You don't delete the App Store. That's where you get your apps. It's not a delectable app.
You delete the app that needs an update. Then you redownload the app from the App Store.
Example: I'm trying to update 'Angry Birds'. But I can't seem to update it for some reason. So, I delete the Angry Birds app, then go to the App Store and search for it again (or go into 'Updates > Purchased') and download a fresh copy. -

Your payment method must be associated withe same country where you reside in order to update your apps.

I have a 3rd generation iTouch with IOS 5.1 (won't update any higher) and a new iPad LTE with a definitely higher IOS. I didn't plug the new one yet because I want to know...can I keep my apps, email, photos on both devices? Clear the cache and the cookies from sites that cause problems.

Just last week, I plugged in my iphone 3g into iTunes and for some reason I can't edit my apps anymore. All the other tabs (music, video, etc.) are all fine, but my apps tab/screen is all grayed out. Yes, it's checked as it's how I left it when I was able to edit the page before...now the whole tab is just grayed out and I can't check or uncheck anything. Nothing happens. So frustrated...thanks for any help or suggestions. I have multiple devices on my account and this is the only one that this is happening with when I connect to iTunes. Ugh!

I joined xdating a couple of weeks ago and I received some messages asking for a reply and it was after I started to reply that I realised my messages weren't getting through nor have i received any since the initial activity. I got some message showing a long list of threats I think from security, firefox,avg maybe, I just don't know,it was lists of numbers. this was what made me think it might be firefox mail security. I have disabled avg and it has made no difference. If it's not firefox then what could it be,I would appreciate some advice. thank you

I want to delete the websites that come up when I type in something in the URL box. I also want to be able to clear my history. I cannot do this because whenever I want to view the history it takes me to the book marks menu
The Library handles both the History and the Bookmarks.

I have an account fully authorized complete with a credit card, so it is puzzling or a blip in Apples system!Is it hidden via an app age rating in Settings > General > Restrictions ? If not then you could try a reset and see if it shows after the iPad has restarted : press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the iPad equivalent of a reboot.

Why I can't continue add photos into my iPod ???
I don't know why I can't continue add photos into my iPod. For example, I already had some photos in my iPod and I can see the folder that contains all the photos in my iPod with a mark on it. But one think that I don't know is when I want to add more photos into my iPod, iTune will sync my iPod for a very long moment and there's no processing indication, it's like there was a message 'Syncing iPod' that show in the top of the iTune screen, but there was no 'processing bar' under it. I don't know why this happen. Do I have to erase all the photos that were currently in my iPod and the iPod Photo Cache located in My Photos to re-upload the new photos into my iPod? But in this situation, I couldn't leave the 'old photos'in my iPod. I just want to make a hudge photos library, COULD ANY GENIUS HELP ME ?
i don't know if this will help but this is how i manage my photos:
1. create a folder (mine is called 'ipod photos')
2. put all the photos you want on your ipod in that folder
3. open itunes, plug in your ipod.
4. on the overview screen, click the photos tab
5. check the, 'sync photos from' box.
6. browse to the folder you want to sync with
7. hit sync
then when i want to add new photos, i just add them to that folder and hit sync again. -
My Ipad 1 quit working after 2 years. Was never dropped, abused, etc. Just quit the other night. Went to the Apple store, called the support line and they tell me that since the warranty is up I can pay 249.00 for a refurbished Ipad or buy a new one. Not happy at all. I want to know why it quit. The person I talked to at Support says he doesn't know what happened. He says it sounds like my hard drive crashed. ANyone else have this problem? I am so mad.
If the tech you talked to said anything about a "hard drive", he was completely ignorant or misspeaking rather badly. The iPads have no hard drive; the storage is all solid state. You may wish to talk to another technician, or make an appointment at an Apple Store if there's one near you, and confirm the diagnosis of a hardware failure.
If you've confirmed that it is indeed a hardware failure, then you can pay the replacement price, find an independent iPad service shop and see if they can do a repair for less, or buy a new iPad. If it were me I would put the money toward a new, or at least newer, iPad rather than pay the replacement charge. You can get some good deals on refurbished iPad 2 and third-generation iPads from the Apple Store, any of which will run the most current versions of iOS, something which the first-gen iPad will not, and would come with a full warranty (which could be extended to two years with AppleCare).
As to why your iPad failed, it's impossible to say with any certainty. The circuitry could have had a tiny flaw that finally failed, or the iPad could have received a static shock, something quite common in many areas in the winter when the air is dry. Sorry it happend to you, but anything can fail.
