Hi please can somoene help me
My ipod was disconnected whilst synchng on my desktop and hence the itunes said I needed to reinstall or repair as I had a missing component after that
I did reinstall to no use as keep getting the error message "This copy of Itunes is corrupted or is not installed correctly. Please reinstall itunes"
I have restarted my computer , tried removing from add/remove programmes and then restarted and reinstalled and every time try start itunes I still get the same error messgae
Can someone help me please as desperate to sort it
Not very computer savvy but can limp through and dont know what else to try
I tried to contact apple but says I need a serial number but I cant open Itunes so dont knwo how I could do that either
I have also tried starting in safe mode but wont open either when I hold down shift and CTL

When you send the scan of the course completion document, send it to [email protected] and copy [email protected] Also mark you email before you send it to receive a receipt notification. When you send the scan, be sure to provide all relevant information: Name, exam, prometric id.

Open the folder containing your catalog. In that folder you will find another folder with the extension .lrdata, and you need to delete that folder. After you do that, Lightroom should start normally and will create a new preview cache.

I can no longer receive or send email via my Yahoo account from my iphone6. I've downloaded several "help guides" from the internet, deleted and re-added the account via imap settings. Nothing seems to work. Any ideas?

My ipod (version 6.1.3) was connectiong to my home wi-fi just fine until I uploaded new music from my itunes via my laptop. Now my ipod and my iphone will not connect to my wireless network. I've uplugged my wireless network and reset my network settings etc... nothing seems to work. Please help!

Any error messages?
Do other devices now connect?
Did the iOS device connect before?
Try the following to rule out a software problem:
- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost
Reset iOS device: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Power off and then back on the router
- Reset network settings: Settings>General>Reset>Reset Network Settings
- iOS: Troubleshooting Wi-Fi networks and connections
- Wi-Fi: Unable to connect to an 802.11n Wi-Fi network
- iOS: Recommended settings for Wi-Fi routers and access points
- Restore from backup. See:
iOS: How to back up
- Restore to factory settings/new iOS device.
If still problem make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store since it appears you have a hardware problem.

Since both iPhone and iPod stopped connecting I suspect a problem with your network. -
I received a hand-me-down MacBook Pro (mine was stolen). I tried to install a full backup from my Time Machine using Migration Assistant, it froze during the install so I force quit the Migration Assistant. Since then I have had to re-establish my administrator ID and password. I can now only boot up in safe mode, I get the message that my HD is full (only 8.67GB available out of 199GB), and to make matters worse I now get the message "The volume Macintosh HD was found corrupt and needs to be repaired". I don't have the install discs, and I'm not very tech savvy. Can anyone help me?

You are in recovery mode. Restore it through iTunes on your computer.

MY LAPTOP DIES NOT RECOGNIZE MY IPOD. AFTER ABOUT 20 MINUTES I GET A MESSAGE THAT SAYS MY IPOD HAS BEEN CORRUPTED AND NEEDS TO BE RESTORED. ALSO AFTER THE IPOD HAS BEEN CONNECTED TO THE COMPUTER THE IPOD WILL FREEZE. I AM ONLY ABLE TO USE IT AFTER THE BATTERY HAS RUN OUT. Since iTunes directed to you to restore your iPod, I'd check out the following article that goes over the steps to do so:

I would read the document in full, but here are the applicable steps for you:
How to restore iPod
Verify that you have an active Internet connection, because you may need to download new versions of the iTunes and iPod Software.
Download and install the latest version of iTunes if necessary.
Open iTunes. Connect your iPod to your computer using the USB or FireWire cable that came with your iPod.
After a few moments, your iPod will appear in the Source panel in iTunes.
Select your iPod in the Source panel. You will see information about your iPod appear in the Summary tab of the main iTunes window.
Click Restore.
If you are using a Mac, you will be asked to enter an administrator’s name and password.
A progress bar will appear on the computer screen, indicating that stage one of the restore process has begun. When this stage is done, iTunes will present one of two messages with instructions specific to the iPod model you are restoring.
Disconnect iPod and connect it to iPod Power Adapter (typically applies to older iPod models).
Leave iPod connected to computer to complete restore (typically applies newer iPod models).
During stage two of the restore process, the iPod displays an Apple logo as well as a progress bar at the bottom of the display. It is critical that the iPod remain connected to the computer or iPod power adapter during this stage.
Note: The progress bar may be difficult to see, because the backlight on the iPod display may be off.
After stage two of the restore process is complete, the iTunes Setup Assistant window will appear. It will ask you to name your iPod and choose your syncing preferences, as it did when you connected your iPod for the first time.

Ok, when I started up my computer today and opened iTunes to listen to my songs, it gives me an error message that my iPod is corrupted and needs to be restored before I can use it again. I've tried using different programs to back up my songs on my iPod to my computer but it's not working because my computer is also saying that disk J: (the usb port my iPod uses) needs to be reformatted, so I can't do anything with it out of iTunes..
What it's looking like is that I'm going to lose ALL the songs on my iPod (around $600 worth) and I'm not going to get anything back..

If you purchased the songs from the itunes store you wouldn't really loose anything. This is how to recover all of your previous purchases.

Hold down the 'C' key to boot from the Snow Leopard DVD.

Many ThanksYep, i just did it again. The entire scroll-bar widget, complete with formatted text, graphics, etc., pasted itself nicely in another book. Two different files, the same widget.
I use the scroll-bar widgets for most of my texts. (I have audio buttons on the side, and the scripts are within the widget, to the side). My only text is within widgets, and text boxes, naturally.
I am following your recommendation: cleaning files, etc. I am remaking the book anew. I need to convince the EPUB bot or whatever that my file looks and works nicely on all my devices. You would expect an error message when previewing the book: 'Hey Amigo, your file is flawed, stop working on it, and get back to the drawing board." Should be able to try again next Monday. -

I believe that when you reset your ipod(command given from the computer, right?) touch WHILE the ipod was updating, It cleared the system in the middle of writing files, thus corrupting(equivalent of cutting of in the middle of a sentence) the basic running system.
I suggest you go to an apple store and ask for a technical diagonosis in person. they may offer to help if the problem is fixable. If your ipod is still under warrenty, i would guess it would be free/low cost.

I'm having trouble trying to stream my Mame program or Donkey Kong game on this program and not sure how to! I looked under streaming apps and this one came up! I have been having trouble trying to use the OBS project program and won't let me stream my Donkey Kong game that well! If I could get some help in how to do this! :-).
I'm using Windows 7 and I'm using Twitch to stream. I was told I can use Ustream but I'm not sure how to use that program for Donkey Kong streaming either.
