my old pc died, mother board and hard drive both fried, how do i get 15 years of music back to my new pd???????????????????????????????????
It has always beenv ery basic to always maintain a backup copy of your cmputer for just this occasion.
Use your backup copy to put everything back.
If for some reason you have failed to do this, not ggos at all, then you can redownload some itunes purchases in some countries:
Downloading past purchases from the App Store, iBookstore, and iTunes Store

how do i get all the music that i purchased back on my ipod touch 3rd generation?
Back from where?
Where did it go?
It should all be on your computer and included in your regular backup copy of your computer.
Sync it back. -
My stepdaughter has an ipod and used her mom's itunes account, now we set her up with her own itunes but I can only transfer purchased music to her library. How do I get all of her music off of her ipod? (she doesn't have all the cd's she used)
You may be able to buy a program to do this - not supported by Apple.
the ipod is not a storage device. The sync is one way - computer to ipod. The only exception is itunes purchaes.
The music should be on a computer as that is where they came from in the first place. -
I have a new MAC PC with an old IPod Touch that was synch to my old desktop, how do I get the new music on my new MAC if I might have had an old account?
The article in my previous reply said:
- Transfer iTunes purchases from iPod to computer by:
iTunes Store: Transferring purchases from your iOS device or iPod to a computer
- For non-Tunes purchases you need to use a third-party program. Several are discussed in the link in my previous reply
- Then to sync with the new computer after getting all synced media like apps and music on the new computer yo have to backup the iPod to iTunes and restore from that backup
iOS: Back up and restore your iOS device with iCloud or iTunes -

Old compuer died; how do i get all my bookmarks to the new computer?
My old computer has crashed. Is there a way I can retrieve my old bookmarks on line and transfer them to my new computer?
Where you using Firefox Sync on the old PC?
https://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/What+is+Firefox+Sync
If not, were you using something else to store your bookmarks "online"? Like maybe Xmarks or Delicious??
If you weren't using anything for saving /sharing bookmarks online or for "syncing" your bookmarks, they aren't "online".
Do you have the hard drive from the old PC? If so, maybe that hard drive would work long enough for you to be able to access your files on the old drive if it is put in a USB enclosure and plugged into the new PC?
I have a new computer. i signed into itunes but my music isn't there. How do i get all my music off my old iphone to the new computer so i can put all the music on my new one.
The guy at att told me that icloud would sync everything i had in my notes, calendar, and text messages to my new phone, but it only synced some of my notes, none of my messages, or calendar info.Your music will only be where you put it. It will not magically appear on a new computer.
Copy everything from your old computer or your backup copy of your old computer to your new one.
If for some reason you cannot do this, then you can transfer itunes purchases from an iphone: Without syncing - File>Transfer Purchases
You can also redownload itunes purchases from icloud in some countires:
Downloading past purchases from the App Store, iBookstore, and iTunes Store -
how do i get all my music to transfer from an old pod to a new ipot touch? Shouldn't this be automatic when i login to itunes?
To transfer non-iTunes purchased music from an iPod to a computer requires use of a third-party program like one of those discussed here:

Okay so my 64G iPhone 4S was stolen about a year and a half ago, it was backed up to my computer and I had used around 50G. I got a new iPhone a year ago but it's only 32G so I didn't have enough space to back it up as my old phone, so how do I get all my memory on my old phone back without having to get a 64G phone? Thanks
No, there is no way to put more content then there is capacity for on the device. As wjosten mentioned, you might be able to edit that backup to remove things to reduce it in size where you could then restore it to the new device, but obviously, everything that you had on the old iPhone will never fit on the new one.
No matter what you do, you are going to end up with less content on the new device then on the old one - there is no way around that fact other than returning the 32GB iPhone and getting a 64GB one. A gigabyte of data is a gigabyte of data, regardless of device, and will require a gigabyte of storage again, regardless of device. -

HT1920 how do i get all my music from my old e-mail account to be on my new account?
We moved, my e-mail address changed & I had to create a new itunes account because I could not open my old itunes account due to loss password. How do I get all my music from my old account to be uploaded onto my new account?
You can't, all content is tied to the account that downloaded it, you can't transfer content between accounts nor merge accounts.
If you can't remember the password for that account then have you tried getting it reset : http://iforgot.apple.com ?
If that doesn't let you reset it then you can try contacting iTunes Support / Apple and see if they can reset it : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5699
If you can get it reset you can then update the primary email address to another address (which can't be being used on another account), either via the Store > View Account menu option on a computer's iTunes, or via http://appleid.apple.com
