It's been going on for a time now and no matter how many times i remove and install again it will not work

I was having the same problems after downloading 10.4.1 IStore would only download half way then nothing attempted reinstall no goood checked the Diagnostics with IPad connected, indicated no errors. more than a few hours browsing possible solutions. Found one stating 'Remove all Itunes connected software, i.e. Bonjour, ITunes, Safari etc from PC via the Uninstall Safely Feature and ReInstall. Hey Presto it worked now no issues.

I called Apple Support and they walked me through it. They told me to basically copy and paste my music to the external hard drive. (I think.) Same here on my lpad2. Can access the web just fine from browsers but cannot install new apps or updates in appl store. Seeing a few others reporting same issue tonight so likely an apple server issue and staff will notice it in network monitors and fix it...sometime this weekend.

If you look at the feed, and look at the entry 'The end to an exciting field season in Aulavik National Park' you will see the line:

You have not closed the 'pubdate' tag - there should be a '>' as the 9th character. Because the tag has been left open, it invalidates everything which follows it, and thus the entire feed. iTunes therefore cannot read it, which is why the Store has not updated. Add the '>' and republish, and all should be well.
It's always worth checking your feed by subscribing manually, from the 'Advanced' menu, or by clicking the 'subscribe free' button on the Store page (both do the same thing) - if you can subscribe to the feed it should be OK.
