Welcome to the Apple Community.
If your problem persists get yourself a micro USB cable (sold separately), you can restore your Apple TV from iTunes:
Remove ALL cables from Apple TV. (if you don't you will not see Apple TV in the iTunes Source list)
Connect the micro USB cable to the Apple TV and to your computer.
Reconnect the power cable (only for Apple TV 3)
Open iTunes.
Select your Apple TV in the Devices list, and then click Restore.
(You may already have a micro USB cable if you have a camera or other digital device)

I have just got an iMac 21" and it continuously freezes when it goes to sleep and also when the internet is trying to load, i have tried three different browsers but it still does it (safari, google chrome and firefox), does anyone know what is wrong?
To fix the freezing when sleeping problem go to System Preferences>Energy Saver and set 'Computer Sleep' to 'Never'. It seems there is a problem for some with Bluetooth failing to wake after sleep. This fixes it 100% for me and many others on here, until Apple issue a software update to address it.
Not sure what to suggest on the internet problem. I assume you are connected and receive and send emails OK.
Edit: To try to troubleshoot the internet issue maybe try turning the Firewall off: System Preferences>Security & Privacy>Firewall tab. -
The printing of .pdf file from Project 2013 stops when the file name should be written. Project 2013 crashes. Does someone know what is wrong between Project 2013 and Adobe Acrobat 9?
The Acrobat 9.x product family passed into "End of Support" mid-year of 2013.
Acrobat 9 support of MS Project via PDFMaker stops with Office 2007.
For Office 2013 support you must use Acrobat XI (11.0.1) or newer.

Thanks for the link but none of those described the problem. No error message pops up. It just says "Accessing Itunes Store" but it never actually does. This only occurs when my iPhone is plugged in though.

thnxI'm not sure about your question, it's seems somewhat unclear, but if the above command doesn't work another you can try is using the diskutil command as follows:
"diskutil list"
or
"df -h"
(without "" quotes)
find where the cd is (usually /dev/disk1 but not always depending on what else you have pluged in)
then simply use the 'diskutil' command with the 'eject' argument specifying the device found from the previous command '/dev/disk1'(or what ever your optical is labeled as).
If this isn't your question, I have a macbook unibody late 2009 model and the strangest thing happends, If I downgrade to 10.6.1 my optical drive works fine anything 10.6.8 and above ejects my disk immediately, I have also tested my optical drive out on other OS's such as various linux distro's. Therefore I have come to the conclusion its a bug. - just food for thought. Hope some of this helps -
I can open all my docs in Pages except the last one I was working on. Does anyone know what might be the problem?
The document might be corrupt. If you worked on this particular document at all in the iWorks in iCloud.com beta, that may have caused a problem. If you don't know what I'm talking about, you can rule that out as a possibility.
In any event, you could try opening the documents in iCloud.com using your computer, and see if you can download it to the computer, edit it there and then upload it again. -

Did you try to reset the device by holding the sleep and home button for about 10sec, until the Apple logo comes back again? You will not lose data by resetting.

Oh, there are other things to try in the interim, not the least of which would be a different set or type of plug. You should make sure that there's no possible interference from any sort of a cover you might have on the iPad. You can try something as simple as blowing debris out of the plug's recess with a jet of compressed air. Try putting a thin film of electronic lubricant, like a CRC, on a plug and exercise it in and out a few times.
There might be some other things that might help, like giving it a good shake, but the above will at least give you something to do for a while. -
I am using my partners computer. He has iTunes on his laptop but when I went to update iTunes, it said "the system administrator has set policies to prevent this installation". I therefore deleted iTunes altogether thinking to reinstall the original iTunes and then upgrade it (i,e start from scratch) but to know avail. Is this a problem with my laptop itself? Or a problem with the internet settings?
HELP PLEASE!!Let's try something relatively simple. Download and save a copy of the installer to your hard drive (don't run the install on line and don't start the install just yet):

Now right-click on the iTunesSetup.exe (or iTunes64Setup.exe) that you downloaded and select "Run as administrator".
