happy I didn't lose everything, but I also had purchased at least $30 in music on my old iPhone (NOT through the computer, just off my device) since that last sync. So my problem is, my iTunes account completely realizes I've purchased all that music but it is NO where in my purchased library on my computer or new iPhone (so the whole "just right-click and transfer you purchases" gimmick is a no-go). And when I go to the individual songs I'd bought to try and get them back, all it says is I've already bought the song but won't tell me the NO MAN'S LAND that these songs are hiding in!!
I've looked up a bunch of threads and am still unsuccessful. I know that I should be able to get these purchases back onto my new iPhone and my authorized computer but I just have no idea how. It is becoming increasingly frustrating and I realllly do not want to spend another $30 on stuff I've already bought so anything would be helpful at this point.

Did you restore the backup of your iPhone 4 to your iPhone 5? That would restore the camera roll photos along with app data, text messages, ringtones, apps and other purchased media, etc.

I updated my iPhone and it synced, downloaded, did something called restore, and told me I was finished. Now I have none of my original contacts. What can I do to get them back? I didn't click anything or answer any questions until the update was complete.
Choose Go to Folder from the Finder's Go menu, provide /Users/ as the path, and move the files to your current home folder. Alternatively, open the Accounts or Users & Groups pane of System Preferences, unlock it, control-click your account, choose Advanced Options, and change the path to the home folder.

Hello! I have a question. Unfortunately my phone is being very coherent. So, every time I touch Messages on main screen, it leads me there but my screen is horizontal rather than vertical. How do I fix the rotation to put vertically so I can read my messages? Help please!
It's possible that the orientation is locked in landscape (horizontal) mode. You wouldn't notice that on the home screen as it only displays in portrait (vertical mode) but would see it when you open messages. Open Control Center (on the home screen swipe up with one finger from below the bottom of the screen); orientation lock is at the far right of the top row -- looks like a lock with circular arrow around it. The same icon will display on the menu bard when orientation is locked.

if you are sure your contacts are still available at iCloud.com, then you've probably turned off contact syncing on the phone.
Go to settings > iCloud and turn contacts on. -
I am a new at this. I just rented and downloaded a movie, clicked out of iturnes and now when I go back into itunes, I don't see a way to play the movie that I just downloaded ten minutes ago. I just want to watch it on my laptop.

If you rent a movie on your phone, you have to watch it on your phone, likewise if you rent it from the Apple TV you will have to watch it there.
If you want to watch a rental on multiple devices, rent it from a computer. -
Don't know how to reinstall or "back install" - Please help
10.6.7 has created several problems for me and I'm pretty sure I need to revert back to an older OS. I may try 10.6.3 which is my boxed set version or I may need to go all the way back to 10.4.11 to get a third-party app to run correctly. In either case, can I simply install the old system over the version I am currently running or do I need to start up from the install disk, wipe my drive clean and then install the older system? Sure, and thanks for the reply. The computer in question is an older, 17" Intel iMac and it is used almost exclusively for presentations with a projector. I use a third-party presentation software program regularly. I was running 10.4.11 for some time with no problems at all. On a whim, I decided to upgrade my OS. I purchased the box set (10.6.3) and installed it. Then I immediately ran software update and moved on up to 10.6.7. The problems begin at that point. I concluded that the presentation software was not compatible with 10.6.7. No "fix" is planned by the presentation software company so it looks like I must do a clean install. I never had a chance to run Time Machine after the install. I thought I would revert back to 10.4.11 since I know the program ran well when using that OS. If you can think of a better approach, I'm surely open to it!

Good choice! I have one installed in my 13" MBP. The installation is not too difficult, but it is not trivial. I'm pretty experienced with this stuff so just take your time and carefully follow the instructions. You'll be working with tiny little screws that are easy to drop and/or lose. I suggest using magnetic tipped tools. There are a couple of screws in some tight areas that are a little difficult to remove.
Be particularly careful to check all the snap-on cablings when you reassemble. There is one you don't remove during installation that is near the top part of the optical drive and covered over. When I was tugging on the drive to remove it I apparently popped the cable under the cover. Turned out it was for the WiFi and BT. I had to disassemble the back cover and look hard for something I couldn't see. I just happened to press on the covered area where the cable connected and heard the snap of it reconnecting. If it weren't for that I would have never figured out why my WiFi and BT stopped working! -
