    Try to reset the device:
    Device Reset (won't affect settings/data/music/apps/etc)
    1. Press and hold (& continue to hold) BOTH the Sleep/Wake button & the Home button.
    2. Continue to hold BOTH (ignoring any other messages that may show) until you see the Apple logo on the screen.
    3. Release BOTH buttons when you see the Apple logo and allow the device to boot normally.

It's not jailbroke or anything but it says the terms and conditions have changed. When I agree, it says your session has times out. Try again. But it doesn't give me an option to try again and has a done button underneath it. I press done. The textplus app says "Waiting..." and is gray. What can I do to download this app?

iTunes has to contact Apple to send your agreement to the new conditions, but your security software has to allow this contact. If blocked, you'll get a time out message. Easy maybe, but a lot of users are used to playing the movies in iTunes on their computers so that is the first place they turn to on the iPad.
    Enjoy the show!

  • I can't accept the Apple Terms and Conditions, there are no buttons to press.

Let's start at the beginnning of all this; my iTunes has having problems updating, so I decided to re-install it. At the moment, I am up to the point of trying to run iTunes after un-installing the previous version. I've run the installer that I downloaded from the Apple website and iTunes starts. After double-clicking on the iTunes icon, a 'User Account Control' window appears asking me "If I want to allow this porgram to make changes to my computer", so obviously to do anything I have to click "yes" otherwise the program just terminates itself. So after clicking "yes" the resolution of my computer gets changed from 1680x945 to 800x600 and then immediately afterwards, it comes up with the 'Itunes Software License Agreement'. So I scroll down to the bottom of the agreement (after reading it ofcourse), expecting there to be some way of accepting the agreement, but there is none. So I manually change my resolution back to 1680x945, hoping the buttons will appear from somewhere (maybe they were off the side of the screen), but to my dismay, there is nothing.
So basically, at the moment I have no way of accepting Apple's terms and Conditions.
Also, is there anyway to fix my problems with the resolution? The previous version of iTunes kept changing my resolution everytime I opened iTunes etc...
    Thank you in advance!
    PS. It's my birthday today

I'm sorry, but im not sure how to delete this topic.
I managed to solve this problem by simply pressing the enter key while on the License Agreement Page, and that immediately worked

  • HT4623 I am in the process of updating my iphone4 to ios7 it seems to have updated but i can't go past the terms and conditions page even though I have agreed to them can anyone help

I am in the process of updating my iphone4 to ios 7, it has completed the process but i can"t get past the terms and conditons page although I have agreed to them both - can anyone help?

    *** I HAVE THE ANSWER ***
You must goto Settings > General  > Reset > Reset All Settings ... this worked 100% for me and once that is compelte go back and try to pass the terms and conditions, you will see the "agree" button in the bottom right hand corner

  • New Apple Terms and Conditions do not match those on website

The new terms and conditions/privacy policy presented in the app store update window for iTunes do not match those currently on the website.
At least the dates don't match.  The app store shows: "Last Updated:September 30, 2012". The apple website has: "Last Updated: May 23, 2012".
I don't know what else is different because I can't select text in the app store update window.
The "Printable Version" link in the app store update window goes to same apple web page which, as I said, doesn't match what's displayed in the scroll box dialog.

    Hey neil1010101,
I understand you are having issues accepting the Terms & Conditions. If you have not already done so, you may want to restart your iPhone:

  • Keeps asking me to accept Terms and conditions even though I've already agreed to them

Since the new update everytime it keeps repeatdly asking me to accept new terms and conditions on my iphone, although I've already agreed to them. I can't update any of my apps.

Based on the number of threads showing up on this topic, there appears to be a problem on Apple's side. You are just going to have to try later. It won't last forever....

  • Is there any way to accept the apple terms and conditions using the website or any other ways that are not flawed to being unusable?

I have tried using the set in system of trying to update an app and being prompted to agree, but every single time  Apple's gay system keeps telling me that my session has timed out and I should try again. I have tried multiple times to have it sent by email, but every one of those show up as "there was an error and email failed. Please try again.". I signed in on the website and was prompted to agree to the terms and I did, but Apple still will not let me dowload/update apps. Is there any way to get to a part of a website that lets you agree to the terms? If not, is there any fool-proof way that I can do it or a solution to the session timing out issue?

    Try resetting your device.
If that fails, Reboot, Reset, Restore.

  • When were the video game trade-in program terms and conditions changed?

