I have restored and updated my ipod from recovery mode, however I still have the usb cord and itunes icon on the ipod when it is switched on. How can I get my ipod to work again? I have updated and restored 5 times! When connected to itunes it only shows the summary page saying ipod in recovery mode.
Fixed it!
1. Made sure itunes software was up to date
2. Pressed and held 'home' button and 'on-off' button at the same time for about 10 seconds till ipod reset (I hadn't done this step previously)
3. Connected to itunes
4. Pressed restore and update ipod
Update successful and ipod taken out of recovery mode

Can you start Firefox in [[Safe mode]] ?
You can also do a clean reinstall and download a fresh Firefox copy from http://www.mozilla.com/firefox/all.html and save the file to the desktop.
Uninstall your current Firefox version and remove the Firefox program folder before installing that copy of the Firefox installer.
It is important to delete the Firefox program folder to remove all the files and make sure that there are no problems with files that were leftover after uninstalling.
You can initially skip the step to create a new profile, that may not necessary for this issue.

Updated to IOS 5.0.1 and now if I tap on a game icon instead of opening the game a grayish color comes over it and nothing happens. How can I get my games to work again?

In a word, yes. In a little more detail.... When you restore from an iCloud backup, you must erase the device and start all over again. There is no other way to access the backup in iCloud without erasing the device. Consequently, you are starting all over again. Therefore, it would also be my assumption that Pages and Numbers will work again and that the deleting apps issues would be fixed as well.
If the documents are not in the backup, and you do not have a backup elsewhere, the documents could be gone forever. -

How can I get my speaker to work again? I've tried turning my phone off and on, hard reset, removing SIM, cleaning out dust, using the hair dryer, network reset, cleaning headphone port, made sure the phone was not on vibrate,and made sure "Change with buttons" was on. There was no liquid/moisture damage. I was watching a video on youtube and all of a sudden my speaker went out. If I tap on the speaker it goes in and out but does not stay on/loud.
Do you get sound in any apps e.g. in Music and Videos but not notifications or sound in other apps ? If you do get sound in Music and Videos then have you got notifications muted ? Only notifications (including games) get muted, so the Music and Videos apps, and headphones, still get sound.
Depending on what you've got Settings > General > Use Side Switch To set to (mute or rotation lock), then you can mute notifications by the switch on the right hand side of the iPad above the volume switch, or via the taskbar : double-click the home button; slide from the left; and it's the icon far left; press home again to exit the taskbar. If you don't get sound in any apps then have you could try a soft-reset to see if you get sound after the iPad has restarted : press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the iPad equivalent of a reboot. -

As AT&T has not officially unlocked your phone it must have been hacked to use another carrier. So when you updated it has relocked itself to AT&T. There is no official unlock so this will happen anytime you update.

Reset iPod touch: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Restore from backup

If you still have the problem than an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order since you likely have a hardware problem. -
How can I get my camera to work again?
Have had my phone for almost 6 months and have never had a problem with the camera. After I did the last upgrade to my iphone which was just a few days ago my camera stopped working. I click on the camera icon and it's either showing the shutter or its just black. The little switch where you can change from camera to video starts flickering a little almost like its frozen? I noticed i had alot of photos imported from my computer so i deleted every single picture on my phone and restored it about 4 times now and still nothing!!! Anybody have any ideas on what im doing wrong??

Yosemite install a complete fail, how can I get my computer to work again?
i Tried to install Yosemite and the computer (Mac mini) failed on the install. Tried to restart and then unplugged. Turns out some of the OS installed and can no longer get my computer to reach the home screen. After starting the status bar gets halway and then stops. How can I make my computer usable again? Any help is greatly appreciated.

Select the tune that keeps repeating - in the upper left corner is an icon below the time stamp. Tap on that and you can cycle through the options to loop or loop once. If it is orange it is repeating the song over and over.

I accidentally erased everything on my harddrive, don't ask me how I have no idea....
When I start my computer all I get is a blinking folder.... From what I see on internet this is bad news.... Can I use the DVDs that came with my macbook (late 2008) to restore it? I do not need to keep any files on the computer and would like to have a clean start and have a back-up (not using time capsule restore thingy) of the files I would like to put back (mainly photos and documents).
What can I do?If you can boot from the install DVD, you can look at the disk from there and see if everything is truely gone.
If it is you can reinstall again from the install DVD.
If you have a backup you can restore your files from there.

How can I get my Wifi to work again on iphone?
Ever since I updated my IOS, I have had trouble with my Wifi. I can connect at home where the password is stored and there is no issue. When I go to work, I cannot connect. My work has a public Wifi where every day that you sign on and try to go to a webpage, it redirects you to the company site where you need to click a button to approve the Wifi terms of service. This worked on my iphone for months and now does not work ever. It says that it connects to "public," says that there is a strong connection, but it never redirects me to that approval page anymore, so I can't ever actually use the Wifi even though I am connected. This is incredibly frustrating, and I'm about to get rid of the phone. I never had this issue with my Droid (among other irritating issues.) I have tried numerous things on numerous occassions including rebooting the phone, turning Wifi off and on and off and on, changing the proxy settings, forgetting the network, resetting the network settings completely, trying to sign on to different websites in hopes that one would redirect to the approval page...nothing works.
Does anyone know how to fix this? Is there any way to go back to an older IOS that allowed my Wifi to work? PLEASE HELP!!!!Upgrade to a Samsung Galaxy since your iPhone, like mine, is a nice-looking POS that doesn't do what it is purported to do within 16 months of purchase. My upgrade cannot get here soon enough.

I can't sort using other columns because the sorting is stuck/ locked on release date. This is only true for my iTunes U Library. My other libraries and playlists for Music, Movies and TV Shows, Books can be sorted.
