Here is what I did to fix it on Win 7 64-bit system:
Computer > C: > Program Files
Delete the Oberon Games File
If you have a Program Files (x86), delete it there, too.
Reboot.

I have changed my Apple ID when I got a new email address and confirmed it. However when I go to my iPad to buy an app my old Apple ID comes up and will not recognize the password. I tried going into the settings on my iPad and tapping on the old Apple ID to go in to change it but it will not recognize it and I cannot get in on the iPad to change it. How do I change this ID on my iPad for the iTunes store?

Apps will always be tied to the account from which it is purchased and will always have to updated suing that account.

On your Mac, go to System Preferences>iCloud, sign out, then sign back in with the ID you want to use.
If you're running iOS 7 on your iPod and old ID is your ID, and if your new ID was created by editing the details of this old ID (rather than being an entirely new ID), go to https://appleid.apple.com, click Manage my Apple ID and sign in with your current iCloud ID. Click edit next to the primary email account, change it back to your old email address and save the change. Then edit the name of the account to change it back to your old email address. You can now use your current password to turn off Find My iPhone on your device, even though it prompts you for the password for your old account ID. Then go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account and choose Delete from My iDevice when prompted (your iCloud data will still be in iCloud). Next, go back to https://appleid.apple.com and change your primary email address and iCloud ID name back to the way it was. Now you can go to Settings>iCloud and sign in with your current iCloud ID and password.

Intermittent issues are often a result of interference. Check www.istumbler.net (netstumbler for windows). Refer to router manual on how to change channels, make sure it's up to date.

I purchased mountain lion but it keeps saying waiting and will not download

I purchased mountain lion over a week ago and the file will not download. It stays in a waiting queue and never initiates to even say downloading. I have deleted app attempted reinstall on multiple occassions but no luck. Additionally I have deleted app store cache to try and alleviate any issues but nothing is working. Also I am currently deployed to Afghanistan so a trip to the apple store is out of the question. Also I know my location is not an issue cause it allows me to purchase and install other items just fine. Any insight?

You could pull the app store plist.
That's what I would try first. (~/library/prefrences/com.apple.appstore.plist)
Also, I think the ML is kept in another folder as well. Let me take a look.
Yeah, try pulling the folder inside of the application support folder inside fo the computer libarary.
Go>computer>mac hd>libarary>application support>app store
pull the files inside the "app store" folder to the desktop. If there are more then a few, I would make a new folder on the desktop to drag them into.
restart and try the download again. Delete the download of ML from the applications folder if there is one there.
Make sure you don't delete the files. We might need them still.

IPod's wifi keeps dropping out and will not locate any networks.

I got a new iPod a few months ago to replace an old one that had a white screen, and it can connect to my internet but after about 5-10 minutes, sometimes less it disconnects and when I try to reconnect it doesn't even pick up my wifi network anymore. If I restart it it reconnects for about a minute then disconnects again. I have tried everything, restoring my ipod completely, restoring the network settings, restarting it, turning it off and on and turning off the wifi then on again, and nothing works, the problem is still there. My internet is not the problem as I have also tried restarting the router and it does nothing, and all the computers in my house work fine with the internet. I've run out of ideas.

II would try with another network. If it also occurs with another network that would indicate a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store.
If it works OK on another network that points to a problem with your router.

Ist Generation Apple TV is very hot and will not reset

Our 1st generation Apple TV has not been working since we had a recent power cut; I have let it cool down -- very hot to touch -- and tried the MENU and MINUS button held down for 6 seconds, as Apple advise, but, nothing!
The orange light of doom continues to blink.
Any idea would be very gratefully received.

Apple Mail continues to crash and will not respond!

I am growing extremely frustrated because I am unable to use my Apple Mail program. Everytime I try to download my email the program will lock-up and stop responding. Most of the time I have to do a "force quit" and restart the Apple Mail program and I noticed that it is downloading the same emails as much as 8 times and then it will lock-up and not respond within seconds. I have deleted the Apple Mail program and re-installed it. I have removed the Apple Mail preferences files and restarted the program and it works for a couple of sessions and then it will stop responding again. I am totally unable to recall several of my important emails and attachments because the program continues to lock-up and not respond. Can someone please assist me in correcting this problem. I really need to gain access to my emails and attachments because of some mission-critical assignments. This problem has been going on for the past 3 months and I want to find a complete solution to this problem. I have been to the Genius Bar at the Somerset Mall in Troy, Michigan on several occasions and they are completely useless and perplexed by my continuous problem. So I am asking for help and assistance from this Tiger Forum Group to help me solve this serious problem. I would appreciate your help and assistance as soon as possible.

have you read a current thread with similar problems and followed the iinstructions you can find here?
First, run Disk Utilties and repair permissions.
Duplicate the folder yourhome/Library/Mail and set it on the desktop just as a precaution. Open System preferences and run Software updates to make your system current.
The see if you find any new clues in http://discussions.apple.com/thread.jspa?threadID=451730&tstart=0 and report any failures to suggestions that are mentioned there.

Go to Settings>General>Usage and see how much space is available on your phone (listed at the very top). The pop-up might be telling you that you don't have enough space on your phone to perform the backup, not that you don't have enough space in your iCloud acount to store the backup.
