I have a Nexus 7 Tablet and would like to sync my music off of itunes, knowing I have a google prodiuct.

iTunes does not support devices other than Apple's own. You'll have to use whatever method for synching provided for your Nexus, getting the tracks directly from the iTunes folder. This presumes that the Nexus supports industry-standard AAC files; if not, you'll have to convert them to a format the Nexus does support.