I ask because the T&C on this page( http://www.bestbuy.com/site/null/null/pcmcat257100050022.c?id=pcmcat257100050022#howitworks&h=488 ) now say that the trade-in program is limited to one copy of a particular title per person per year. It WAS three per title per system per person per year.
But I know that some stores made up their own limits as allowed by corporate and already had the 1 per title per platform. Yet now it is listed as one copy of a title within a year. I guess corporate doesn't think that people may own multiple systems and have the same games across those systems.
Not only that but the new(to me anyway) T&C say that people are limited to 50 games in a year. Honestly, some of us go through multiple games just in a single month. Not only that but some people may now be trying to purge their PS3/360/Wii collections in order to grab a PS4/Xbox One/Wii U and may easily go over that 50 title limit.
One thing I want to know. Is the system set up to alert the cashier doing the trade-ins that a user has previously traded in their limit of a title or will something pop up to alert the cashier doing the trade-in transaction that there is a hard and fast limit of 50 per year now? Or are we required to keep a spreadsheet of everything we own and everything we've traded in prior and/or may trade in in the future?
it just seems like corporate is desperately trying to kill off the gaming and game trade-in portions of the business as fast as they can. Between jacking up the Gamer's Club Unlocked to $60 a year and REQUIRING people to buy in for TWO years to now this change in limits to the trade-in portion of the program.
For those who are like me and do trade-in games fairly often to Best Buy and may have not read it as of yet, here's the revised T&C(item 12 on the FAQ page, which looks like it was a hastily added item since #13 isn't even in the right location on the page):
    Best Buy T&C:
Can I trade-in more than one item at a time? Are there any limits? For Video Games, you are limited to no more than one copy of a title within a year, or more than 50 games total in a year. If you have more you are considered a Volume Seller and the prices offered on the website, as well as any bonuses or promotions, may not apply. Contact trade-in customer service for a custom quote (1-888-602-6963).Persons or companies intending to trade-in six or more items of substantially similar products (like mobile phones, or laptops) are considered Volume Sellers and the prices offered on the website or in store, as well as any bonuses or promotions, may not apply. Contact trade-in customer service for a custom quote (1-888-602-6963). Do not bring your products to a Best Buy store as our stores are setup to only handle individual consumer transactions.

    Hello CheapestGamer,
This change is new information to me as well.  While I am not aware of the date the change was established, you can expect to have your game limits based on a 365 day rolling calendar.  If you were to trade in 20 games by the 15th of this month, you would be able to trade in another 30 until January 15, 2015.  The same goes for individual title rule.
While the system may recognize if an item has already been traded in prior to a current trade-in attempt, it is still possible that the transaction will go through.  Violating the trade-in restrictions, even if the system does not catch it at the time, can result in trade-in bans.
I will try to find out if any trades done prior to the change are not currently counted toward your yearly trade limits, but unless anything different is said you should expect that current rules apply and if 27 trades were completed at the end of December,  then 23 are remaining until the end of this next December.
Thank you for participating in Best Buy's trade in program.  I trust that the program can continue to help you keep your game library fresh as new games are released.

  • Recently buyed the new OS X on apple store and when it should install gaved me error . Whats next?

Recently bought Mac OS X Lion and when i tried to install gaved me error while intalling OS X

Are you installing Lion over Snow Leopard or updating a previous version of Lion?
If the former then do this:
Repair the Hard Drive and Permissions
Boot from your Snow Leopard Installer disc. After the installer loads select your language and click on the Continue button. When the menu bar appears select Disk Utility from the Utilities menu. After DU loads select your hard drive entry (mfgr.'s ID and drive size) from the the left side list.  In the DU status area you will see an entry for the S.M.A.R.T. status of the hard drive.  If it does not say "Verified" then the hard drive is failing or failed. (SMART status is not reported on external Firewire or USB drives.) If the drive is "Verified" then select your OS X volume from the list on the left (sub-entry below the drive entry,) click on the First Aid tab, then click on the Repair Disk button. If DU reports any errors that have been fixed, then re-run Repair Disk until no errors are reported. If no errors are reported click on the Repair Permissions button. Wait until the operation completes, then quit DU and return to the installer.
If DU reports errors it cannot fix, then you will need Disk Warrior and/or Tech Tool Pro to repair the drive. If you don't have either of them or if neither of them can fix the drive, then you will need to reformat the drive and reinstall OS X.
If the latter then do this:
Reinstalling Lion/Mountain Lion Without Erasing the Drive
Boot to the Recovery HD: Restart the computer and after the chime press and hold down the COMMAND and R keys until the menu screen appears. Alternatively, restart the computer and after the chime press and hold down the OPTION key until the boot manager screen appears. Select the Recovery HD and click on the downward pointing arrow button.
Repair the Hard Drive and Permissions: Upon startup select Disk Utility from the main menu. Repair the Hard Drive and Permissions as follows.
When the recovery menu appears select Disk Utility. Wait until the operation completes, then quit DU and return to the main menu.
Reinstall Lion/Mountain Lion: Select Reinstall Lion/Mountain Lion and click on the Continue button.
Note: You will need an active Internet connection. I suggest using Ethernet if possible because it is three times faster than wireless.
Now retry the installation of Lion you were doing when you got the error.

  • I can't agree to the new terms and conditions

When I try buying a song I am brought to the new terms and conditions page.  When I press agree though, the page doesn't change at all.  I've tried restart itunes and the computer but nothing changed.  What should I do?

Yes, several times with support from the local server, verizon support people and apple support.  I wonder if the phone is faulty?  Neither my hotmail or local work email accounts will send, only receive.

  • Terms and conditions not getting displayed on the last page

    Hi All,
I have to display a smartform, on the front side of the page i have to display material details and on the back side of the page i have to display terms and conditions. I' am unable to print the material details and terms and conditions in duplex mode, but on the last page only material details are getting displayed, terms and conditions are not getting displayed.
Can you please help me how to make the terms and conditions get printed on the back side of the last page.
    Thanks,

I'm a bit confused by the statement "I' am unable to print the material details and terms and conditions in duplex mode".
I suppose you meant to say "I am able to print the material details and terms and conditions in duplex mode", correct?
If the problem is that on the last form page, the T&C is not getting printed on the back of the form, you could force the T&C page by using a flow logic command as the very last element of the main window, which gets processed when all the data is already output. For the command, use the 'Go to New Page' and specify the page name for the Terms & Conditions.
In case this causes an issue that the last page is printed twice (since the T&C page is likely defined with the next page being NEXT_PAGE), then copy the already existing T&C page, call it LASTPAGE and leave the Next Page attribute empty.
