HT201303 I no longer live in Qatar. I am now living in Abu Dhabi. I have tried several times to update my account with new address and payment details but the system keeps telling me that I can only use a Qatari account?? How can I amend this please
I have tried several attempts to update my account information as I have moved location and obvioulsy have new payment details.
The system does not seem to accept the new information and keeps refering me back to my old details saying you cannot purchase in this area, we will put you back to the Qatari location???

Im trying to switch the Apple ID names around, and what i've learnt is that the Apple ID has to be an Email that isn't an Apple ID. Yup, it's messed alright.

If you already have Acrobat installed, there's no need to download it again. When you launch Acrobat, you should be given an option to "License this Software." Click that option, and then log in with your Adobe ID and password, and you should be all set!

Problems downloading iTunes 10.6.3. The System keeps telling me that download is corrupted.
I have just bought a MBP Retina Display and have successfully mapped all my old apps and files across to this machine from the old MBP. In doing a Software Update for the system I had the problem above when trying to upgrade iTunes. Any similar problems anyone out there ?
Found the solution. I went to the Downloads page and manually downloaded the 10.6.3 update and ran it. Probably registration problems I had when migrating iTunes from old machine to new. !

Latest was email from Aol that they recommend downloading a special version of firefox (firefox 8) that's designed to work with aol. I downloaded file and everything worked until I reached the time you drag the firefox icon to implement the new file. Then I get this message unsuccessful because I am not authorize to access all of the features.

I am trying to extend my airport extreme signal to another airport extreme can this be done? I have tried several time using the automated set up but it keeps failing... I have selected every possible security/password encryption level... What am I doing wrong? If it os possible where can I find step by step instructions? Please & Thank you!
The challenge with the older round AirPort Extremes are that they are "g" wireless devices.
When you configure them for WDS, the speed on the wireless network is cut in half...and probably will not have the bandwidth required to stream video reliably from either AirPort Extreme since both are affected by the WDS setup.
There is not an "automated" setup for WDS. You have to do this manually on both AirPort Extremes. Unfortunately, it is not an easy configuration and it's easy to make a mistake and hard to recover without starting all over again.

Adding a single AirPort Express will unfortunately not help. You have to have "n" wireless devices at all router points. -
Hi, I cannot access my gmail from my iphone. The password is correct and I can access fine from my computer but the iphone keeps telling me the password is incorrect. Any ideas?
I believe Gmail has an option for Two-Step verification that may require a different password for mobile devices than for your computer.

Here are some possible solutions:
Do you use musicmatch jukebox on your computer? If you do, you have to go into task manager on windows and end process mim.exe. It interferes with disconnecting ext devices
Empty your "trash/recycle bin."
If that doesn't work, try quitting all your programs, especially music-type programs, basically things that look for mp3's etc.
if that doesn't work, "log off" then "log on" and that should refresh/purge your OS system.
Finally, you can restart your computer.

Is there anyway to take a downloaded app from one computer and put it on another without rebuying it. I have a macbook that I bought the new iMovie and iPhoto on, but I would rather it be on my iMac. So is there anyway I can change it? I thought that if I bought it the apps on my macbook, they would be avaliable on my imac like the mobile devices operate. The macbook has 10.6.8 cause its a older model and I think lion would slow it down. Any help??
Just redownload it on the other computer by logging into the App Store with the same Apple ID you used to purchase it.

That suggests that another application has stashed old QuickTime componentry in your system files.
So just in case we'll go looking for older QuickTime componentry in the most common locations for it to be stashed.
First we'll need to change some view settings.
In your Start menu, open Computer.
In your Organise menu, select Folder Options.
In the View tab, make sure that "Show hidden files and folders" is selected, and Hide extensions for known file types is unchecked.
Click OK.
Now in Computer, open your C:\ drive (or whichever drive you have your operating system installed on).
Open the "Windows" folder.
If you have a 32-bit version of Windows, open the "System32" folder.
If you have a 64-bit version of Windows, open the "SysWOW64" folder.
What files and folders can you see in there with QuickTime in the title? (In a standard installation of Quicktime you should be seeing precisely two files... QuickTime.qts and QuickTimeVR.qtx ... and no QuickTime folders whatsoever.) -

My usb hub, being usb2, was too fast. I moved the wire to a usb port directory on my pc. That is a usb1 port which is slow enough to run your snyc.
