Hello i have big problem i am seaman and i traveling arround the world i buy apple staff all the time from iphone 3g -3gs - 4- 5 i pad 1-2 macbook pro retina now i planing to buy imac my problem i have before one problem with my laptop and apple direct fix it to me and also buy it from singapore now i have problem with my mobile iphone 5 32gb i buy it also from singapore and i leave in greece i join to arrmy and no posible to use my mobile for 5 days the buttery come down and at last when i take off from army go back see my mobile empty put it on plug try to recharge but nothing fully dead not start no charge what i can do i speak with apple in greece and say me we check the problem but maybe you must send in singapore etc the problem i buy the iphone same price from greece no any change i have worldwide quaranty what i can do so i dont buy apple again only from greece is not possible i buy all my staff like this because i know if i have problem the apple have the best service but after that i very sad relay i dont know what i can do and in 5 months i lost 800 euro ... pls tell me what i can do

The iPhone warranty has never been International.
Take the iPhone back to the country of origin or mail it to someone you know there and have them take it in for service.

Why does my iphone 6 have problems with wifi no matter what network I am on?
It doesnt matter what network I am connected to. I will have connection issues or dropped signal strength. My phones wifi strength will go from 433 Mb/s ac to 72 Mb/s n. Try going to Settings> General > reset> Reset Network Settings
then reconnect to your wifi then see if the issue persists, if it does, make sure you are testing this on other wifi networks, if the issue persists, call into applecare and set up repair. -
I have a brand new iphone 4s unlocked version from singapore and I am experiencing constant network fluctuations on my iphone , no service, call failed, invalid sim, sim failure, bars fluctuating from 5 - 3 - 2 - 1, no signal/bars searching etc... Ifeel miserable after trying out all the options changed multiple sims, tried multiple carriers, restored the phone back and have set-up as new device but the problem does not get solved... its is so frustrating that after investing on a world's most expensive phone you cannot enjoy the calling features which the phone offers which is the main thing you own the phone for.. Rest of the things are working.. The funniest part I am not able to make calls or receive calls but can access the internet.. I have tried every possible thing and really very frustrated with this iphone of mine...I hope the problem gets solved.. would anyone have any solutions to this problem.. Does it mean one should never update software as I hear that after updating to IOS.5.1 the problem has started coming and same has been with there.... Apple says its a hardware failure which is very difficult to digest as sometimes I get 5 bars and able to make and receive calls but 95% of the time I am unable to. If anyone has any solution I will be very happy if he or share can share the same. Many thanks. its so disgusting to experience this on top of this apple does not support global warranty for the phone as you need to go to the country from where you bought the phone for replacement.. Truly sad state of affairs.. very very very dissappointing.

A malfunctioning sleep/wake button is the prelude to catastrophic device failure and loss of data.
Very shortly, the user will need to reset and/or restore but will find that these actions are impossible without a working sleep/wake button. Get the iPhone serviced or replaced ASAP.

ThanksIf you're old phone that was repalced was a higher version of iOS, it wont be able to restore. Update your iPhone to the lastest iOS 7.0.4 and try to restore it then.

I have an iphone 4s and was restoring it from a back up and now all i get is and unknown error occurred (29) halfway through the restore. Any ideas on what I can do?

These errors mean that your device or computer might have a hardware issue that stops the update or restore from completing.
Check that your security software and settings aren't blocking your device from communicating with the Apple update server.
Then try to restore your iOS device two more times while connected with a cable, computer, and network you know are good.
Make sure that your security software and settings are allowing communication between your device and update servers.
If you still see the error message when you update or restore, contact Apple support.

Iphone was dead when i woke up, wont start or charge and suddenly started after 10 minutes.
Try a reset. Hold the sleep/wake and home buttons together until you see the Apple logo and then release. The phone should restart. This can take up to 20 seconds.

I bought my iPhone 4 locked from USA. I leave in Cyprus and i want to know if there is a way to get it unlocked. Could it be changed to an unlocked one with a fee paid to apple.
If you purchased the phone from a person, you need to find out which carrier they used and go to them to see if the will unlock it. If you purchased it from a carrier, give them a call to see what they will do.

Everytime I go abroad I have problems with my contacts, some people send me messages and I dont receive them. I sent them messages and they are not received either. Their phones and mine show them as sent, but they are never received. Sometimes the text messages sent to arrive in my email about three weeks later. Any ideas how I can resolve this and get back to messaging my friends as normal?
Thanks TBasic troubleshooting from the User's Guide is reset, restart, restore (first from backup then as new). Try each of these in order until the issue is resolved.

No, which is not possible.
What can I do? Get a new SIM and see if it works again?
Get a micro-SIM from the carrier in Mexico that you don't have to manually cut down. If that carrier doesn't provide one, switch to another carrier that is not so low-budget.
