Good evening, I'm Majhok Ee Chaw. My computer has problems, I can not longer upload my files using pdf, adobe, and update new software apps. it has been a week now doing this, I know what is going with it, so would please be kind to help. Thanks, Majhok.

Try running this update:

Set Safari to download to your desktop and downloading, then running the installer.
To set for downloading to the desktop, open Safari>Safari preferences>Save downloaded files to: click this than other, select desktop from the sidebar on the left.

Please sign out of FaceTime and sign back in. If there's no change, log out or restart the computer and try again.

Reset ( No Data will be Lost )
Press and Hold the Sleep/Wake Button and the Home Button at the Same Time...
Wait for the Apple logo to Appear...
Usually takes about 15 - 20 Seconds... ( But can take Longer...)
Release the Buttons...

My mac computer will not update new software

My IMac is very old and is not under warranty anymore just for reference. I have taken my computer to an Apple Retailer to get major problems fixed before and the issue's subsided. But one problem is still here.
My IMac will not update new software, everytime I have attempted to update my software before and it does nothing, if the software happens to load and finish then when it says "to finish the update you will need to restart your computer" that is the problem, my computer cannot update new software because it does not restart properly and therefore cannot do any initail updating and it is becomming very fustrating. I have no idea what to anymore. I have pretty much just given up the fact that my computer is completely ancient.

What happens when you try?

I can't find the duplicates tab that i always found useful, it seems to have disappeared from the new iTunes, does anybody know what to do next?

Where has the find duplicates function gone in the new iTunes? It use to be in a drop down task bar menu in the old versions but i can't find it in the latest.

If you have iTunes 11 turn on the Sidebar. Go to iTunes>View and click on Show Sidebar. You can also do a Crtl+S to show the sidebar. The sidebar is where Devices appears. and Control+B to show the Menu bar

HT5569 hi my question is about my iphone 5 is not working properly i have installed iso 7 latest version but dont know what is wrong with it?

my starts siri by it self and when i desable siri so voice control starts talking even i didn't touch my fone its operating by its self in the middle of talking on fone or not using it. sometimes the home key is not working at all. it stuck and i have to rebot or restart it again. i don't know its technical problem or software problem. i bought this iphone 5 on applestore.com in january 2013. this problem was started in may 2013 but was not so often and from september upto now its irrateting me so badly. sometimes it doesn't work at all and sometimes it didnt recognize my apple ID to sign in app store or itunes.

When measuring 6 voltage signals in labview I found that there was a difference in voltage signals in my program but not in the test panel. The test panel is correct. What is wrong with my program?

My labview program is not displaying equivelent voltages, but labview test panel is. So the computer is seeing the correct signals. My program is displaying a small difference in 3 out of 6 channels. All channels should be equal.

Does any one know what is wrong with my iphone 4 camera not working?

when I use my Iphone and want to take a picture I cant because often times my camera on the back doent work and when it does I cant get the selfie camera to work at all. I like using my camera on my phone I am an avid camera user because I am a part time photographer. But I cant use it at all I have done all the resets there are available I have put it in DFU mode and erased everything and hoped that this worked but not relief. I did this only 8 times and still doenst work does anybody out there have this same problem and think it may be hardware related because I am about to have someone (apple ccertified) open it up to see if it is the camera ribbon cable that might be loose. Is anyone else upset with this issue if they have it? I know I am.

My mac desktop computer won't turn on how can I know what's wrong with it?

It won't make the start up noise at all. Also the screen won't light. All I hear is a click noise when I click the power button. I've tried connecting it to other power outlets yet it still won't work?

One of the following steps should help.
1. Install Adobe Flash Player.
    http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/
    Quit Safari.
    Restart computer. Relaunch Safari.
2. Enable Plug-ins
    Safari > Preferences > Security
    Web Content: > "Enable Plug-ins".

    Internet Plug-ins > "Allow all other plug-ins
3. Check whether you are currently in YouTube HTML 5 trial.

    At the bottom left of the page uncheck the box for
   "You are currently in the HTML5 trial".
4. Reset Safari.
    Click Safari in the menu bar.
    From the drop down select "Reset Safari".
    Uncheck the boxes next to all items.
    Check the box next to "Remove all website data".
    Click "Reset".
5. Turn off Extensions if any.
    Safari > Preferences > Extensions

- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
- Try another cable
- Try on another computer
- If still not successful that usually indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.
