Set the iTunes to prevent automatic syncing before you plug it in the first time. You should be able to extract any photos in the camera roll as you would from any other camera. You can transfer purchases to get anything you actually purchased from the iTunes store off the phone and into iTunes. Made sure you have at least 1 contact in whatever application you intend to sync contacts to. This will give you the option to merge them. If you don't, the phone will be overwritten with the blank address book from the computer.
As for extracting anything else, media sync is meant to be 1 way only. Computer>iPhone.
As for media that wasn't purchased on the phone, you can try a 3rd party program that 'may' be able to extract it, but this isn't sanctioned or supported by Apple in any way. Technically, you're out of luck if you don't have a backup from the computer that was repossesed.

i just installed yosemite on my mcb pro mid 2012 with a clean install. so i only had the new os x yosemite running on my mac. everything went perfect. than i installed win8.1 with the bootcamp assistant and also everything went perfect.
But here's the Problem:
When i'm using Windows 8.1 and i go to the "Computer" window where i can find my hdd partition "Bootcamp (c;) there is only this Partition. the mac Partition is missing.
so i am not able to read the files on my mac Partition.
Before i installed yosemite and win8.1, i was running mavericks and win7 on my macbook pro and i haven't had this Problem. i was able to see and read my mac Partition also on Windows 8.1???
is there any solution for this Problem???

The only storage it could be using is an old iCloud backup, if you were backing it up to iCloud. You can remove this from another device that is sharing the account by going to Settings>iCloud>Storage>Manage Storage, tap the name of the old phone under Backups, then tap Delete Backup.

Having IMEI number cannot help you trace the iPhone.
If you have activated Find My iPhone and your iPhone is ON and have Internet access, you can locate it. Otherwise, report to the police, your carrier and change all passwords that were used i iPhone.

I have a passcode for my iPhone, but I don't have the application Find my iPhone. Can I retrieve my photos, notes, reminders and all other data in my iPhone, I mean, if I bought another one, and connect it to my computer and go to iTunes then restore backup, cause I backup my iPhone last Oct 10, 2013, will I recover all the details in my iPhone that was stolen? It's a security risk to post your IMEI number and I've asked the Hosts to remove it.
If a second-hand iOS device has been 'Activation locked' then only the previous owner can unlock it, either by providing you with the account ID and password, or by removing it from his list of devices (as he should have done before selling it) - please see http://support.apple.com/kb/ts4515
If you are unable to contact him to do this then I'm afraid you will not be able to use the device - there is no other way of unlocking it at all. Apple cannot unlock it for you.
You should if possible return it to wherever you bought it and ask for a refund as in this event the device is completely useless.
