Hi
Can someone tell me why the music I have been playing on our IMAC & ipod for years which we copied from our own CD's now has the icon Available for download against it, and when we last synced the ipod the music dissappeared and I only have the purchased music.? This is really annoying. Please dont tell me we have to click on each song to download what we already had available?

By default, Calendar sets your status as free during all-day events and as busy during all other events.

Change user status for WBS Elements

Hi All,
I am working on a workflow related to PS milestones.
When a milestone is achieved the user status has to be set for that WBS element and to all the WBS elements that are next to it.
I have tried to use the FM (ran FM independently as standalone), CJDW_INTEGRATED_USRSTAT_CHANGE with PROJECT NUMBER as input, but it throws an error NOT FOUND.
I have gone through the documentation of it also, which says that user has to prefil the structure PROJ before this FM is called, which i could not understand.
So can please anyone tell me, about the usage of this FM and how to run it so as to change the user status.

it is possible to have status with radio button and check box, by keeping status with status number and without status number.
But I doubt about your requirement whether it is possible in standard or not.
Please search SDN forums for some exit / BAdii which you can modify status profile.

Change payment status for COD order only

Hi,
I know that if I click on the edit button within any order, I can click a button to the right of the Status and a window pops up listing the status types. If I click on "Purchase - Awaiting Payment", I can make that the default status type however this would make it the default for all payments, not just COD payments which is what I'm after.
I wondered if anyone knows if there is a workaround so that "Purchase - Awaiting Payment" is the status type only for COD payments and "Purchase - Payment Received" is for all other payments?

Ok thanks. It would be good if it was more specific because then you could create a report to see who has paid and who hasn't but maybe this is something for the future.

Changing archived status for target group or segmentation model.

Hello, CRMies!
In SAP CRm WEBUI i set "To archive" flag for segmentation model and now it has status "Archived". The problem is hat it became inactive now and i can't reset this status. I didn't execute any archiving reports, just set the flag on. I was looking for any FM or reports to recover the status.
Anybody knows how to unarchive segmentation model or TG?

as far I know the segmentation model is archived with the next scheduled archive run once the status 'to be archived' is set. The status can be undone before the archive run, once this is archived there is no way other then generating the segment again.
Please refer to the online help about further information:

For target groups andproduct segments there is also a read program in transaction SARA, which you can use to display the archived segmentation elements again at a later point in time, if required.
Furthermore, the information structure SAP_CRM_MKTTG_I is available for target groups and product segments in the transaction SARA.
You can not only read, but can also load archived segmentation models into the system. However, you should only use this function when it is absolutely necessary. For further information, see Reloading Archive.
Since you cannot load target groups or product segments into the system, you need to generate these again to be able to use them.

Changing destination drive for burning music to USB (drive F) instead of cd (drive E)

My computer shows that I have both a Drive E for CDs and a Drive F for the USB but I cannot figure out how to change the destination when I try to burn to the USB instead of the CD. Does anyone have an answer?

Hi,
Which software are you using to BURN ? Many software when we say burn they will find a valid optical drive to burn to an optical disc. If you wish to use USB, no need to burn, just copy like normal copy files from one drive to other drive.

Adobe reader 8 is apparently set to have all my picture files (jpeg, bmb) that I click on - open up in Adobe. I do not want this program as default - I want another one, How do I change my default setting to another program??

the setting i am looking for specifically has to do with printing. i know how to prints but it prints at most, 2 measures per line. can i put 4 or 5 on one line?

Change status for 18 million messages in the Integration Engine

Hello there!
I have the following situation and I wonder that maybe you could help. Currently I have more than 18 million messages for the BC_XMB object in the Integration Engine for a BI System (connected to a PI system).
The problem here is that the archiving/deletion jobs in this BI system are faulty since maybe a couple of years ago and all of these messages are marked as "Archivable":
What I'm trying to do here is to change the status for these 18 million messages from "can be archived" to "to be deleted" since there is no way that I can archive this 18 million messages (filesystem capacity). I've been looking many option but I cannot figure out how to do it.
Maybe, if you know an alternative way to do this, I will be very pleased to hear it.

