HT201272 Lion App not showing in Purchased History.

I bought the Lion app and now want to download it on another computer but the app is not showing in my purchased history items on my itunes account, even though I have the receipt via an email as proof of purcahse. How do I re download this app? Anyone any idea? I was told you can use it more than once on other macs with the same itunes accounts. Thanks.

No, that's not right, not if you're using iTunes. Again, you need to use the App Store application. The only thing you'll see if you're using iTunes are apps for iOS devices.

Free Lion update not showing in purchases in App store.

Hi I have just bought a new I mac. I want the Lion update so went to the up to date program page and entered in the information required. Lion sucessfully purchased although is not showing in the purchases tab of the app store. I have checked my order history and it is there... I would really appreciate any help as I would like to upgrade to Lion before I start messing around with my mac.

I filled out the form for the Free Lion upgrade. I would then assume that I would go into app store and be able to download it but it hasn't appeared in the purchased tab. I had just setup my time capsule and the settings were wrong so my connection was intermittent. I possibly missed something during the process. I checked my order history and the free upgrade is there, I will be contacting mac app store tomorrow.

Family purchases not showing in purchase history

There is a purchase history, but it only shows the items i purchased not the items other family members have purchased on my account. I need to see items that are purchased listed, an email is not enough record.
Also why the **** would I need to repurchase all the music i added to ITunes over the years that are no longer showing on my history. it should show the whole life history of purchased after all I paid for it...

It sounds like you aren't seening the Purchases for everyone in your Family Sharing circle. There can be a number of reasons for that, and I would use this article to check out what might be the culprit:

Apps not showing in purchases.

So about 3 or so weeks ago I redeemed a $10 iTunes gift card. I obtained the code from FreeMyApps. I was in the Australian store so I switched my store to the U.S store. I then redeemed the gift card code and $10 credit was added to my account. Then I bought $10 of apps and they downloaded, installed and opened fine. A while later after getting 31 cents removed from my account by apple support, I changed back to the Australian store, then I went to my purchases a while after that and realised that the apps I had purchased in the U.S store were on my iPod, but not in my purchases tab. Does anyone know of any way to transfer them into my purchases? And possibly why they don't stay In your purchases?

It seems like the problem is dues to the country you are in. You can only purchases apps for the country's app store in which you are physically located and your account and payment method must be associated with the country.
Also, it could be that you are not signed into the account that purchased them. The purchased tab only shows the apps purchased from the account the iPod or computer is currently logged into.

TS1702 Garmin app not showing in purchased apps on Ipad2

I have Garmin N. America App since Sept. 2012. It has worked in my Iphone 5 and Ipad2. Recent updates have caused it to stop working. Cannot synch with itunes. Iphone 5 allows for it to be re-download from app store purchased ( as recommended from Garmin). Itunes shows it as purchased but it doesnt come up in Ipad2 as purchased and cannot synch with Itunes - Error message keeps coming up. Any Ideas on this. Thanks

Did you make sure that the same iTunes account (the one which you used for the initial purchase) is properly set across all your devices?

HT201272 purchased app not showing up in iPhone

Purchased DevonThink To Go 07/31/12.
Since then had to reset iphone & reinstall Mountain Lion.
Now app not showing up in om Iphone as purchased. Others are but NOT Devonthink To Go.
Have done what was suggested but no luck.
Have the email receipt of purchase but no links to DL.
Any help appreciated.

If they were purchased using a different Apple ID than the one your phone is signed in to in Settings>iTunes & App Stores they won't appear until you sign into the other ID. They also won't appear if they are no longer available in the app store.

Welcome to the Apple community.
It depends upon which device you rented them on where they will show up. If you rented them on an iPad for example they should appear in your video app, on the computer they will appear in the iTunes application.
Rentals made recently, may not show immediately in your purchase history, sometimes they can take a few hours or even a day or two.

Depends on where you got it - if it came on yoru compujter then you need to have accepeted it in the App store - and it will be in your purchases when you log in with the Apple ID that you used to set up your computer - it mahy be hidden - if you do not find it unhide applications in teh App store

If you rented and downloaded it on your iPad then it should be in the Videos app - if it doesn't show in there then have you got a film age rating set in Settings > General > Restrictions that is hiding it ?

Download it again, don't install again and the file (Lion Installer.app) will be in your applications folder.
It is deleted after installation, that's why it can't be found.

Well the term "hotlined" I have never heard before. In any case many states (like NY) just passed regulatory powers to the State Public Service Commission of which it may be called something different in your state. You could file a complaint with them. Or file a complaint with your state attorney generals office, they also take on wireless providers.
The problem here is the staff you speak to are poorly trained, in days gone by it took one call to them and they pulled up your account and see the error and had the authority to remove any errors. They did not remove legitimate account actions, but used their heads instead of putting a customer off or worse lying to the customer.
Its a shame you have to go through what you going through.

Tcode F-48, Item 1 / Debit Advance / 29 L Screen not showing field Purchase doc. Field.
When advance / payment made by Tcode F-48 against purchase order. Purchase Doc. field not showing in Item2Downpayment made 2 Screen.
Is there any necessary custmization required.
We want to maintain and link purchase order no. at the time of Downpayment by F-48. so that it refelect in purchase order screen status tab.

Now i get field status grup G005 - Bank accounts (obligatory value date) and than i have changed :
- G005 field status group by Tcode OBC4 in Materials management screen i have make Req. Entry of Purchase order.
After than when i again run f-48, Purchase Doc. field still not showing. ?????
