To add a bit, the suggestion by IIIaass will work if you already have done this. It will not work if you are not already sharing the same Apple ID and you are looking for specific messages they have already deleted.
Also if you are going to share the Apple ID you need to turn on Restrictions and lock down their device so they cannot go into the Touch and change to a different Apple ID when they leave the house.

So I have a musical keyboard that I've attached to my macbook to record in Garageband. I have a ton of sounds on my keyboard from percussion, brass, piano, etc.
When I record, for example, a trumpet sound from my keyboard into Garageband, Garageband just records the notes using its one version of trumpet or piano or whatever.
How do I get GarageBand to just record the sound as is?
I tried the "real instrument" track option but that ends up record all sound from the microphone on the MacBook and not recording the sound through the MIDI connection.

No, the app doesn't use Safari. The app is AutoDesk Inventor Publisher Viewer. I think there is a way that you can have a publish Inventor file, and if you create a correctly formatted hyperlink, you can click on it and it will immediately open the file in the viewer.
I know that if you offer the file as a standard download, iOS will ask whether you want to open it with Inventor Pub. Viewer or save it to another app that can accept files. I would prefer to skip the prompt, and just open the viewer.
I've heard mention that this can be done with this application, but I can't find reference material anywhere.

The photos are still on your phone, and if enabled in your Photo Stream. They are not automatically transferred to your computer when syncing.

Is there a way to "favorite" your favorite clips so they are easy to find and organized?

I just switched from Final Cut X and in Final Cut X there was a way to mark your favorite sections of clips and it would save them under your "Favorites" tab which made it super easy to find all the clips you want to use in your show. Is there a way to do this in premiere? What are some other strategies to achieving this workflow? I am cutting a documentary and theres way too much footage to not be able to mark your favorite clips.....

I'd say the closest thing in Premiere would be to save subclips. There's a command, Make Subclip, in the Clip menu as well as the Source Monitor's context menu. But if you're doing this a lot, I suspect you'll want to use keyboard shortcuts. The default for Make Subclip is CTRL/CMD+U, but when I was creating many, many subclips in the course of testing the "soft" subclip feature (new to CC7.0), I changed it to "P" because it's adjacent to JKL and I/O. Here's my workflow:

Most people seem to prefer working with the "Restrict Trims to Subclip Boundaries" option disabled. That creates "soft" subclips. With the old "hard" subclips, if you decided that you wanted to trim out beyond the original subclip boundaries, you have to first change the Subclip Start +/or End via the Edit Subclip dialog
Note that "subclip" is a bit of a misnomer insofar as the resulting item in your Project panel is actually a completely independent master clip, the only difference being that it has Subclip Start and Subclip End times set. Though the subclip naturally points to the same file on disk as the project item from which it was spawned, there's no direct, dynamic relationship between the two. Indeed, deleting the "original" clip will have no impact on subclips.
Note also that the current version (7.2.2) has some bugs with subclips saved from merged clips. If you're working with merged clips, we recommend using the Duplicate command rather making subclips.

In L/R 3, is there a way to import JPEG's only when you are shooting RAW + JPEG?

In LR3 is there a way to import JPEG's only when I am shooting RAW + JPEG -- say in the case of being on-location and I want to create a quick slideshow without importing the large, slow RAW images? (Shooting only in JPEG is not an option -- wedding photography.)

The answer in short is no....but...if you separate your images before import then they will be imported as desired. You could import to LR and rename or resort or put in quick collection and separate jpeg from RAW and then put them into a separate folder. As an aside, shooting jpeg +RAW seems duplicitous since LR "sees" both formats. To my mind...I work as a professional retoucher...just shoot RAW since it is just as fast as jpeg in capturing images, and you have the freedom to adjust the images uncompressed. Then import the images as RAW into LR...if you truly need jpeg for something like sending to a client, simplt export them as jpegs via the Export dialog. Your original RAW images are unaffected!

Several years ago, I purchased hundreds of dollars worth of music. Subsequently, the computer I used was stolen and I now have an IPOD Nano. Isn't there a way for me to access that music I paid for and download it to the new Ipod.

This is a question. As I previously stated, I purchased hundreds of dollars of music for my original IPOD. It and the computer onto which I downloaded the music have been (for lack of a better term) mislocated or destroyed. I know own an IPOD Nano. Isn't there a way for me to retrieve the music I purchased to download onto the new IPOD. It seems to me that since I paid for it, Itunes should have a record of it and I should still be allowed to access it for a download.

If you really moved it to the Trash and emptied the Trash, your best option is to restore the iPhoto library from your backup.
But if you did not actually trash the library and it is just missing, search for it with Find Any File as described by Old Toad in this post: Re: iPhoto Library is missing. What do I do?
If you don't have a backup and cannot find the library, you will need to buy recovery software to find the photos, but that will not restore the library.

I have done several "attempted downloads, and see the full file download, typically taking 30 minutes to complete, and then something goes wrong.
I am happy to suspend AV and FW software, but would like to know if it is a good fix or not first?

Is there a way to include a confirmation message when a form is successfully submitted?

I have a form that uses both a regular button with javascript, and e-mail submit buttons (depending on which action on the form the user is trying to complete)...
I'm trying to find a way to confirm to the user that their form has been submitted. Since the form stays open after the e-mail is sent, I have several customers who submit the same form several times (15 in one severe case ) which is causing things to gum up a bit.
Alternatively, if there's a way to get the form to close once the button is clicked and/or the e-mail is sent, that would work just as well.

If you failed to set up find my ipod, then there is no way to track it.

Whenever you connect iPhone in iTunes, it syncs and a backup is created. Check backup folder if you have that time-stamped file saved.