I've done the following:
1. I've executed SE38 tx code.
2. I've entered the "RSXMB_DELETE_MESSAGES" report as "Program"
3. As the "RSXMB_DELETE_MESSAGES" report does not have a selection screen, it must be executed with default parameters. So, I selected "Program -> Execute -> Background".
4. There are no available variants, so I clicked on the "Execute immed." button.
5. The job starts. I can monitor it on the SM37 tx code.
6. It only deleted 20 messages.
What I get from this, is that the "RSXMB_DELETE_MESSAGES" report cannot delete the big part of the messages since them are marked as "Archivable" and not as "Archived".
what do you think of it??

I need to create multiple user status for a WBS element.
I'm using the BAPI: BAPI_BUS2054_SET_STATUS

        i_wbs_user_status = it_wbs_user_status"--> This table contais 2 record, with the same WBS elements and diferent status

I put several rows (two) in the table it_wbs_user_status., I put two rows, the WBS elements for the same item with two different status, but I get error because it says that the WBS element is repeated.
¿Can you have multiple user status for the same element PEP? I try it in the transaction CJ20N too, and I don't Know.

In transaction CJ20N you can change user status for each WBS elements.
Menu --> Edit --> Status --> User Status --> you can choise betwen "Set" or "Set & Pass On".
I want BAPI, function , etc.... that do the same thar "Set" , not "Set & Pass On".

While changing work status for a combination of category, entity, time: Is it possible to select multiple entity dimension members?
For eg, I can choose an entity member and include its children as well. However, is it possible to choose only some of the children members while setting the work status?

I don't think it is possible. I tried to select multiple entities via the show filter function, for example to filter all entities with currency EUR. This generates a list of 2 entities in apshell, but when I click OK it does not pass the 2 entities to the workstatus box because this can only contain one value. In the end this value is picked up for locking.

Can I change the volume for watching movies? I have my volume control on my iPad 2 at max

My iTunes downloaded movies is less than max. It makes it hard to listen in place like an airplane. I can change the volume for my music and it plays very loud. The volume control on my iPad2 is max.

If these are purchase movies and not rentals, from iTunes, on your computer, you can select the movie in iTunes, use the key combination command-I to get the info on the movie. A info window pops up. Click the Options tab, a volume slider appears at the top of the window, slide the slider all the way to the the right, click the OK button at the bottom of the window. Then reconnect and sync your iPad, again, to the computer and wait for the movie to update to your iPad, then once everything is complete, eject the iPad from the left hand pane and disconnect. When you play the movie, again, from the iPad, the volume should be louder.
I do not believe you can do this with rented iTunes movies, though as I do not think they are editable as a rental.

I agree that it's probably interference. Only other possibility, since you mentioned it, it overheating. Is the express situated so that it is well ventilated? That is to say, not buried under other equipment and laying on its side? What does the status light do when you lose connection?

settings - app/iTunes store - sign out and sign back in with your new id.
Note - if your older apps needs an update it will use your old apple id and password, as Apps are tied to the apple id that was used to purchase it.
You can't merge apple id.

Change System Status of SO item dynamically based on Reason for Rejection

Our SAP user has raised a requirement as described below:
In sales order (in creation mode (VA01) or change mode (VA02)), if at the item level, the reason for rejection is mentioned, then the system status for that item should be automatically set to Technically Complete SET (TECO); and if the user removes the reason for rejection for the item, then the system status Technically Complete should be RESET automatically.
We are looking for any user-exit or BADI available which would be allow this dynamic change of system status based on the reason for rejection field. (No manual interaction for setting or resetting the system status).
Technically, the functionality is based on the below fields:
Reason for Rejection: VBAP-ABGRU
System Status: JEST-STAT
Please provide suitable inputs.
