Are you using the same account you used previously? If so then either that particular movie, or all movies by that publisher, are currently excluded from the repeat download policy. Although most content purchased from iTunes can now be redownloaded most is not all. You should still maintain your own backup of your library.

Songs that I have purchased on Itunes appear twicw on my Iphone. Does anybody know why and how do I edit or remove one copy of the song?
I have had two similar events with my Gen4 iTouch. An album was purchased thru iTunes with my iTouch. When I sync'd it with my MAC Mini (OSX Lion) each song that was included in the purchased album appeared twice on the iTouch but only once on the MacMini. Deleting the duplicates on the iTouch did not resolve the issue. With each sync they were reinstalled. The only way I could get around this was to delete the album/songs on the MAC, elect to move them to trash then re-sync the iTouch to remove them. Afterwards I was able to re-download the purchase on the MAC then sync the iTouch. This resolved the issue.
The second event was different but the result was the same: An album was purchased thru iTunes but this time thru iTunes Store on the MAC mini. When I sync'd the iTouch there were 2 entries for each song purchased but this time there was an entry for the song itself AND an identical entry beneath it that looked similar to the play/pause sampling icon in iTunes when sampling a song prior to purchase. I am not using iCloud and I don not sync wirelessly on the iTouch. Again, all I could do was delete the purchase on the MAC Mini, sync the iTouch to remove them, re-load the purchase from iTunes and re-sync. This also resolved the issue but it makes me a bit nervous since I have a very large library. What is causing this? -
I got a new iphone 4 today. I have updated my itunes to the latest update but my itunes won't sync with my iphone. Does anybody know why this might be?

Does anybody know why type might render strangely when viewing a PDF in Chrome, Firefox and IE?
I have a client who I create a report for every year. This year there seems to be a problem with the PDFs that I have exported when they are viewed in various web browsers. To elaborate, the type is rendering inconsistently – in Chrome the weight of the type is inconsistent (ranging from light to something more heavy) and in IE the type appears more condensed, and the x-height is variable.
To my knowledge Chrome, Firefox and IE are all affected in one way or another. The problem does not occur in Safari.
We always use Helvetica Neue and have never had problems like this before. I am using the same version of Helvetica Neue as I always use, but even when I change the font to Helvetica the problem still persists.
On a deadline so would appreciate some support here. Box of beer to the person who can provide me with a working solution!

Simon WinterHello Ellis. Thanks for your efforts in helping narrow down this issue, and for offering workarounds for Simon. Here are the steps I sent to Simon, enhanced by the info you provided above:
1. I typed some text in Id CC 2014.0 (Mac OS 10.9.4) using the system font Helvetica Neue Light at 12 pt. All defaults were on, including ligatures.
1.a. I used the text in Simon's example, “An Annual Report marks the end of a year’s work, but it is also an opportunity to reflect on the principles that” and reduced the text frame width so that it wrapped across 4 lines.
1.b. I also tried creating an all-page text frame and filling it with placeholder text (same font, same point size).
2. Export > Interactive PDF (or Static PDF: doesn’t make a difference), using all the default PDF export settings.
3. View resulting PDF in the latest Chrome (36.0.1985.143) on that same Mac, or on Windows, at various zoom levels, on a retina display as well as on a lower-dpi monitor. It looks fine to me: all words and lines have the same even "color" or weight.
In all cases, the fonts embedded in the PDF were listed as:
HelveticaNeue-Light (Embedded Subset)
Type: TrueType
Encoding: Ansi
HelveticaNeue-Light (Embedded Subset)
Type: TrueType (CID)
Encoding: Identity-H
If you follow the above steps, can you repro the problem? -
Does anybody know why Illustrator will open Solidworks DWG files saved in R2007-2009 version but not version R2010?
Evidently Solidworks changed the output of their files to a format that AI cannot interpret. Just backsave in Solidworks to the required version.

Thank you for the sugestion, but it was working fine both on the lock screen and on my home screen. I check all my settings and it is how it was from Friday, when I got the iPhone 5s. It just stop working. The only way I can fix it is by shutting down the phone. It will work for a while, then it won't.

KateNo dont worry i am not going to copy this. The reason i am asking is to see if it is legal or not, its worth getting a discount if its available. Looks like its a no though. If you ask me NUS should be prosecuted because you can be minimum age of 16 and get an NUS card and it says on their site under the link to apple store 'are you a student in further education. If so why not take advantage of a 15% discount on apple products'. (or somethign alogn those lines) Now me and my mate are but we arent over 18. Ive emailed them to try and get a confirmation. Anyone know an email address that i can contact apple directly about this with? Also any more answers to the original post are welcome.
I would also like to know if i can get any sort of discount on apple products whilst under the age of 18, whether straight through apple or using for example NUS cards.

My Imac Seems to have developed condensation under the screen does anybody know why or how to help this ?
seems to have happned very suddenly.I've had my 24" iMac for about 4 years now and yesterday was the first time I ever saw condensation building up in the lower right corner. I completely freaked out, but after doing some online research, found that it wasn't uncommon to have this happen. I live in Florida and we had a lot of rain that day and the temperature has been whacky... But I never thought I'd ever see condensation in my computer! )c: I shut my computer down while freaking out and the condensation quickly disappeared. I read some people are just leaving the computer on and it will also disappear. I didn't want to take the chance of it getting worse, so I turned it off. I'm kind of worried about turning it back on again. Has anyone found anything else out about the problem?

I have a macbook retina with a partition of windows 7 and Yosemite. When I use time machine in Yosemite it wont recognise the macintosh HD, but it recognises the windows hd (bootcamp ). Does anybody know why ?
Please provide a bit more detail on what 'recognize' means. A screen shot is always very helpful.

There used to be a extension for Safari called "close all tabs". It is no longer on the extension list. Does anybody know why it was removed?
Mr. Davis answer is essentially what that extension did. I thank Mr. Davis for this answer as I was not aware of this method. I only brought this up becasue in Lion there is a nasty habit of Safari opening all previous tabs that where not closed when shuting down the computer. This can cause a long delay in opening Safari becasue of all the tabs opening up. The "close all tabs" exstension stopped all this opening process. I have to assume that Apple replaced the extension with the process that Mr. Davis describes, however, the extension was a lot faster. By the way, I have this extension still and I still use it. I just wanted to pass it on to some other users, but guess I will have to give up on that idea.
