HT201320 I have a new work email that works fine on my iPhone 5. However the tone and vibration do not work on my phone or iPad for this particular account? It is like it is on silent!! All the features are on for tone / vibration and nothing happens!!!
I have a web based new work email account from my Company that is working fairly well on my iPhone 5 and my iPad 4. However no matter what I do in the settings every email that comes in to both device comes in silent with no tone or vibration. Both devices are working fine and my other personal accounts are also working fine with Tones and Vibrations. I do not understand what is going on. I am on a loud Construction site all day and I need to have that working well. Can you help me out?
ps when syncing it jumps through steps 1 - 4 real fast, i seem to remeber iphone showing the number of tracks transferring and names, but i see nothing? then it sits on 5 saying "waiting for changes to be applied"

I have a Canon printer (USB), in my office. I plugged it in to the back of the Airport Router. The downstairs new MacBook Pro can print with either of my two printers upstairs with no problem. The IMac upstairs can not see the Canon printer at all. When I go to Print & Fax settings, it does not see the printer! How can I solve this?

I have a new Airport Extreme that works great with my IMac but keeps dropping out on our Windows 7 PC. I have tried all 11 2.4 Ghz channels and they all have dropout issues. Any suggestions?

Thanks restoring and restarting didn't fix my problem - i have started it fresh and still it doesn't work. Basically I press ONCE on the remote, after the machine has not had any commands for 10 minutes, and the cursor skips from one end of the menu to the other - so I can't choose network or update software etc - I sometimes manage to stop it randomly in the middle of the menu if I press on a command in the middle of the cursor skipping all the menu steps...not sure what the problem is but I have basically not used my brand new apple tv since I bought it for that reason! I should call Apple support I suppose! grrrr hate wasting time with stuff like this!

I understand that many versions of any pictures are still on my computer (Masters???). If I have a final I like, how do I delete all the others that are taking up space? I have already put the originals into albums, edited them, and renamed them. Can I/should I delete all other versions located in Masters, I think? If I want to keep events, but want them to include the newly edited albums, can I delete the specific event and somehow bring the photos used in the album into a new event. Understand iPhoto just keeps space or manages photos, so how can I have events that include the edited pix and clean up disk space. Thanks.

using Lion, updated, on iMac Pro.It's very simple. If you want to use iPhoto, just let it manage things as it does. Other than that: Export from iPhoto and delete the image from iPhoto. That will remove the master and all versions.
If space is an issue... use an external disk.
Don't change anything in the iPhoto Library Folder via the Finder or any other application. iPhoto depends on the structure as well as the contents of this folder. Moving things, renaming things, deleting them or otherwise making changes will prevent iPhoto from working and could even cause you to damage or lose your photos.

Tap Settings App > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings. See if fixed. If not, Restore Firmware with iTunes on computer. See if fixed. If not, all iPhone 4S have Warranty, make Genius reservation and take iPhone to Apple for resolution.

I have 2 macs, 2 iPhones and am looking to buy an iPad. If I buy an app like pages or angry birds from the app store, can I install it on all of them? Is that legal to authorize all of those devices, I think I get up to 5, so that it would work?

I tried to upload my daughters videos she made on her iPod to my mac iPhoto and it seemed to have "Stuck" and now will not work at all. It had to a complete fix of the existing library. It will now not let me move pictures from the "Stream" to "photos", it looks like it is trying to but gets stuck and I have to force a shut down of the programe.

Thanks planb77. Your instructions worked but I had to do a little more than you stated. I did not realize that transferring files to a new computer was not enough. When the iPod synced I was told I needed to "authorize" my new computer to get my iTunes purchases to sync to the iPod. So after the initial sync, I ejected and disconnected the iPod, went into the iTunes store, set up "home sharing" and then authorized the new computer. When that was done I reconnected the iPod and was able to sync all my books and music. The only thing I couldn't do was rename the iPod as iTunes never asked me to. Is there a way to rename it after it has been set by iTunes as "owner's iPod"?

I have a CC Photography License and tried loading the new Lightroom cc but it will not open (only flashes the welcome screen for a split second) then goes blank. I tried uninstalling it, rebooting, etc. several times and it will not work on my Mac with Yosemite. Please help!

I have an iPad 2 and so does my mom. We both have the app Slotomania and now all of sudden after having it for months, our games connected and we don't know how to fix it. Deleting it and reinstalling does not work.
Does the app now use iCloud, do you use iCloud and do the two of you use the same account on iCloud?

I have a Mac Pro tower am running OSX and iTunes will not work. It has always worked flawlessly. I can see all my iTunes content- my playlists, my songs et cetera, But I cannot play anything. The progress bar is 'stuck'...any suggestions?
Thanks. I have been using iTunes since its inception and have never had a problem...I'm using the latest version. The progress bar is the bar that moves when you're playing a song..it just won't start when I double click on a song,..have tried quitting, rebooting etc but nothing works. Apple are useless-they have told me twice they've tried to call me 'momentarily', but I've been waiting by the phone, and they definitely have not tried to call...
