Saw may web sites discussing this same issue; many discussions point to hardware problems but there is no official word from Apple about it, which is disapointing !?? Few discussions point to software problem with solutions based on try and error, and they don't seem to work.

This is bugging me quite a bit, I bought an album today and it lists the song as being 4 mins 17 seconds. However, as I mentioned, on both platforms it stops at around 35 seconds and flicks onto the next song in the case of iTunes or just stops playing audio for my iPod Touch 4th gen. It is a full song on Youtube and everywhere else I seem to look, so is this likely to be a software issue with iTunes/iOS or the song itself perhaps?

If your country's iTunes Store allows you to redownload purchased tracks, I'd delete your current copy of the track and try redownloading a fresh one. See the following document for instructions:

go to itunes preferences, store, uncheck automatic downloads. also when your phone is connected you can click on apps and only check the ones you want on your phone, go down to the bottom right and click apply.

When I try using Migration Assistant an error appears on my pc... "An error occurred while preparing your information for transfer." My mac just continues searching for the pc and yet both are on the same wifi. I'm not getting anywhere! Please help!!!

How can you get your iPod touch open when you forgot the password and its disabled and not connected to the Internet Connection and you don't want to reset it.
Disabled
Place the iOS device in Recovery Mode and then connect to your computer and restore via iTunes. The iPod will be erased.
iOS: Forgot passcode or device disabled
If recovery mode does not work try DFU mode.

If you restore from iCloud backup the apps will be automatically downloaded. If you restore from iTunes backup the apps and music have to be in the iTunes library since synced media like apps and music are not included in the backup of the iOS device that iTunes makes.

Looking for an information management solution. I have three boys that have brand new ipad mini's. I would like to set them up to manage information the easiest way.
My first thought was to use my apple ID for their apps and purchases. This would give me the advantage of seeing everything downloaded and be able to monitor this closely. The disadvantage to me, was that they would see all of my contracts, my apps, and my music.
My other thought was to create one new apple ID and to share that among the three boys. This way I would not have to worry about my information being on their ipads.
This is a very confusing situation for me. My goal is seperate my stuff from my kids stuff. Appreicate input from anyone who has in-depth experience with this as it applies to apple ID, icloud ID, and any detailed explaination of how to do this would be appreiciated. Thanks.I think I will do this. I will use my apple ID and set face time and message to work independently. That solves one problrem. My other problem and maybe my bigger problem is that if I am using my apple ID, how do I iflter all of this so that my kids don't see my contacts, get my apps, etc. ?

Just bought new iPod touch. When I connect to computer to sync it tells me "iTunes could not connect to this iPod touch. Could not send a message to device." Not sure if it is b/c of an older version of iTunes but connecting via wifi sync unacceptable
What version of iTunes is on the computer? You need at least 11.4.

I made sure that the cartridges bleed out very well (on a damp paper towel until ink bleeds out) yet the characters come out very skipped, lined and in short, look terrible. Both printers should have been covered under the lawsuit against HP but I've yet to see a dime and I've been through more cartridges than I can count. With that said, I'm open to hearing any type of device short of thrilling the printer out the window of a 30 story building window because they both should work quite well. Any suggestions, ideas or what should I do next because I'm quite frustrated and the money doesn't grow on trees in my neighborhood or checking account. I recently purchased the newest nano. I have 3 other nano's and iPad iPhone, oh and iPod touch. When I plug in nano to my mac I get the message "iPod cannot update because it contains files that are used by another application. How can manage this?

i have iphone 4 and it connect to some wireless networks and some others are not visible while other lphones can find these networks and i tried to restart the phone many times and there is no result, kindly advice
Some updates and clarifications:
1. I already have my 2.4 channel fixed.
2. Wireless network name is 8 alphanumeric characters; no spaces
3. Already using WPA2 security with a 10 alphanumeric key (again, no spaces)
4. I am running Airport Utility 6.0, Mac OS version 10.7.4
I should also say that these problems started happening less than a month ago...prior to that all devices where working normally.
An added update: My two e-readers (nook ST and Kindle 3) are also refusing to connect...perhaps confirming that I have 2.4 GHz issues? -

I have an Ipad and an Ipod Touch 5th gen both on the latest firmwares but they won't connect via Bluetooth whenever I try even though both shows that the devices are discoverable. My ipod and itunes both are skipping to another song about in the middle of the song. It doesn't happen on all songs...only some songs. I have reset the ipod, I have done a restore, I have reloaded itunes, I have updated the ipod but still am unable to figure out why. It did not used to do this. I can't figure out any pattern to the songs it does it on versus that it doesn't do it on. Some of the songs are purchased, some are imported, etc. We are running Windows 7.
