HT201303 Billing gone Wild! As of now I have been billed for $200+ for apps from Gameloft that I did not authorize. What in the blazes is going on? Why is it seemingly impossible to contact "Gameloft"?
I have been billed in excess of $200 for apps from the company 'Gameloft'. I authorized the purchase of a 99 cent game for my son (Six Guns) and it just escalated from there. The purchases continued on through the night, even though no one was on-line. Thankfully I caught the charges in my morning email. I have tried unsuccessfully to contact Gameloft for the last hour. They literally provide no direct support information on their website for this kind of issue.
Likely I will only be able to resolve this with my credit card company as we will fight it when the charges are posted. What an unbelieveably slimy experience this is so far. Anybody have any insight out there?

Chargebacks dont' disable your account permanently... you can always contact iTS and after verification it will be re-enabled.
I guess, if you don't get back to iTS then yes, it could sit permanently in that state..

Since you disputed the charges with your credit card company, the CC company reversed the charges and Apple (correctly) locked the AppleID.

There is an app that I did not download in my update section. I read reviews and it seems to be spy ware. How do I get it from not showing up on my app updates? I do not want to download or update it, obviously.
If the app is G-Toolkit and you have a Gmail app on your iPhone, delete the Gmail app. Apparently the G-Tool kit is tied to a Gmail app. From searching the web my impression is that G-Toolkit is not spyware and is from a legitimate company that produces app for several platforms.

I was able to use the findmyiphone app last week, but now I have been getting an error message "Can't load findmyiphone. There was a problem loading the application." please help as we are trying to locate an ipod with pics of a no deceased loved one.
Had the same problem and the same message -- was suddenly unable to access icloud apps on my pc, also using Windows 7 and Internet Explorer. After several days of pulling my hair out, decided to try a different browser and was able to get in by using Firefox instead of Internet Explorer. Hope this helps.

My checking account was debited by itunes for a subscription i did not order. How do I go about having it taken off? The entire Apple website and the itunes website is competely non-helpful for resolving problems. They should make their site equally as unfriendly when it comes to enticing you to buy their products.
You could simply type "Contact itunes support" into the google search bar. This would give you the link to contact itunes support.
Or you could just click the word Support at the top of this page, then click the link under Contact Apple Support. -
I tried calling the number on my bank statement and that number just referred me to the iTunes website. No help at all. Any way I can get a phone number to call a live person?

As part of my message reads above; I keep getting an i-tunes update message and when I click on the OK to download it, I get an error message saying there was a problem and I need to go to Tools>manual download. Well, I don't know how to do that even though I gave it my best try. I went to the support sight and it had the following message;

Hi, If you are not seeing Premiere Pro app listed for download, it is most likely because of your machine being 32 bit.
Apps will not be listed if your machine does not satisfy the requirements. Check your machine's specs against the Premiere Pro system Requirements.

In my emails I have recieved an invoice for purchasing pokerchips for a poker game from Kamagames.
I did not buy this....how can I resolve this because when you try to report a problem, you just go round and round in circles on the itunes website.me too, some game tokens or coins or something, we didn't use. i changed our account info almost the moment it happened and they disabled my id..its been 10 days now. still can't get anything..even free stuff. paypal reversed it but guess apple figures they'll punish me for not paying for something i didn't use? round and round on the website or talk to a machine. how did apple rate so high in customer service? I've got 10 emails saying thanks for changing your password but I'm still locked out.

I wanted to cancel my annual subscriptions but could not, now I realize I have been billed. I need a refund and credit card information removed to prevent this. I am really disaPpointed thought someone would have written me first instead of my credit card just being automatically debitted. I have an iphone 5s and it is synced to itunes and works fine. previously I have downloaded audiobooks to my wifes 6th gen nano using this account - now I tunes does not recognize the device and also it seems that it is not being read by the computer?
