Your iMac with ARD... this is the bona fide, ($300/$500) "Remote Desktop.app" admin install, or do you mean that you have ARD "Remote Management" access enabled or have tried to control Vista with Microsoft's similarly-named "[Remote Desktop Connection|http://www.microsoft.com/mac/products/remote-desktop/default.mspx]" app? (Just making sure—it would be a very different conversation otherwise.)
Remote Desktop does lots of fancy stuff, but for the Observe and Control mechanisms it behaves as a plain-jane VNC client. It can connect to any standards-compliant VNC server. You should, for example, be able to run a different VNC client on your Mac and have a similar success/failure experience; perhaps the excelent [Chicken of the VNC|http://sourceforge.net/projects/cotvnc>. If you have the same failures, we'll still help, but ARD is obviously not the culprit. In any case, the usual suspects for windows VNC servers include UltraVNC, realVNC \[paid ver. required for vista\], and TightVNC. They all have caviats, but they're fairly well documented. Vista itself throws VNC under the bus "in favor of security" but again, you'll find lots of users in the same boat; unable to get the VNC server working on the Vista side. Your statement that you "couldn't even see the machines connected to it to get the IP" was bit confusing though, as devices don't need to be running a VNC server to at least show up in a scan (IP printers should appear, for example). Are you sure they're on the same subnet of the same lan/being otherwise scanned for correctly; or if remote, are you sure the remote Vista laptop is directly addressable with NAT from the web?

I have created other rules to move some of my daily messages into specific folders and I don't wish to auto-delete those.
Just the general stuff that keeps piling up in my me.com main email box. Mail such as FB announcements and other low priority stuff I want to look at before deleting but don't want to keep longer than a week or month.

Thanks, but I am looking for a more automated solution than hand marking emails as junk. I might as well move them to the trash myself.
Again, these are emails I want to receive and quickly read, but not keep longer than a week or month or so. By setting a rule to toss any older than 30 days back then my Mail program (and thus my hard drive) won't be wasting so much space. For example, currently I have over 6000 read messages, with their attachments, in my main email box. I'd rather not have to physically attend to sorting the one I don't want out.
The one I do keep for other reasons get moved into other folders.
It seems this should be possible.

I have a problem. When I'm trying to approve Sunday's working time in MSS I don't see right full hours for the past week for my subordinates. In my opinion this is because I've got week duration from sunday up to suturday in my SAP HR customizing, therefore Sunday is a first day of new week, but not last day of past week.
Let me know please how can I set up week duration fom Monday up to Sunday and fix my problem?

Hi,
As you said you could do it at the report level and also at the universe level.
One more way is to create the filters in the universe levele and add them in thequery filter.
Ex: in the filter you need to write :
Column1 is null and and column 2 is not null etc.

I learned that the Dock is positioned at the chosen edge of whatever Display is positioned farthest to that side. I think I have it working on my iPhone 5. But, I do not see how I can control the exit point that I would like for the VPN. Are all the exit points shown in the VPN setting now going to work with Open VPN, or do they remain PPTP? If I am reading correctly, they look like they remain PPTP. If I cannot control the exit point for open VPN, which exit point is the default in the profile you provided me?I note that Open VPN Connect does not work with any of the new 64 bit devices like the iPhone 5S, the iPad Air, and the new iPad MIni. Is there any chance that you guys will come up with an update for your app so that open VPN can be made to work on all iOS devices? Just a quick note to tell you that Open VPN has updated their app so that it is compatible with 64 bit ARM devices like the iPhone 5S, the iPad Air, and the iPad Mini Retina.That does not resolve the problem of how to easily choose among the various possibilities for the exit server. We need to find an easy way to choose.

I found some resources that I think might help with the visibility of your IMAP email folders on your iPad and Mac.
On your iPad, you may need to follow the steps in this article to make sure your folders are visible:

On your Mac, I am not sure if you have the sidebar enabled, but you can enable it using the steps in the article below. When this is showing, you should see your email account listed near the bottom with a triangle next to it. When the triangle is pointing down, it should show your folders:

The design property in Table properties should work for your requirement. Select "alternating" value for design.
Please see the API below:
design
Determines the appearance of the table. The property design can take the following values and is represented by enumeration type WDTableDesign.
alternating - The table rows are displayed alternately in a different color.
standard - The table background has one color. The individual table rows are displayed with grid net lines.
transparent - The table background is transparent. The individual table rows are displayed without grid net lines.
Check whether you have changed the right property or not? Also table should contain more than one rows to test this scenario.
